Uzbekistan's policy of openness, its active entry into the world market, and the
expansion of international cooperation in all fields increase the need to know foreign
languages.
On May 6, 2021, at the meeting of the video selector on measures to improve the
system of teaching foreign languages: "Create a new system for teaching foreign
languages in our country, which will be a solid foundation for the future the time has
come. Since we have set ourselves the goal of building a competitive country, from now
on, graduates of schools, lyceums, colleges and universities must have a perfect
knowledge of at least 2 foreign languages. This strict requirement should become the
main criterion for the activity of the head of every educational institution, - said President
Shavkat Mirziyoyev [1.].
According to the principle of language teaching, the student learns the phonetic,
lexical, and grammatical aspects of the language in a practical way before coming to
school. He will be ready to learn language skills. In school education, these three aspects
of language are the basis for language teaching. Students develop orthographic,
orthographic, graphic, stylistic, and punctuational skills based on the phonetics, lexicon,
and grammar of the language.
Our language, in addition to being a means of communication, is also a reflection
of our consciousness; it also controls the character and behavior of the people and serves
to show their identity.
The aim is to obtain the highest possible result from the spent money and effort in
the application of innovations in the educational system or educational activities.
Innovation differs from any innovation in that it must have a changeable mechanism that
allows for management and control.
How students use the laws of knowledge in the educational process is related to
the adherence to didactic principles. Of course, when choosing teaching methods, it is
necessary to pay special attention to the requirements for studying science and the content
of science. A method that works well for mastering one subject may not help students to
36
master another subject well. Therefore, when choosing teaching methods, it is necessary
to pay special attention to the features of the subject. The complexity and amount of
educational material also plays an important role in learning science.
Therefore, it is necessary to take into account these aspects of science when
choosing a teaching method. Practical methods in the Uzbek language, mother tongue
and literature and other such subjects greatly help in learning the subject. Methods
should be chosen accordingly. What method to choose during the lesson depends on
the subject being studied, its features, and the subjects being studied.
It's no secret that innovative educational technologies, interactive lessons have
entered the pedagogy and teaching methodology of all subjects as a foreign
experience. Manifestations of innovation: new ideas, specific goals aimed at changing
the system or activity direction, non-traditional approaches, unusual initiatives,
advanced work methods [2; 56].
The main task of teaching language methodology is to enable students to freely,
creatively and independently express their thoughts orally and in writing, based on the
norms of the literary language, to have the ability to convey the same meaning in different
situations, literary speech. is to educate mature coaches who have mastered the standards.
It is an urgent task of today to provide modern and necessary educational
equipment such as computer, multimedia, their availability in educational institutions
and their implementation in the process of learning the modern Uzbek literary
language and various foreign languages. Nowadays, the methodology of language
teaching is being enriched with new achievements, new generation textbooks and
training manuals are being created.
The methodology of teaching modern languages, based on the content of the
updated language education, aims at the following goals: increasing and enriching the
vocabulary, independent thinking, developing creative thinking, forming speaking skills,
and acquiring the skills of independent text creation. In the educational system, mental
activity methods such as observation, comparison, grouping of language phenomena,
generalization, choosing among them suitable for the speech situation and using them in
one's own speech not only form the mental characteristics of the student, such as
attention, memory, thinking, creative thinking, but also avoid difficulties. it was
recognized that it is also important in the emergence of positive qualities such as
fearlessness, independent elimination, and cultural communication. The updating of the
content of language education has also put actual issues before the methodology of
language teaching.
Thus, innovative and interactive educational technologies improve the quality of
education, increase its effectiveness, establish mutual cooperation between the teacher,
the group of students, as well as the community, achieve ideological and spiritual unity,
a single has great potential in creating the necessary conditions and environment for
striving towards a goal, realizing the inner potential of each learner (student), and
manifesting as a person.
