In this article, the author considers the judicial system in the Uzbek SSR and the role of the Supreme Court in it. The activities of the Supreme Court are covered by the author on the basis of archival data.
USTRUSHNA AT THE GREAT SILK ROAD
The country of Ustrushna, originally mentioned as a political structure in the early medieval written sources, was formed in terms of geographical location between Fergana, Chach, Sughd, mainly in the left bank of the Syrdarya. The convenient natural location of Ustrushna, located on the international trade caravan routes, served as an important factor for the development of domestic and foreign trade here. The article analyzes the issue of ancient and medieval caravan routes, which are the branches of the northern branch of the Great Silk Road through the territory of Ustrushna. In the course of studying the problem, it was noted that trade routes in the territory of “ancient Ustrushna” began to form from the earliest times (IV-II centuries BC) and developed in later periods, and in subsequent periods the towns and villages of Ustrushna specialized in certain areas of international trade. shows.

The article discusses the richness and diversity of religious ideas in the lives of the people of Central Asia, reflected in the example of these cultural monuments, the formation of a new system in which the local traditions merged with “Islamic culture” after the entry of Islam into the region. From the Tashkent oasis came the representatives of mysticism, who made a great contribution to the development of Islamic science, and the architectural monuments and shrines where they lay were a place of spirituality for the population in the Middle Ages, these monuments are a unique example of Islamic architecture in the XIV-XVI centuries, at present, scientific opinions and comments have been put forward that the attraction of local and foreign tourists to these shrines will make a significant contribution to the economy of our country.

SOME COMMENTS ON THE HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY IN UZBEKISTAN
The development of the chemical industry in Uzbekistan after the Second World War is directly related to the cotton monopoly, the chemical testing of plant raw materials in the republic. Special attention was paid to their synthesis, application in medicine, food and agriculture, synthesis and implementation of defioland and pesticides for cotton, complex processing of cotton seeds and their use in the food industry. At the same time, special attention was paid to the cultivation of mineral fertilizers for the national economy. For this purpose, several industrial enterprises were included in the Department of Chemical Industry established under the National Economic Council of the Uzbek SSR. These enterprises have fully served the interests of the country’s economy and have become an industry that causes endless damage to the environment. The article analyzes the construction of chemical enterprises in Uzbekistan, their role in the national economy, the damage to the environment and human health on the example of the Fergana economic region on the basis of archival data and scientific literature.
