COMPARATIVE STUDY OF P&O AND INCREMENTAL CONDUCTANCE METHOD FOR PV SYSTEM BASED ON THEVENIN EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT MODEL
For maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and power grid investigations, a photovoltaic (PV) source model is required. Environment Temperature, solar irradiation, and load (RL) all have an impact on the output power of (PV) arrays with nonlinear properties. To optimize the provided possible power, for photovoltaic (PV) power systems, numerous maximum power point tracking (MPPT) strategies have been researched and developed. Thevenin’s equivalent model for a (PV) source is designed by piecewise linearization of the diode characteristic. Thevenin model is compared by using different MPPT algorithm methods perturb and observe (P&O) and Incremental conductance (INC) using MATLAB simulation program. The simulated PV system consists of (PV panels, a DC-DC boost converter, and an MPPT controller) and the comparison between the two MPPT algorithm methods (P&O and INC) to maximize the obtained solar power. The simulation results showed that Thevenin’s equivalent model of (PV) produces a voltage-current characteristic that represents the PV source operation fairly well.

PECULIARITIES OF THE USE OF OXYMORON IN POETICS
The article deals with one of the most expressive figures of speech, an oxymoron. Oxymoron can be seen everywhere due to its power to convey subjective attitude. Indeed, the uniqueness of this stylistic device has appealed to writers and poets since the early times. It helps characters to be described in the way that readers fully understand the attitude of a poet and the feelings of characters themselves. The very paper studies factors which distinguish poetic oxymora from non-poetic oxymora in terms of their internal semantic structure. As data a great deal of examples in English and Russian poetry has been used.
STRUCTURAL AND SEMANTIC FEATURES OF ABBREVIATIONS
The military sphere is no longer the only engine of these phenomena, but it is still characterized by an extremely wide use of abbreviations, a variety of their types and a high rate of renewal. It cannot be otherwise. The rapid improvement of military equipment and weapons, the transformation of the armed forces into one of the most important social institutions entails the emergence of a large number of new concepts and lexical units expressing them: terms, nomenclature names, jargon, etc. Under the influence of various linguistic and extralinguistic factors, the development of new units of the nomination proceeds in parallel with the abbreviation of many of them. The author of this article identifies structural types and models of abbreviations-terms, defines semantic models of abbreviations, establishes the productivity of structural and semantic types and models of abbreviations.
