Relevance.
Frequent respiratory diseases are directly related to the reduced immunity of the
child. On the other hand, if the child is often ill, this leads to a further weakening of the immune
system. So there is a vicious circle, which cannot be broken with the help of antibiotics. After all,
treatment with antibiotics can only temporarily weaken or drown out the inflammatory process,
without at all increasing the div's natural defenses. You need to remember the most important thing:
most colds and sore throats are of viral origin and do not require intensive antibacterial treatment. In
addition, the use of antibiotics can provoke dysbiosis.
The purpose of the study.
To study the effectiveness of the use of systemic enzyme therapy
in complex therapy in frequently ill children.
Materials and methods.
25 frequently ill children from 5 to 13 years old were under
observation, who were consulted from September 2020 to December 2020 in the consultative and
diagnostic polyclinic of the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. The diagnosis was
based on anamnestic, clinical, and laboratory data. The complex therapy of frequently ill children
included a drug of systemic enzyme therapy - for the entire course of antibacterial therapy and 2-3
weeks, after which 1 tablet for every 6 kg of weight per day, the daily dose was distributed in 2 doses.
Results and discussion.
In the group of frequently ill children, the use of a systemic enzyme
therapy drug reduced the frequency, severity and duration of respiratory infections, and the number
of courses of antibacterial therapy. The effectiveness of the use of systemic enzyme therapy drugs
was manifested by significant reductions in the terms of normalization of the physical data of the
disease, a decrease in the frequency of visits to the consultative and diagnostic polyclinic, a decrease
in the frequency and duration of exacerbations, and an increase in the effectiveness of antibacterial
therapy.
Conclusions.
The use of systemic enzyme therapy drugs:
-
significantly reduces the time of normalization of the physical data of the disease;
-
frequency and duration of exacerbations;
-
increases the effectiveness of antibacterial therapy.
