Introduction:
Nowadays, the pandemic once again confirms the importance and complexity
of the medical profession. Therefore, being a medical student, it is vital to take responsible attitude
to both study and free time. The maintenance of the balance between study and idle time affects the
efficiency and productivity of working process during the day.
Main part:
Management skills states that person is able to complete the work on time and
meet any goals that have been set. Along with it, principles like goal-setting, planning, prioritization
and organization are highly recommended to be followed for a better time management. Moreover,
monitoring and management of free time could facilitate due to several auxiliary appliances ( plan,
timetable and additional privileges: software, apps and others). It is interesting fact that after
arranging time rationally, students approach different manners of timespending: work, study and rest.
Each of these options has strong reason for its existence. Let us consider the work. According to the
survey among the medical students, the reasons of employment or unemployment is their finance
and desire to increase experience. When students are forced to choose between the three occupations
given below, the dilemma is tend to be solved according to individual factors._For instance, some
people can immediately interpret and respond to information; others need to work on it more. To put
it another way, there is a variety of aspects such as goals, study habits, time management, and so on.
An adequate rest and mental breaks increase productivity replenish attention and solidify memories.
“Idleness is not just a vacation, an indulgence or a vice; it is as indispensable to the brain as vitamin
D is to the div, and deprived of it we suffer a mental affliction as disfiguring as rickets," essayist
Tim Kreider wrote in
The New York Times.
Sleep helps the div repair, regenerate, and recover an
stay away from different diseases. The immune system is no exception to this relationship. Some
research shows how better sleep quality can help the div fight off infection.
Conclusion:
Medical students spend considerable amount of time on their studies, but the right
approach and clear understanding of action and its consequences in prospective guarantee them
«ideal free time spending». For this reason, I offer to limit attention to distractions and lead healthy
lifestyle with proper nutrition.
