PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL BURNING AND ITS PREVENTION AT TEACHERS OF UZBEKISTAN UNIVERSITIES

The results of assessing the state of health and the psychophysiological state of modem teachers of leading universities in Uzbekistan are presented as the basis for the development of preventive measures to maintain their health. The factors of living conditions, working conditions that determine the state of the psycho-emotional sphere of teachers arc indicated. It is shown that for 60% of teaching staff there arc signs of psycho-emotional burnout of medium and high levels, more pronounced at the end of the school year. To reduce the negative impact of external factors on the psycho-emotional sphere of teaching staff, an integrated approach is recommended taking into account the role of social and living conditions, working conditions and personal stress resistance.
