Abstract

The worldwide spread of MDR pulmonary tuberculosis is an obstacle to achieving the goals set by the UN and the World Health Assembly - tuberculosis control, positive epidemiological indicators [82] .

According to the experts of the World Health Organization, drug-resistant tuberculosis is a pulmonary tuberculosis disease that isolates Mycobacterium tuberculosis, resistant to one or more anti-tuberculosis drugs [78].
