: In the article, methodological-didactic bases, principles, laws, psychological-pedagogical possibilities of forming the first invariant and variable concepts of nature in elementary school students, previous ideas on the formation of the first invariant and variable concepts of nature in elementary school students, formation of the first invariant and variable concepts of nature in students information about the different levels is given.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the functional state of platelets in women with non-carrying. We examined 78 women aged 18 to 26 years, 24 of whom (Group 1) were patients with an incipient miscarriage, receiving folic acid preparations and B vitamins and (Group 2) with aborted pregnancy. Intravascular platelet activity (VAT) was determined visually using a phase-contrast microscope according to Shitikova. It has been established that when pregnancy is not carried, a consistently high activity of platelets is maintained, which is largely associated with the constancy of the level of sensitivity of their receptors to exogenous influences.

In this article, hematological parameters of goats of the Zaanen breed imported from abroad, bred in the conditions of Karakalpakstan, were studied for the first time according to different age and constitution type. The obtained data were compared with the standard indicators.

In order to study pathomorphological changes in pasteurellosis of rabbits, 8 head rabbits were kept in laboratory conditions, and 4 head rabbits in the 1 experience group were harmed by sending 1 billion LD50 microbial bodies of Pasteurella multocida into the abdominal cavity in a dose of 0.5 ml. Parenchemtosis of rabbits caused pathophysiologic changes in the organs using the paraffin method, and when dyeing oxyres, it was stained with hematoxylin-eosin.

Currently, in the mining industry of our Republic, there is an increased interest in the issue of filling the voids formed in the exploited ore deposits. The increase in the extraction of minerals from the ground, the preservation of the rock layer above the aquifers, as well as the safe performance of mining operations, led to the development of the filling system in existing ore deposits in our country and abroad [1].

Podcasts have great didactic potential in the study of foreign languages due to their authenticity, relevance, versatility, media competence, multi-channel, interactivity, ability to increase motivation and provide an individual approach to learning.

Characters are important elements of fiction. They help to open the author’s feelings and interpretation about life with together with other components. No matter how characters are real or unreal, they should effect on reader’s heart. Chinese-American writer Maxine Hong Kingston uses mostly female characters in her memoir “The Woman Warrior”. In this paper most important character are of the novel are going to be investigated. In this regard the study of euphemisms in the media makes it possible to characterize the social, cultural and speech preferences of native speakers. It is considered that the main linguo-pragmatic aim of euphemisms’ creating is to reduce the hardships and make the tension of the situation more manageable. In this article we tried to clarify the role of euphemisms and its usage in media with some examples.

This applies not only to commercial organizations, but also to research centers and educational institutions. Therefore, the question of the quality of modern education is a problem that needs to be solved first. It is the HEIs (higher educational institutions) that form the knowledge of future specialists in a specific professional field.

The quality of educational services offered by HEIs is carried out on the basis of official assessment by state bodies on accreditation. The educational results of graduates are evaluated by employers. However, it is necessary to determine which main factors affect the educational process? Of course, this is the improvement of the quality of the educational process, the creation of favorable conditions, the presence of a highly developed organizational structure of HEIs, a high level of technical equipment, etc.
