BRIEF REVIEWS OF COMPUTER LINGUISTICS RESEARCH ABROAD

Kurbanova Farogat Subkhanovna

Language is a great gift given only to man.  Therefore, the study of linguistic phenomena is fundamentally different from the study of other social phenomena.  All natural and social phenomena have a systematic structure and self-organization.  It has already been recognized that language is also a systematic phenomenon.  The attention of linguists is focused on a number of issues, such as how this system is organized, what types of units are in its structure, the interaction of these units, the structures formed on the basis of these relationships, the general system and its place in the hierarchical structure.  Customization of such a systemized language to the computer saves users time and saves them from the tedious work of searching through many dictionaries.  All the researches, tireless and painstaking researches of scientists serve only one thing, that is, human interests.

Kodirov Umut Roziboyovich

Currently in Uzbekistan different approaches and methods are used in teaching English to university students: problem-based learning, the case method, the context method, the communicative-activity approach, and others are incorporated into the curricula of universities. At the same time, the general level of mastering the English language by university graduates remains low. A significant increase in the communication skills of students based on the cultural characteristics of native English speakers is required. The flipped classroom model is a type of blended learning that includes forms of traditional classroom and e-learning with modern multimedia devices. The flipped class allows the teacher to provide students with theoretical material for self-study at home, so that later during the classroom sessions they will discuss together only the most difficult aspects of new topics, as well as perform practical creative tasks to consolidate the material covered. A podcast is an audio file (audio lecture) that can be listened to online on the Internet or downloaded to a mobile device (desktop computer). Podcasts have great didactic potential in the study of foreign languages due to their authenticity, relevance, versatility, media competence, multi-channel, interactivity, ability to increase motivation and provide an individual approach to learning.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

G.A. Topvoldiyeva, M.M. Turdialiyeva

It is known that education plays an important role in the development of society. In any field, specialists with high knowledge will have the opportunity to engage in research and development, create new types of products and develop technologies. Today, in the period of the development of technologies and information processes in the world, the competition between companies for the acquisition and placement of highly qualified personnel has somewhat increased. This applies not only to commercial organizations, but also to research centers and educational institutions. Therefore, the question of the quality of modern education is a problem that needs to be solved first. It is the HEIs (higher educational institutions) that form the knowledge of future specialists in a specific professional field.

The quality of educational services offered by HEIs is carried out on the basis of official assessment by state bodies on accreditation. The educational results of graduates are evaluated by employers. However, it is necessary to determine which main factors affect the educational process? Of course, this is the improvement of the quality of the educational process, the creation of favorable conditions, the presence of a highly developed organizational structure of HEIs, a high level of technical equipment, etc.
