Abdulaxatov Abdugaffor Abdusattor Ugli, Islamova Nilufar Bustanovna

Pregnant women have the highest risk of dental diseases [3]. According to a number of authors, the prevalence of dental caries during the physiological period of pregnancy is 91.4%, in 90% of cases, diseases of the parodont tissue, mainly damage to healthy teeth with an acute course of the carious process, make up 38% of pregnant women. [5]. Secondary caries, development of the caries process, enamel hyperesthesia occur in 79% of pregnant women [11]. At the same time, the growth intensity of dental caries in terms of the absolute increase in the index of caries-fillers-removed teeth during pregnancy is 0.83 [2].

TREATMENT OF CHRONIC APICAL PERIODONTITIS WITH THE DRUG HYDROXYCALCIUM BY DELAYED FILLING

Rustamov Arslan , Axmedov Alisher Astanovich

The treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis is one of the most difficult and important tasks of modern dentistry. 134 patients with endodontic treatment with two of the most common types of pastes were examined on an outpatient basis: resorcinol-formalin and Calcevit. According to the type of paste, all the examined patients were divided into two groups: 78 patients (51.5%) whose teeth were sealed with resorcinol-formalin paste and 56 patients (48.5%) with Calcite paste. According to the results of the study, it was found that in the group of teeth previously treated with resorcinol-formalin paste, more than 2/3 were molars (77.0 + 2.2%), every fifth tooth was premolar (19.1 + 2.0%) and there were fewer front teeth (3.9 + 1.0%). In the group of teeth previously treated with Calcite paste, the ratio of tooth types in different age subgroups differed. Almost equal proportions in frequency were noted for the anterior teeth (29.2 + 2.4%), premolars (29.8 + 2.4%), and the proportion of molars was slightly higher (41.0 + 2.4%).

MODERN APPROACHES OF TEACHING LITERATURE

Abdullaev Maxmud

This is a philosophical and cultural trend, a special mindset. Arose in France in the 1960s, an atmosphere of intellectual resistance to the total offensive of mass culture on human consciousness. In Russia, when Marxism collapsed as an ideology providing a reasonable approach to life, rational explanation went away and the realization of irrationality came. Postmodernism focused on the phenomenon of fragmentation, split in the consciousness of the individual. Postmodernism does not give advice, but describes a state of consciousness. The art of postmodernism is ironic, sarcastic, grotesque (after I.P. Ilyin).

UZBEK SIGN LANGUAGE CLASSIFIER BASED ON MACHINE LEARNING

Kayumov Oybek Achilovich , Kayumova Nazokat Rashitovna , Xodjabekova Dilnoza Furqat qizi

The "Uzbek Sign Language Classifier Based on Machine Learning" presents a groundbreaking approach to enhancing communication accessibility for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community in Uzbekistan. This research focuses on developing a robust machine learning model to recognize and classify Uzbek Sign Language (UzSL) signs, enabling real-time translation and fostering better integration of sign language users into various aspects of society. Utilizing advanced deep learning techniques, particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), this study addresses the intricate challenges associated with sign language recognition, such as gesture segmentation, feature extraction, and accurate classification. The dataset for this project comprises a comprehensive collection of images and videos of Uzbek sign language gestures. These data points undergo meticulous preprocessing, including normalization and augmentation, to enhance model training. The proposed model architecture leverages CNNs for spatial feature extraction and RNNs for capturing temporal dependencies, ensuring high accuracy in recognizing dynamic sign sequences. Additionally, the integration of transfer learning techniques, employing pre-trained models, significantly improves the model's performance, particularly given the relatively limited size of the dataset. Extensive experimentation and validation are conducted to fine-tune the model's hyper parameters, optimizing its accuracy and robustness. The results demonstrate a promising accuracy rate, highlighting the model's capability to accurately recognize and classify a wide range of Uzbek sign language gestures. Furthermore, this research underscores the importance of developing localized sign language recognition systems, tailored to the specific linguistic and cultural nuances of the target community.

THIN ENDOMETRIUM AND INFERTILITY: A COMPREHENSIVE SCIENTIFIC REVIEW

Kurbaniyazova Feruza Zafarjanovna

Thin endometrium, defined as an endometrial thickness less than 7 mm in the proliferative phase or less than 8 mm in the secretory phase, is a common finding in women with infertility. While the exact cause of thin endometrium is unknown, it is thought to be related to several factors, including hormonal imbalances, uterine abnormalities, and chronic inflammation. Thin endometrium can interfere with implantation, the process by which a fertilized egg attaches to the uterine lining and begins to develop. As a result, women with thin endometrium may have difficulty becoming pregnant.

This review article will discuss the current understanding of thin endometrium and its impact on infertility. We will review the different causes of thin endometrium, the diagnostic criteria, and the various treatment options available. We will also discuss the evidence supporting the use of different treatment approaches and the factors that may influence treatment success. MAN IN THE DIGITAL SOCIETY

Gulchehra M. Teshaeva

Man as a biological species provides its existence due to the creative transformation of the surrounding world, the development of culture and technologies. However, new technologies, being the fruit of human imagination and creativity, in turn, also change a person, complementing and transforming his usual habitat. Since the beginning of the emergence of technogenic civilization the dominant technologies of a particular historical period become the provider of metaphors for era-appropriate understanding person. In modern mechanism, the human body is compared to a machine - Sigmund Freud draws an analogy of what is repressed in psyche with a steam boiler, the lid of which blows off due to steam pressure - and in the twentieth century. Consciousness a person is like a computer. In modern times, one of these metaphors is digital networks with many nodes, while a person is not a network node, but is “distributed” among many of them.

MULTIPARAMETRIC ULTRASOUND DIAGNOSIS OF FETAL OSTEOCHONDRODYSPLASIAS AND PREDICTION OF POSTNATAL OUTCOMES

Majidov Bexruz Baxromovich

The osteochondrodysplasias or skeletal dysplasias are a heterogenous group of over 350 distinct disorders of skeletogenesis. Many manifest in the prenatal period, making them amenable to ultrasound prenatal diagnosis. A retrospective analysis evaluated 1,500 cases referred to the International Skeletal Dysplasia Registry (ISDR) to determine the relative frequency of specific osteochondrodysplasias and correlation of ultrasound versus radiographic diagnoses for these disorders. Within the retrospective cohort of 1,500 cases, 85% of the referred cases represented well-defined skeletal dysplasias, and the other 15% of cases were a mixture of genetic syndromes and probable early-onset intrauterine growth restriction. The three most common prenatal-onset skeletal dysplasias were osteogenesis imperfecta type 2, thanatophoric dysplasia and achondrogenesis 2, accounting for almost 40% of the cases. In a prospective analysis of 500 cases using a standardized ultrasound approach to the evaluation of these disorders, the relative frequencies of osteogenesis imperfecta type 2, thanatophoric dysplasia and achondrogenesis 2 were similar to the retrospective analysis. This study details the relative frequencies of specific prenatal-onset osteochondrodysplasias, their heterogeneity of prenatal-onset skeletal disorders and provides a standardized prenatal ultrasound approach to these disorders which should aid in the prenatal diagnosis of fetuses suspected of manifesting skeletal dysplasias.

FEATURES OF THE STRUCTURE OF COPD IN ELDERLY PATIENTS

Sattorov Yusufboy, Burxonova Zarafruz Qobilovna

Currently, there is a clear trend towards an increase in the elderly and senile population. Their share in the population in many countries exceeded 20%. Prevention of aging is one of the most actively and dynamically developing new areas of medicine in recent years. In the process of natural aging, factors such as decreased metabolism, dysfunction of the endocrine system and immunity, impaired microcirculation and neurohumoral regulation play a role. The age-related decrease in estrogen levels in a woman's body plays a significant role in the development of endogenous changes in COPD. Skin aging plays an important role in the mechanisms of the general biological aging process of the body. On the one hand, the oral mucosa determines the metabolic, structural and functional changes common to the entire body, and the condition of the skin as a whole may indicate the degree of aging of the body. On the other hand, the oral cavity is an organ that is constantly in contact with the external environment, as a result of which signs of aging may appear much earlier than in other organs.

RESEARCH OF CLINICAL AND RADIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT GENERALIZED PERIODONTITIS

Rahmonberdiyeva Rushana , Chaqqonov Faxriddin Xusanovich

In the complex treatment of generalized periodontitis, special attention is paid to the correct combination of conservative and surgical methods of treatment, which reduce the activity of destructive processes in periodontal tissues and restore the lost anatomy [1-9]. However, despite various additions and modifications, conservative and surgical interventions on the periodontal itself do not create sufficient conditions for effective relief of pathological processes and restoration of periodontal tissues [10-18]. In some cases, the use of new technologies, including the use of occupational hygiene, dental splints and other conservative methods of treatment, does not lead to the stabilization of destructive processes in the alveolar process, and in some cases contributes to the further destruction of periodontal tissues and surrounding bone tissue with the formation of defects of various sizes. The problem of dental preservation in patients with generalized periodontitis of II-III severity is still relevant. The organizational inconsistency of dentists of different specialties, the lack of a real medical examination of patients with periodontal disease create prerequisites for the interruption of treatment at the level of conservative therapeutic agents and the active course of destruction of bone tissue of alveolar processes.

PREDICTION OF THE SEVERITY OF THE CLINICAL COURSE OF PАRODONTITIS IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION

Rustamov Arslan, Axmedov Alisher Astanovich

The main task of diagnostics is to identify pathology at the earliest possible stages of its development, before the appearance of severe forms and complications. However, given the low awareness of the population and the long-term chronic course of periodontal diseases, patients with advanced periodontitis at a severe stage seek treatment. In these conditions, individual assessment and prediction of the risk of periodontitis in patients with arterial hypertension is relevant. Such studies will serve as a basis for identifying patients with a high risk of developing periodontal diseases, grouping them for the purpose of dental monitoring and implementing measures to neutralize the negative effects of periodontal diseases on the course of hypertension.

DEBATABLE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PATHOLOGICAL COURSE OF PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH IN CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA

Yunusova Zaringor Maqsadovna

The main function of connective tissues is to provide structural support to other tissues. Cartilage and bone are the main connective tissue types, other types are areolar connective tissue, which holds organs together, and dense connective tissue, which forms ligaments and tendons. We studied 47 pregnant women with uBD and 15 healthy pregnant women without uBD aged 24 to 30 years. 50% of women with uBD were at risk of abortion, and the risk of preterm birth was observed 6 times more often than in healthy pregnant women. Thus, pregnant women with signs of various forms of uBD belong to high-risk groups for obstetric and perinatal pathology and therefore need to be closely monitored during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. In addition, newborns who have a high probability of inheriting this disease must be examined.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), cesarean section (CS) is the most widely used operative method of childbirth today. Determining the role of CS practice in the search for ways to reduce perinatal and maternal morbidity and mortality is essential. In some cases, this method of delivery is the only way to reduce maternal mortality: premature separation of the normally located placenta and / or the appearance of signs of its partial separation, severe hypertensive conditions, including a severe degree of preeclampsia and eclampsia, somatic complications that lead to complications in the mother's natural delivery pathologies.

Thus, the tactics of taking women with a scar on the uterus through natural childbirth, with adequate prenatal preparation, the development of criteria for assessing the adjustment of the surgical scar, the lack of special criteria for predicting the probability of natural childbirth in pregnant women who underwent cesarean section, the special urgency of finding a solution to these issues defines. Therefore, it is necessary to study the condition of women with uterine

Juraeva Oygul Alisher Kizi, Islamova Nilufar Bustanovna

The most common causes of complications in the mouth and the unsuitability of fixed structures are considered to be inflammatory processes, caries and its complications (16,4–25,2 %) [7,8,12], thermal burns of the pulp (4.3%) [4,6,9], cementation of the supporting crowns (8-21% of all complications). These processes often develop in the area of the edge of artificial crowns and are caused by the destruction of the cement layer that fixes the non-removable prosthesis. One of the typical complications of dental prosthetics, which often develops within the first year after fixation of the artificial crown, is the exposure of the neck of the tooth root due to gum recession [3,5,11].

DISKUTIERBARE FRAGEN ZUM PATHOLOGISCHEN VERLAUF VON SCHWANGERSCHAFT UND GEBURT BEI BINDEGEWEBEDYSPLASIE

Yunusova Zaringor Maksadovna

FEATURES OF DIAGNOSIS IN CHILDREN WITH AN OPEN BITE

Rustamov Arslanbek Alisherovich, Akhmedov Alisher Astanovich

Recently, the city of Samarkand has implemented a set of measures aimed at improving, diagnosing and treating vertical anomalies, namely open bite, and at the moment many scientists and practitioners have begun to study more deeply the factors leading to the development of this anomaly. In clinical practice, etiological factors, endogenous and exogenous factors, as well as the living conditions of this patient, taking into account the age of the patient, are of particular importance. We carried out preventive measures for children aged 6 to 15 in 37 patients with an open bite.[1,2]

Taking into account all aspects of this anomaly, we set ourselves the task of diagnosing patients with open occlusion using modern methods, taking into account their age and type of anomaly.

open bite is considered as an independent form of dental anomalies, and can be combined with other disorders in the transversal or sagittal direction.[3]

According to the literature, an open bite occurs in 62% of cases together with the mesial ratio of dentition

An open bite is a serious anomaly of the maxillary system. According to the results of a survey and observation by Nigmatova R.N., Shaamukhamedov F.A., Nigmatova I.M. (2017), open bite was 1.4% among children aged 3-6 years. According to L.P. Grigoriev (1995), 1.12% in children aged 7-16 years. 2.7% in the distribution of anomalies of the maxillary system.[5,6].

However, a number of researchers claim that by the age of 9-10, the frequency of open bite decreases, which is associated with the elimination of bad habits that contribute to the development of the anomaly, as well as with the normalization of respiratory and swallowing functions. In later adolescence, there may be a repeated increase in the prevalence of open bite due to late bone growth in the facial region of the skull [4].

STUDY OF CHANGES IN THE ORAL CAVITY IN ENDOCRINE DISEASES

Sattorov Yusufboy, Burxonova Zarafruz Qobilovna

One of the problems of modern clinical dentistry is the growth of inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity, which occur against the background of secondary immunodeficiency [3, 6, 8]. The internal factor affecting the immune response is the endocrine system, which is part of the complex of neuroclin regulation of homeostasis. An important role in the pathogenesis of various dental diseases is assigned to a complex multifunctional relationship between the immune, nervous and endocrine systems.

MODERN APPROACH TO THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC GENERALIZED PERIODONTITIS

Rahmonberdiyeva Rushana, Chaqqonov Faxriddin Xusanovich

The article provides up-to-date data on the etiology, etiology, clinical picture and problems with the treatment of generalized periodontitis. The authors came to the conclusion that the treatment should be comprehensive and aimed at eliminating inflammation in the periodontal area, eliminating periodontal pockets, stimulating restorative bone formation, restoring function and adversely affecting the general health and quality of life of the patient. The use of conductors in the drug for the treatment of inflammatory and destructive periodontal diseases is due to the ability to increase the permeability conductivity of the drug to the inflammatory focus, allowing to create an effective concentration of the active drug component, which is part of the composition in the entire volume of periodontal lesions, maintaining it throughout the entire period of treatment.
