THE SIGNIFICANCE OF "4K" COMPREHENSIONS IN MODERN EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS

Abstract:
The article describes the concert basics
of "4k" concepts and their place in modern
educational standards. 4K recommendations, the
main document that regulates the work of the
teacher from a methodological point of view,
undoubtedly, the National Curriculum with a new
version from 2022 has been put into practice. In
the national curriculum, the development of
students' ability to think independently, to solve
problematic and creative tasks is declared as an
important educational outcome, which serves to
develop creativity and form critical thinking.
INTRODUCTION
Modern researchers distinguish between Hard skills and Soft skills.
Hard skills
- skills and abilities necessary for a specific job, for example, mother tongue, mathematics,
arithmetic, history, etc. Otherwise, we call such skills "objective". Moreover, such skills are apparently
called rrofessional.
Soft skills
- They are not related to a specific subject area, but are embedded in all human activities.
These are universal skills that are not related to a specific profession or specialty. They reflect a person's
personal qualities: his ability to communicate with people, organize his time effectively, think
creatively, make decisions and take responsibility.
Why should soft skills be developed in the modern school? School is the first step in preparing children
for the future, professional self-determination, and according to the latest research, the labor market is
changing: the need for professions related to routine operations that can be performed by a computer

popularity, skills that require human intelligence, the ability to operate in some information space. The
Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) suggests the following promising
skills and competencies that will be needed by the future worker by 2030:

(argumentation). Ability to explain the course of one's thoughts/method, defend one's
conclusions.

of these concepts within the framework of a traditional lesson and in relation to the content of a certain
subject. In addition, these competencies do not have a clear description within the educational
standards. The correlation between the results of the meta-science study established by the national
curriculum and the characteristics of "4K" skills allows us to conclude that they are very close and
intersect, therefore, the assessment of the level of formation of "4K" tools. Allows assessment of the
meta-theme outcomes of the learning standard.
