RESULT AND DISCUSSION
Today, the role of the teacher in the educational process
is interpreted not only as a cognitive giver, but as a
creative person who forms the educational process,
prepares the student for life. A creative approach is an
important factor in the development of pedagogical
skills of teachers of the future discipline, this approach
directs students to independent thinking, creative
solution of problems and self-development.
The concept of the creative approach and its essence
The creative approach is a way to effectively organize
the educational process through the use of creative
thinking and innovative techniques in the activities of
the teacher. This approach contributes to the
establishment of an active and effective interaction
between the teacher and the students. Creativity plays
an important role not only in the development of new
ideas, but also in the new interpretation of existing
knowledge. For teachers of educational science, the use
of this approach makes it possible to reveal the personal
abilities of students and adapt them to the needs of
society.
Ways to develop pedagogical skills
1. Using innovative techniques:
In modern education, digital technologies and
interactive tools make the learning process interesting
and effective. For example, the organization of classes
based on problem situations, the use of role-playing
games and simulations develop critical thinking skills in
students.
2. Encourage creative activity:
On the basis of a creative approach, it is necessary to
encourage students to freely express their thoughts,
actively participate in creative projects and events. In
the discipline of education, this process serves for the
conscious acceptance of moral values by students.
3. Introduction of problem teaching technologies:
In the process of solving problem tasks, the teacher
participates as a guide for students. Such a method

develops in students the skills of independent thinking,
logical analysis and making their own decision.
4. Self-development and reflection:
The teacher develops his skills by regularly analyzing
his pedagogical activity, identifying his strengths and
weaknesses. This process will help to constantly
improve the creative approach.
CONCLUSION
The development of pedagogical skills of teachers of
the future discipline on the basis of a creative approach
is an urgent requirement of today's society. This
approach not only increases the effectiveness of the
teacher's activities, but also positively affects the
creative thinking and personal development of
students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and put
into practice special programs for training teachers to
take a creative approach.
