Management Characteristics, Principles, Essence and Scientific Approaches to Digitization in The Development Process in The Higher Education System
This study examines how management characteristics, guiding principles, institutional essence, and scientific approaches to digitization influence developmental processes in higher education. Adopting a convergent parallel mixed methods design, the research gathered quantitative data through surveys administered to administrators, faculty, staff, and students, and qualitative data through interviews, focus groups, and document analysis. Findings indicate that leadership models grounded in inclusivity, collaboration, and strategic foresight foster greater acceptance and more effective implementation of digital initiatives. Professional development emerged as a critical factor for sustained capacity-building, with ongoing training programs proving more beneficial than sporadic or one-off workshops. Additionally, equity and inclusivity remain significant concerns, as limited access to devices and internet connectivity can exacerbate existing disparities. Data-driven decision-making, though recognized for its potential to enhance teaching and resource allocation, is often hindered by a lack of standardized guidelines and ethical frameworks. Institutional culture and well-defined strategic planning, including sustainability and budget provisions, are vital for the long-term success of digitization efforts. Overall, the study underscores the importance of a holistic management approach that integrates supportive leadership, robust professional development, and equitable resource distribution. These elements collectively ensure that digitization in higher education not only streamlines processes but also aligns with the core academic mission of delivering quality instruction and expanding learning opportunities.

Physical Development Among Students Pursuing Sports Management
This paper investigates the physical development of undergraduate students enrolled in a Sports Management program over a 16-week academic semester. Thirty participants (aged 18–23), comprising both male and female students, were assessed on four key fitness components: cardiovascular endurance (using a 1.5-mile run test), muscular strength (1RM bench press), flexibility (sit-and-reach test), and body composition (skinfold measurements). Students participated in a structured curriculum that integrated theoretical coursework with two hours of supervised physical training each week. Quantitative findings indicated statistically significant improvements in run times, bench press strength, flexibility scores, and reductions in body fat percentage. Qualitative interviews revealed that peer support, accountability through testing, and perceived professional advantages in sports administration motivated students to maintain regular physical activity. However, participants also highlighted time constraints and academic workload as obstacles. The study concludes that embedding practical fitness training into sports management curricula not only promotes students’ well-being and functional knowledge but also prepares future sports professionals to lead and advocate for healthier athletic environments.

Wisdom tooth extraction: features of the procedure
The third molar (molar) is more often called the wisdom tooth or the "figure of eight" (the third molar is the 8th from the middle of the dentition). It is not preceded by a baby tooth, and the laying does not occur in the prenatal period, but at the age of 3-5 years. The "eight" erupts later than others, when the jaw bones have completely or partially stopped growing between the ages of 14 and 30, sometimes even later. Growth and eruption are completely dependent on the hereditary characteristics of the organism.

Foundations of Developing Learning-Cognitive Activities Through the Implementation of Modern Assessment Methods in The Teaching Process
This paper examines how modern assessment methods, when integrated into classroom practices, can enhance learners’ cognitive engagement and foster self-regulated learning. Drawing on a mixed-methods design, the study involved twenty secondary school teachers who employed formative assessment strategies—such as peer review, open-ended questioning, and real-time feedback—over one academic semester. Both quantitative and qualitative data indicate that continuous, context-specific feedback significantly improves students’ critical thinking skills, motivation, and metacognitive awareness. Furthermore, qualitative analysis of classroom observations and focus group interviews reveals that systematic formative assessments encourage a shift from passive reception to active collaboration, leading to greater learner autonomy and self-efficacy. While some students initially demonstrated discomfort with these collaborative strategies, they gradually adapted and reported increased confidence in their learning process. The findings underscore the potential of modern assessment frameworks to reshape traditional teacher-centered paradigms, catalyzing deeper cognitive activity and sustained academic growth.
Teaching Listening Strategies Through Genre-Based Approaches
Listening comprehension is a critical skill in second language acquisition, yet it remains one of the most challenging aspects of language learning. Traditional listening instruction often focuses on passive exposure rather than actively developing learners' strategic competence. A genre-based approach offers a structured method for teaching listening strategies by emphasizing the linguistic, structural, and contextual characteristics of different spoken genres, such as news reports, academic lectures, and casual conversations. This study explores the integration of genre-based listening instruction with key listening strategies, including predicting content, recognizing discourse markers, inferring meaning, listening for specific information, recognizing speech variability, and taking effective notes. By explicitly teaching students how different genres function, they can improve their ability to anticipate, process, and interpret spoken texts more efficiently. The findings suggest that applying genre-based approaches enhances listening comprehension by fostering active engagement, improving discourse awareness, and strengthening learners' ability to navigate real-world communicative situations. This article discusses the theoretical foundations, essential listening strategies, and practical applications of genre-based instruction in second language education.
