FLUENCY IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AS A LINGUOMETHODICAL PROBLEM
The phenomenon of fluency in speaking a foreign language is considered from the perspective of modern linguodidactics. Various interpretations of the concept of “speech fluency” are analyzed. Quantitative (pauses, ability to divide into syntagms, ability to fill and shorten pauses) and qualitative (range of language means used, accuracy of statements, variety of morphological forms and syntactic structures used, lexical economy, metaphoricality) characteristics of speaking fluency are discussed. forming the basis for the development of a scale for its assessment.
LINGUISTIC FEATURES OF THE TERM "SOCIAL PROTECTION" IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK LANGUAGES
Composition: The term "social protection" is composed of two words, "social" and "protection." The word "social" refers to society or the collective well-being of individuals, while "protection" refers to the act of safeguarding or ensuring safety. The combination of these two words creates a compound term that signifies the idea of safeguarding the well-being of individuals within society.

The development of world linguistics in the anthropocentric paradigm increases the need for research on the speech tools of the language, the effectiveness of the word, its place in the formation of the linguistic image of the world and its basic structure, rather than the natural existence in a comparative and comparative aspect. In most cases, the issue of the relationship between language and culture is aimed at finding the connection between the common (universal) and specific features in the understanding of existence of the manifestations of different linguistic and cultural traditions.
THE IDEOLOGICAL ROLE OF THE ARABIC LANGUAGE IN FORMING NATIONAL IDENTITY

The significance of literary Arabic in shaping the national identity of Arabs can be observed through its impact on symbolism, communication, and influence. Literary Arabic is important in Middle East and North Africa countries because it helps shape national and group identity. It also influences how the language is used and the rules and guidelines around it. The focus of this article is on highlighting the value of the Arabic language for those who identify as Arabs. It explains that Arabic is used by Arabs to stand up against cultural and political challenges from Western countries.
