Аннотация

In pharmaceutical technology, most substances used in the development of solid dosage forms have a powdery nature. During the technological processing of such active substances, their physicochemical and technological properties are taken into account. According to biopharmaceutical theory, the quality indicators and bioavailability of finished dosage forms largely depend on the physicochemical and technological parameters of the medicinal substances, primarily on the crystalline modifications of the particles.

Relevance:

In pharmaceutical technology, most substances used in the development of solid

dosage forms have a powdery nature. During the technological processing of such active substances,
their physicochemical and technological properties are taken into account. According to
biopharmaceutical theory, the quality indicators and bioavailability of finished dosage forms largely
depend on the physicochemical and technological parameters of the medicinal substances, primarily
on the crystalline modifications of the particles.

From the literature data, it is known that the shape and size of the particles of the medicinal

substance are one of the main factors that largely determine their technological properties and the
technological properties of the masses of dosage forms. This, in turn, plays an important role in
determining the type and quantity of excipients added to solid dosage forms, as well as the appropriate
technology.

The object of the research work:

Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute and Uz. In scientific

cooperation with scientists of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry named after O. Sadykov, a
mixture of the active substance "Viaren," which stimulates the immune system and increases male
hormones, has been developed. The main goal of the research is to determine the crystalline structure
of the particles of the active substance "Viaren.".

Methods and techniques:

Our experiments consisted of determining the crystalline form of

particles of the active substance "Viaren," conducting crystallographic work in microscopic studies.
The determination of the crystalline structure of the substance "Viaren" was carried out on an electron
microscope of the Japanese model "Olympus SZX10" (126-fold magnification, ring, with a diode
lamp illuminator) by simultaneous viewing and photographing with an eyepiece 2×10×6.3 and
objective 50.

Results:

The results of the experiment on determining the crystalline structure of the active

substance "Viaren," which stimulates the immune system and increases male hormone, are presented
in the figure below. As can be seen from the results presented in the figure, the active substance
"Viaren" was obtained by Prof. According to the crystallographic classification of E.E. Borzunov, it
was established that it belongs to the group of platy, flaky, flaky, loose, and difficult-to-compact low-
porous substances.

Conclusions

: Thus, for the first time, the crystalline structure of the particles of the mixture of

active substances "Viaren," which stimulate the immune system and have a male hormone-

showed that the active substance "Viaren" was obtained by Prof. According to the crystallographic
classification of E.E. Borzunov, it was established that it belongs to the group of plates, flakes, flakes,
loose, difficult-to-compact, low-porous powdered substances. This, in turn, determines that when
developing solid dosage forms from active substances with such a crystalline structure, it is necessary
to select the type and quantity of scientifically based excipients in order to improve their technological
properties.
