PROPERTIES AND DETERMINING THE QUALITY INDICATORS IN ITS

Relevance:

The search for herbal remedies that increase the liver’s resistance to the harmful

effects of toxins and stimulate detoxification processes is relevant .

Objective:

To study the herbal hepatoprotective kit, which consists of seven herbal raw

materials (batuten flowers, yarrow herb, tea herb, chamomile flowers, itoshagana herb, tentacle
leaves, Shona roots.

Research methods.

A study of the morphological, anatomical, and quantitative parameters of

the hepatoprotective properties was conducted using the generally accepted methodology of the State
Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The qualitative composition of biologically active
substances in the plant material was determined using phytochemical analysis. Physicochemical
methods were used to determine antioxidant activity (spectrophotometry), quantitative analysis of the
content of broad-spectrum substances (permanganatometry), and flavonoids (spectrophotometry).

Results:

A new composition used in the treatment and prevention of liver diseases was

developed. The composition of the collection was theoretically and experimentally substantiated.
Microscopic and macroscopic analysis, quantitative and qualitative composition, key raw material
parameters (moisture, ash, impurities, etc.), and toxicity were determined. We developed our own
method for creating a savings ratio based on V. A. Kurkin's method. We recommend selecting two
plant materials considered basic and obtaining a quantity twice that of the other materials. Therefore,
due to their pronounced choleretic, antioxidant, and hepatoprotective effects, batuten flowers and
chaykurai grass received 2 parts, while the remaining auxiliary components received 1 part each. The
prepared kit is presented as a "hepatoprotective kit" and consists of: button flowers 2 parts, shoinain
roots 1 part, tentacle leaves 1 part, shaker grass 2 parts, yarrow grass 1 part, chamomile flowers 1
part, itoshagan grass 1 part. Table 1. Relative weight of white rats receiving an aqueous infusion from
