The article presents the results of laboratory tests of the resistance and sensitivity of M.bovis and M.tuberculosis strains to the new anti-tuberculosis drug Mairin in low and high doses. According to the results of studies, when using low doses (0.3%) of the drug Mairin, the strain showed resistance, while at higher doses (3.0%) it showed sensitivity.

In the article, as a result of vaccination of calves with "GOA formalin vaccine against colibacteriosis and salmonellosis diseases of calves, lambs and piglets", duration of immunity of 9-12 months was observed in experiments. In the treatment of colibacteriosis and salmonellosis diseases of calves, due to the stabilization of the immune system at the expense of gamma-globulins in the hyperimmune blood serum, it was found that the efficiency was higher than 92 percent. Also, information on hematological and biochemical changes of blood in the body of calves suffering from these diseases in a mixed form, as well as the sensitivity of E.coli and Salmonella to antibiotics is presented.

The study revealed the negative effect of enrofloxacin on the hematological parameters, expressed in a decrease in the number of red blood cells, reduction of hemoglobin concentration with the manifestation of anemia, a significant rise in the number of white blood cells in chickens and changes in the white blood formula. The simultaneously administration of L.acidophilus had a beneficial effect on weight, recovery of indicators of red and white blood, expressed in the accelerated recovery of hemoglobin concentration, the number of red blood cells and leukocyte formula compared to chickens treated with enrofloxacin in a single mode. Our studies
evidence the need to reduce the antimicrobials, using probiotic preparations to restrain the negative effect of fluoroquinolones in case of their administration

The article presents the results of a comparative study of the detection of tuberculin-positive cattle with PPD-tuberculin produced by NIIV-BIOVET and PPD-tuberculin (Russia). Tests carried out on farms unaffected by tuberculosis in cattle showed that during simultaneous tuberculinization in responding livestock with intradermal administration of PPD-tuberculin (NIIV-BIOVET) at a dose of 0.2 ml 10,000 TU, the thickness of the skin fold was significantly different from the thickness of the skin of non-responders animals.
