Today, raising the younger generation as a comprehensively developed person is one of the most

important tasks facing society. Various educational tools are used for this purpose, one of which

is music. Music is a powerful aesthetic tool that directly affects the human psyche, way of

thinking, and moral views. In particular, the role of music in the spiritual development of young

people is incomparable.

In our dear and glorious homeland, Uzbekistan, which is developing day by day, today the

changes are huge, the goals are lofty. We all know that in today's age of using advanced

technologies, fundamental changes are taking place in our country in all aspects. In every sphere

of society, including economics, medicine, education, mechanical engineering, electric power,

aviation, and other areas, development has not stopped for a minute. Among these, new

educational technologies and programs are being developed to educate the younger generation in

line with the times, to make them broad-minded and talented, and mature specialists in their

profession. All the opportunities for students and young people to learn are wide and the

achieve high positions in the world community today. Today, the desire of every parent not to

remain indifferent to the future of their child is strengthening the interest and opportunities of

young people in science. In particular, the ongoing reforms in the education system have not left

anyone indifferent.

The fact that the President of our state, Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, has been focusing

his attention on reforms in the field of education since the beginning of the new year is a clear

proof of this. At the meeting on the development of school education held in January 2022, our

head of state did not say in vain that “Salvation is in education, salvation is in upbringing,

salvation is in knowledge.” The reason is that the future of our beautiful and glorious homeland

is in the hands of our youth. The prosperity, development, and high position of our new

Uzbekistan in the eyes of the world community depend solely on the knowledge and skills

Education is responsible for the education system and leave the entire society without attention,

it will be a big mistake. In our peaceful and peaceful land, educating the younger generation and

shaping them into advanced, educated and broad-minded individuals who will contribute to the

prosperity and future of our country is one of our important and urgent tasks today. In particular,

it is well known that during the years of independence, our country underwent extensive

economic and political changes. Like many other areas, many positive changes have been made

in the public education system.

Music plays an important role in the formation of a human personality from childhood. Through

songs and melodies, young people are guided to such positive qualities as goodness, patriotism,

kindness, patience and friendship. In particular, our national music - maqoms, folk songs,

traditional instruments - form a sense of respect for their nation and awareness of historical

identity in the hearts of young people.Musical education increases the child's aesthetic taste,

develops creativity and enriches his emotional world. Young people's involvement in music

helps them to think freely, express themselves, and learn the culture of behavior on stage. It is

these aspects that create the basis for young people to grow up as active, cultured and mature

individuals in the future. In addition, music is also useful in reducing stress and maintaining

emotional balance. This is especially relevant for young people growing up in today's fast-paced

and noisy life.

The education of the younger generation is a priority for any society. Their growth as

comprehensively healthy, educated, spiritually mature and aesthetically pleasing people helps to

think, express oneself, learn the culture of behavior on stage. It is these aspects that create the

basis for young people to grow up as active, cultured and mature individuals in the future. In

addition, music is also useful in reducing stress and maintaining emotional balance. This is

especially relevant for young people growing up today - in conditions of a fast-paced and noisy

life. The upbringing of the younger generation is a priority task for any society. Their growing up

as comprehensively healthy, educated, spiritually mature and aesthetically pleasing people is an

important factor for future development. From this point of view, the role of music in the

upbringing of young people deserves special attention.

Music is a tool that directly affects the human psyche, through which goodness, beauty, kindness,

patriotism and other positive qualities are formed in young people. Music is not only a means of

conveying cultural heritage, but also a powerful factor that balances the emotional state of young

people, reduces stress, and strengthens mental health. Through music, young people learn to

express their feelings, the culture of speech, the rules of behavior on stage, and a creative

approach. In particular, national music, as a rich cultural heritage of our people, develops a sense

of identity and respect for national values in the hearts of the younger generation. Through

the art of maqom, folklore music, and traditional musical instruments, love for their nation

increases in young people.Music education, as an integral part of aesthetic education, forms the

taste of young people, teaches them to appreciate beauty and elegance. At the same time, it

serves to develop socially important qualities such as personal discipline, teamwork skills, and

patience.

Today, music education is widely introduced not only in special schools, but also in general

secondary educational institutions. This allows each child to demonstrate their talents and enrich

their inner world. Especially in working with preschool and primary school children, increasing

the role of music serves their comprehensive and harmonious development.
