Abstract

In this case, the history, formation, stages of development, development, and modern role of the Uzbek national wrestling is covered in this work. Fighting is the rich cultural heritage of our people, and also important as a means of physical education, as a national pride. Information on the main techniques of wrestling, ethical and normative rules, athletes, as well as the role of this sport in the education of the younger generation. The international struggle and development prospects are also discussed. This work is designed for athletes, coaches and national sports.
