Abstract

Introduction

The path of personal growth and self-improvement is ongoing journey aimed at becoming the

best version of oneself.It includes going straightly forward and hard movement in the way of

life.So life is a gift thar given only once, so it is more crucial to make the most of it by enriching

it with meaningful experiences. If a person is under severe stress or falls in to depression they

will never be able to grow or fright for themselves.As a result, this person's journey feels

monotonous and meaningless.This article shows how important growth and self-improvement

are in our life and what actions can be taken to achieve. Achievements plays a huge role in

everyones life. When people comes to world they try being the best version of themselves.They

dreams, lives in a different condition, studies, works and does anythings for the life. We know

that everything is in in our hand both winning and losing in life too. In the pursuit of a fulfilling

and meaningful life, embarking on a journey of self-improvement is a testament to the innate

human desire for progress and enhancement. Whether you’re seeking to bolster your self-

confidence, cultivate new skills, or overcome life’s obstacles, self-improvement can serve as a

compass guiding you toward becoming the best version of yourself.

Self regulation and planning

Self regulation is the ability to overcome obstacles step forward to dreams , take the right paths,

avoid disappointments.Goal setting techniques and raising and individual's level of self-

efficiency are ways to regulate conscience processes.For example, a high belief in behavioural

achievement makes people more strong.Some people can not control themselves and as a result

of this they becomes a murderer, a criminal, a thief or this kind of unbehaviour person.If people

makes a right decision like with good habits , they actually will be the best.In this case there are

some ideas about how people to be consider self regulation.Firstly, beginning with increase your

knowledge. Regularly engaging with books and articles on personal development is a potent tool

for growth. Mr. Paradeep Bhat (2009) said that "This ongoing learning activity helps people

understand dissimilar features of life and themselves better.By the way, this striving toward of

comprehension , one can discover novel methods to personal difficulties, enhancing overall

growth and development. Mindfulness is a key practice in the journey of personal growth,

fostering greater self awareness and emotional intelligence".

Motivator Ra’no Muminova (2020) says when those days arrive you'll be filled with admiration

for your achievements and express gratitude surrounded by loving people. Your current effort

serves among happy winners tomorrow. Do not give up or get discouraged. People who showed

you support will treat you with respect on those days. Everything remains as it is. Be pleased

with today and receive your desired reward with patience and strong effort we achieve great

heights and see fruits of our labors. Living by being grateful and patient is enough.Therefore,

Robert Anthony (1989) said that:’’Start your journey of self-discovery at once. Then think of

nothing but goodness. Always conquer your fears. Stop blaming yourself for everything .Do not

compare yourself to others, wheter you are think you are better or worse. The most essential

thing is to try to understand the kind of and person you want to you become. When you see

a new planted sapling ,you don't blame it for not being lush and productive yet.You don't

disregard it for being smaller and lush and weaker than other frees. What you recognize is that it

needs additional care. Let go of such thoughts about yourself. Regardless of your current state ,

understand that you need care and attention, just like that tree. Be resolute in nurturing yourself

so that you can grow can into a fruitful tree future. Always value yourself, never be afraid of

making mistakes’’.
There are some steps for living positively with energy. It consists a balance of physical activity,

mental wellbeing, personal growth.There are some key components to include:
• Doing exercises constantly: around 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity.
• Search some kind of activity you enjoy: whether it's dancing, hiking, cycling, swimming,

singing or yoga , engaging in activities you love and makes it easier to stay active.
•Balanced diet: Pay attention on meals like fruits, vegetable, grains , greens and healthy fats.
• Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water throughout the day.Limit sugary drinks and excessive

caffeine.
• Mental Wellbeing: practice mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and improve focus.
• Learning continuously: engage in lifelong learning through reading, taking courses or exploring

new hobbies.
• Build relationship: maintain strong relationship with family and friends.

"People desire to maximize the positivity, and minimize the negativity, of their self-views. They

always counterpoint themselves to another while rich or poor, clever or imbecile, focused on life

Constantine Sadikines (2012). That's true, because it's not easy to achieve the goals. We should

boost our positivity instead of negative way. It becomes good experience for us. If humans want

to grow up although came across in a different kind of problems. It leads to patience, energy,

honestly and prayer of course.James Clear (July 31, 2013) said that: "If you’re serious about

getting better at something, then one of the first steps is to know—in black-and-white terms—

where you stand. You need self-awareness before you can achieve self-improvement. For most

of us, the path to self-improvement starts by setting a specific and actionable goal. What I’m

starting to realize, however, is that when it comes to actually getting things done and making

progress in the areas that are important to you, there is a much better way to do things. It all

comes down to the difference between goals and systems". Thusly, learning is more crucial on

growth.So, learning is not just about collecting information, it's about promoting critical thinking,

resolution abilities and creativity.Shaming the difficulty of feeling untrained or debatable is

crucial for pushing past your limitations and unlocking your full potential.In such a way,

learning serves as a professional for personal development, allow you to navigate life's

complexities with confidence and adaptability. So, instead of feeling down when you sometimes

feel not good enough, see those feelings as signs that you're growing. Remember that every little

step you take in learning helps you become smarter and better. By thinking of learning as a

never-ending journey and being strong when things get tough, you can use knowledge to

improve all parts of your life.Now education, knowledge and intelligence have become the

determining sources of development of our society; The scope of involving the young generation

in scientific activities is expanding, and the requirements for the professional training of future

scientists are increasing. Therefore, we can see many global changes and modernizations in the

field of education. Now the bachelor's and master's doctoral studies have been introduced.

During the implementation of the post-graduate education program, it will train scientific and

scientific-pedagogical personnel within the framework of the master's degree, enabling them to

work in higher educational institutions and research centers in the future. Thus, master's

education programs must necessarily include the scientific and methodological direction of

personnel training and in-depth training in the relevant field. In the process of preparation,

graduate students should acquire the skills of research activities. degree, enabling them to work

in higher educational institutions and research centers in the future. Ardakh Yermentaeyeva

(2013) said that: "Currently, higher education institutions face the problem of training specialists

assumes, dreams and settling personal goals. Thinks about how to achieve it and making plan

and execution.As a result of hardworking, strong experience, continuous activity person achieve

the goals. It is one of the best way to fulfill the aims. And the another solution to this begins with

compassion and self- appraisal, meaning that self-respect is the most important one. Realistic

self-appraisal is not an easy task, however, espe- cially when the reality is harsh. We

hypothesized that the atmosphere of warmth and understanding generated by self- compassion

may help people acknowledge a need for improvement without sinking into despair or feeling

over- whelmed by anxiety about the possibility of failure (Neff, Hseih, & Dejitthirat, 2005).
