THE FUNCTIONING OF PHRASEOLOGICAL INTENSIFIERS IN DIFFERENT
TYPES OF DISCOURSE

Annotatsiya:
Nutqning har xil turlarida frazeologik kuchaytirgichlarning vazifasi juda keng va
muhimdir. Frazeologik kuchaytirgichlar, ya'ni frazeologik birliklar, tilning rang-barangligini
oshirishda, ifodalilikni kuchaytirishda va nutqni yanada ta'sirchan qilishda muhim rol o'ynaydi.
Ular yordamida muallif yoki nutq so'zlovchi o'z fikrlarini aniq, ravshan va qiziqarli tarzda
ifodalashga erishadi. Bu esa tinglovchilar yoki o'quvchilar uchun nutqni yanada qiziqarli va esda
qolarli qiladi. Ushbu maqolada nutqning har xil turlarida frazeologik kuchaytirgichlarning
vazifasi haqida ma'lumotlar berilgan.

Аннотация:
Функция фразеологических усилителей в различных типах речи очень
широка и важна. Фразеологические усилители, то есть фразеологические единицы, играют
важную роль в увеличении разнообразия языка, усилении выразительности и повышении
эффективности речи. С их помощью автору или говорящему удается выразить свои мысли
ясно, четко и интересно. Это делает речь более интересной и запоминающейся для
слушателей или читателей. В данной статье представлена информация о функции
фразеологических усилителей в различных типах речи.

Abstract:
The function of phraseological intensifiers in various types of speech is very wide and
important. Phraseological intensifiers, that is, phraseological units, play an important role in
increasing the diversity of the language, enhancing expressiveness and making speech more
effective. With their help, the author or speaker manages to express his thoughts clearly, clearly
and interestingly. This makes the speech more interesting and memorable for listeners or readers.
This article provides information on the function of phraseological intensifiers in various types
of speech.

INTRODUCTION
Different types of speech, such as oral and written speech, as well as types of speech in scientific,
artistic, mass media and other areas, require the use of phraseological units. In oral speech,
phraseological units often enliven the conversation, enhance intimacy, sincerity and
understanding between the persons participating in it. During the conversation, with the help of

phraseological units, the speaker has the opportunity to express his thoughts more strongly and
effectively. This makes the conversation more interesting and meaningful.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
In written speech, phraseological units facilitate the readability and understanding of the text. In
written speech, phraseological units often help to clearly express the author's thoughts. With their
help, complex ideas can be conveyed in a simple and clear way. The purpose of written speech is
often to direct the reader to a specific idea, so the use of phraseological intensifiers is important
in this process. Phraseological intensifiers also enhance the emotional and aesthetic aspects of
speech. With their help, the author or speaker can express his feelings, thoughts and intentions
more effectively and powerfully. In fiction, phraseological units are often used to create
figurative images, which expands the reader's imagination and arouses emotions. In works of
fiction, phraseological units create unique images, which interest the reader and connect him to
the text.[1]
RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS
Phraseological intensifiers also find their place in scientific types of speech. They provide clear
and concise expressions when presenting scientific information. In such speeches, phraseological
units often help express certain concepts, which makes it easier for listeners or readers to
understand scientific ideas. In scientific speech, phraseological intensifiers can be used to
express complex ideas in a simple and understandable way. This makes scientific
communication effective and attracts the attention of the audience. Phraseological amplifiers are
often used in the media to convey information quickly and effectively. With their help, news,
articles and reports become more interesting and engaging. The goal of public speaking is often
to attract a wide audience, so phraseological amplifiers are important in this process. With the
help of phraseological units in the media, authors achieve a more powerful and impressive
expression of their ideas.[2]
Phraseological intensifiers can also vary depending on the context of speech. Each type of
speech can have its own phraseological units, which further enhance their meaning and impact.
Various aspects of speech, such as the formal or informal setting, as well as the characteristics of
the audience, are important factors in choosing phraseological units. In formal speech, more
specific and explicit phraseological units can be used, while in informal speech, more random
and free phraseological units are used. Phraseological intensifiers of speech also depend on the
cultural context. Each nation and culture has its own phraseological units, which express the
specific features of that culture.[3]
Therefore, it is important to take into account the cultural context when using phraseological
intensifiers. Through phraseological units, authors have the opportunity to express their culture,
customs and traditions. In various types of speech, the function of phraseological intensifiers is
not only to convey information, but also to form the feelings, thoughts and imagination of the
listener or reader. With their help, the speech becomes more impressive and memorable, which,
in turn, helps to achieve the speaker's goals. For speakers and authors, the correct use of
phraseological intensifiers is important in expressing their thoughts clearly and effectively.[4]

As a result, phraseological units perform important functions in various types of speech. With
their help, it is possible to enrich speech, increase expressiveness, enhance emotions, and attract
the audience. Depending on different aspects and contexts of speech, phraseological units can be
used in different ways, which increases their effectiveness. The correct use of phraseological
units is important for speakers and authors to express their thoughts clearly and effectively. With
the help of phraseological units in any type of speech, we have the opportunity to express our
thoughts in a powerful and effective way.
