Improving the quality of higher education requires critical analysis and renewal while
considering the established requirements. At the same time, it demands enriching the content of
the pedagogical process management system in general secondary education institutions. Today,
higher education institutions are creating conditions and modern changes that emphasize training

Pedagogical mastery lessons are an integral part of this process, providing students with the
opportunity to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
The Importance of the Reflective Approach in Deepening Professional Knowledge

critical analysis, and a deeper understanding of their role in the pedagogical process.
The reflective approach is based on the following key principles:
Self-assessment and analysis – Students must understand their activities, achievements,
and shortcomings.
Development of thinking processes – Encouraging critical thinking and fostering creative
