Uzbekistan named after Nizami, (PhD)
Abstract:
The development of creative potential in future teachers is one of the most
pressing issues of the modern educational system. Today, in the field of education, it is
important not only to give knowledge, but also to form the creative thinking abilities of
students. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to develop creativism in themselves, since
through their creative potential they will have the opportunity to convey new knowledge to
students more interesting and effective.
Keywords:
creativity, creative potential, knowledge, skills, professional activities, interactive
educational platforms, lessons.
INTRODUCTION
Creative potential is a person's ability to create new, original ideas, solve problems in unusual
ways, freely express their thoughts. The presence of this potential in teachers further enriches
the educational process, makes classes interactive and interesting. At the same time, the
creative teacher also encourages creative thinking in students, teaching them to think
independently and critically. To develop creative potential, it is important to first determine
the individual characteristics, interests and abilities of the teacher. Each person may have
different levels of creativity, but developing it is possible for everyone. In this process, the
teacher must expand his circle of thinking, acquire new knowledge and skills, constantly
improve himself. They should also strive to apply new approaches to their life experiences
and professional activities. The role of educational institutions and pedagogical collectives in
the formation of creative potential is great. They are required to provide teachers with
innovative methods, regular training in modern educational technologies, seminars and
practical training. This allows teachers to learn and practice new pedagogical approaches. As
such, they conduct their classes more fun, interactive, and effective.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
Independent creative activity of teachers is also important in the development of creativism.
They need to try new, unique methods in creating their own lesson plans and methodologies,
use various resources to enrich the learning process. For example, innovative approaches
such as multimedia tools, interactive educational platforms, project-based teaching attract the
attention of students and make their learning process more effective. A creative teacher
should know how to take into account the individual characteristics of students in his
pedagogical activity. Each student has unique abilities and interests, and it is necessary to
create suitable conditions for their development. In order to open up the creative potential of
students, the teacher should strive to make them think independently, freely express their
ideas, engage in teamwork. This increases students ' self-confidence and encourages them to

actively learn. Psychological training of teachers is also important in the development of
creative potential. They need to acquire skills such as self-awareness, stress tolerance, the
application of creative approaches to solving problems. It is also necessary for educators to
constantly focus on their professional development, be aware of new scientific research and
pedagogical innovations. This is an important factor in increasing their creativity. In the
development of creative potential, the exchange of cooperation and experience between
teachers is of great importance. Educators increase their creativeness by sharing ideas,
discussing new ideas, creating projects together. They can also teach successful techniques to
each other in their work, help in the application of new pedagogical technologies. This serves
to improve the quality of the entire education system.[1]
RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS
The ability of teachers to possess the qualities of creativity directs their personal abilities,
natural and social capacity to a qualitative, effective organization of professional activities. It
also helps to create new ideas, different from the traditional approach to the organization of
educational and educational processes, not to think in one mold, not to tolerate originality,
initiative, uncertainty. [2]
Consequently, a creative approach to the organization of pedagogical professional activities
with the qualities of creativity, activity in the creation of new, advanced, ideas that serve to
develop the educational activities of students, personal qualities, independent study of
advanced pedagogical achievements and experiences, as well as constant, consistent
experience of exchange of ideas with colleagues on the basis of pedagogical achievements.[3]
Separately, it is worth noting that each individual has the ability to creativeness by nature. So,
how can an individual be able to show that he has the ability to creativeness in himself? In
this context, Patti Drapeau advises: "If you think you are not a creationist, I advise you to
start organizing activities that are now aimed at developing creative thinking. In fact, it is not
about whether you are creative or not, but that creativity is about organizing activities in the
spirit of creativity and striving to try new ideas in practice."[4]
According to the view of Patti Drapeau, creative thinking is considered, above all,
comprehensive thinking on a particular issue. Comprehensive thinking requires teachers to
rely on many ideas in the performance of teaching assignments, issues and tasks. In contrast
to this, one-sided thinking represents the foundation of a single right idea. In observation, one
cannot deny one and the other way of thinking about the problem. Consequently, one-and all-
round thinking is equally important in the formation of creativism. That is, completing the
task, when solving the issue, the person seeks several options for the solution (multilateral
thinking), and then stops at one correct solution, guaranteeing the optimal result. The
creativity of an individual is manifested in his thinking, communication, feelings, in certain
types of activity. Creativity characterizes an individual in a holistic way or in its specific
characteristics. Creativity is also reflected as an important factor in giftedness. In addition,
creativity defines mental acuity,"ensuring the active involvement of students 'attention in the
educational process".[5]

In the formation of creative thinking skills in future teachers, an educator occupies a special
place. In this process, "the role of the educator is to create an atmosphere of creativity in the
audience. However, in an pedagogical Group, future teachers should create an environment in
which they can feel free and share their thoughts, ideas. Prospective teachers must move
freely in asking various questions, deviating from established law rules, standards, in order to
further activate the processes occurring in the human mind. The educator supports creativism
in prospective teachers by throwing unusual ideas between them and encouraging them in a
verbal and nonverbal way. The correct attitude of the educator towards the creative ideas that
future teachers give is important in their understanding of possible and impossible conditions.
All these elements are an important part of the pedagogical-student relationship and ensure
the success of future teachers. Prospective teachers who are trained in a creative environment
will gradually increase their interest in performing creative tasks, as well as become more
inclined to creative thinking as a result of observing an educator with creative thinking. The
educational-cognitive environment of the character of creativism leads to the development of
critical and creative thinking skills, which are of great importance in the educational process
in future teachers. Special attention should be paid to young teachers in the development of
creative potential. Special mentoring programs, training courses should be organized for them.
It is important for young educators to create conditions for the development of their creative
abilities, encouraging them to try new approaches. Thus, in the future, they will be ready to
apply innovative and effective methods in the educational process. The unique personality
and interests of teachers also play a large role in the development of creative potential. Each
educator must create his own unique style, organize classes in his own way. This increases
students ' interest in classes and increases their motivation for learning. At the same time, it is
necessary for teachers to constantly test their creative potential, look for new ideas and
approaches. In the process of developing creative potential, the cultural and aesthetic taste of
teachers is also formed. They may develop an interest in the arts, literature, music and other
cultural fields, using these fields in the educational process. This will further enrich the
lessons, harmonize the entertainment and educational activities of students. Thus, teachers
expand their creative abilities. Self-assessment and analysis skills of teachers are also
important in developing creative potential. Educators should regularly analyze their activities,
identify their strengths and weaknesses, work on themselves. This process serves their
professional and creative development. It is also necessary that they are not afraid to try new
approaches in their work. The freedom and independence of teachers in the educational
process is also of great importance in the development of creative potential. They should be
free to plan their lessons, choose methods and tools. This encourages their creative activities,
allowing them to experiment with new ideas and innovations. At the same time, educational
institutions need to support the creative search of educators. The development of creative
potential leads to significant changes in the personal and professional life of teachers. They
approach their work with a new look, are ready for permanent changes and introduce
innovation in the educational process. This helps to improve the quality of the entire
educational system and serves to provide the younger generation with new modern
knowledge.[6]

In conclusion, the development of creative potential in future teachers is a complex and
multifaceted process that directly affects not only the personal development of educators, but
also the overall quality of the educational system. The creative teacher stimulates the creative
thinking of students, encourages them to master new knowledge and makes the educational
process more effective. Therefore, it is an important task to constantly focus on the
development of the creative potential of educators, to introduce them to modern educational
technologies and innovations. This serves to form the future generation as a harmonious and
creative person.
