Abstract
:In this article, the teacher's professional skills and purpose, task of competence,
preschool educational institution educator's competence, educator's pedagogical skills,the
image of a modern teacher, the teacher is creative in his pedagogical activity approach,
organization of classes in preschool educational institutions ways, the educator's innovative
activity, the preschool education system technologyization, preschool education in developed
countries includes the peculiarities of the system.
Key words:

In our country, a child's gender, language, age, race, nationality, faith, attitude to
religion, social origin, type of service of parents, Pre-school education regardless of social
status and place of residence is guaranteed. Educator, making our young generation worthy
children of our people along with the important and proud work of training, he performs a
responsible task.
The political maturity of the educator is important for the quality of raising children
to realize one's responsibility before the society, creative tasks of education to approach, to
constantly improve one's skills and at work helps his comrades to grow. So, first of all, the
educator must be knowledgeable, to understand the laws of life, nature and society in which
he lives, being socially active, general and preschool education pedagogy, children he must
understand his psyche, physiology and age characteristics. Before school the quality of
education is the issue that will decide our tomorrow. Educator's analysis of phenomena from
a scientific point of view
approach determines the success of comprehensive development of the child.
Today, the leadership of our republic values the activities of educators is evaluating.
Making the young generation a perfect person and leading them to perfection
For his achievements, educators are Methodist, senior Methodist educator and
are awarded with other similar titles. Fundamental reforms are being implemented in our
republic today in kindergarten, academic lyceum and vocational college and higher education
institutions norms and rules of positive behavior of the emerging generation, scientific
thorough knowledge bases, professions, qualifications and skills demands to take over. For
this, the growing young generation arming with knowledge, our national values, our
spirituality absorption, world culture, with masterpieces of our national culture introducing

From the points mentioned above, to the personality of today's educator it is necessary to
understand how important the requirements are. So, the educator is a special pedagogical,
psychological and specialist.He is considered a highly educated and virtuous person. A
modern coach has in-depth knowledge of his specialty to be, he must work tirelessly on
himself. Educator preschool education pedagogy and knowledge of the basics of psychology,
physiology, age and psychological characteristics of children in the educational process must
organize activities taking into account. Educator education being able to effectively use
effective forms, methods and tools in the process should have the opportunity.Educator has a
high leve of pedagogical skills, etc to have communicative ability, pedagogical technique,
speech, face, hand, leg and div movements, mime, gesture, pantomime) in depth should be
mastered. A teacher can observe children, their behavior, correctly analyzing the causes of his
behavior and the means that affect him should be able to use it. In the current period, the
goals and tasks of educating a well-rounded, well-rounded person require the upbringing of
social activity that embodies spiritual wealth, moral purity, and physical perfection. From this
point of view, preschool education occupies an important place in the continuous education
system. Preschool education - the laws of comprehensive education from birth to seven years
of age, in the context of preschool education organization includes content, methods and
forms of educational work organization. Every society is interested in raising a well-rounded
person who feels responsible for his socio-economic and spiritual development. After all, the
socio-economic responsibility of our society is given to every person to discover and realize
the directions of his own abilities, to work effectively to the best of his ability in order to
increase the welfare of the people. Solving these tasks assigned to society depends to a large
extent on the professional skills of educators who make a great contribution to the training of
future creators. Today, attention is being paid more than ever to preschool education, which
is an important link in continuing education. It is well known that this stage of education is
the foundation of subsequent stages of education. Uzbekistan is moving to a multi-level
education system that corresponds to world standards. The educational technologies used in
the educational process must teach a person to develop and work independently. It would be
appropriate to study foreign experiences, adapt them to our current conditions, and use them
in practice.
