NTRODUCTION
Intergenerational communication is represented
by the transmission and reception of elements of
experience from ancestors to descendants, and
the reception of elements of experience of
descendants by ancestors. Intergenerational
relations in the family are one of the socio-
psychological factors of the behavior of parents
and children. Despite the changing socio-cultural
context, the patterns of behavior of the ancestors
with the lives of different generations are valued
and recreated by the most generations. The
family is one of the main social networks.
institutions of society, therefore, all changes
occurring in modern society have a significant
impact on it. Currently, there is a growing interest
in family roots, the revival of family traditions, the
search for and acceptance of family heritage and
experience. [1].

L
ITERATURE REVIEW
Preparation of young people for family life is
carried out by the representatives of the older
generation in the family, preparation of young
brides for motherhood requires the enrichment
of ideas about the upbringing and upbringing of
their future child, and the responsibility of the
representatives of the older generation in the
family.
A new bride in the family needs time and support
to adjust to an unfamiliar environment and learn
the family traditions. In this case, it is important
that representatives of different generations of
the same family can organize appropriate support
for the bride.
In this regard, in the abstract of Arapbayeva
Damegul Gurbanovna's dissertation entitled
"Ethnopsychological characteristics of brides'
adaptation to the family" submitted for the
degree of candidate of sciences in psychology, she
states the following: among others, the
individual-typological characteristics of the
brides, social-psychological skills to adapt to
family life, new social roles, interaction, and new
obligations can have a significant impact"[9] .
Therefore, it can be considered necessary for the
adaptation of young brides, first of all, the
formation of personal typological characteristics
of each bride, as well as the responsibility of
family members to create a positive psychological
environment.
Because the newly established family takes on
necessary tasks as a new social structure. Each
family member has their own duties. Their duty
in the family is to make them feel full
responsibility for their social roles and create a
comfortable social environment for the children
who are the representatives of the younger
generation. In this, of course, the processes of
interaction between the representatives of the
older generation and the children have a
significant effect. Because the representatives of
the older generation gain experience on the basis
of various family social relations during their
lifetime, they form their own life experiences.
Dalimova Nilufar Melibayevna's thesis "Social-
psychological determinants of aging of
representatives
of
different
generations"
submitted for the degree of Candidate of Sciences
in Psychology states the following: "As a person
grows older, he realizes the meaning of his life, as
the sense of responsibility increases year by year"
[3].
In fact, as a person ages, he overcomes the trials
of life, gains a lot of life experience, and develops
as a deep-thinking, religious, well-educated,
intelligent, understanding and righteous person.
These qualities, in turn, help a person to better
understand the meaning of life.

NALYSIS АND RESULTS
In every family, attention to the personality of the
child and actions aimed at its formation are
transmitted from generation to generation as a
family tradition. In the development and
refinement of these relations, activities aimed at
enriching the experience of responsibility and

vital child rearing from the representative of each
generation are of great importance.
The desire of family members to spend their free
time at home, to talk about topics of interest to
everyone, to do homework together, to
emphasize the value and good deeds of each
person are important indicators of a comfortable
psychological environment of the family. Such a
climate helps harmony, reduces the severity of
conflicts,
relieves
stress,
increases
the
assessment of one's social importance and the
realization of the personal potential of each
family member. The initial foundation of a
comfortable family environment is marital
relations. Living together requires parents to be
ready for compromise, to take into account the
needs of the partner, to surrender to each other,
to develop qualities such as mutual respect, trust,
mutual understanding. When family members
experience anxiety, emotional discomfort,
alienation, in this case they create an unfavorable
psychological climate in the family. All this
prevents one of the main functions of the family -
psychotherapeutic, relieving stress and fatigue,
and also leads to depression, quarrels, mental
tension and lack of positive emotions. If family
members do not strive to change this situation for
the better, the existence of the family will be
problematic. On the other hand, there are
processes that lead to the aggravation of family
problems - first of all, the increase in the number
of divorces, which have a negative effect on the
psyche of children, the increase in the number of
single-parent families, and the increase in
remarriage processes will bring.[3].
C
ONCLUSION
Child-parent relationships have been successfully
studied in internal psychology for a long time.
However, in most views, the authors may not
have clarified that these relationships are
examples
of
relationships
between
representatives of different generations. It has
long been a tradition to interpret the processes
and changes taking place in the family with the
individual or age characteristics of the subjects of
relations, family role, and not with the fact that
the basis of mutual family relations serves as an
example from generation to generation.
On the other hand, parent-child relationships are
usually viewed one-sidedly, and only parents
often act as the subjects of the relationship in
research. From the point of view of the above
points, the importance of implementing the
problem of intergenerational relations is shown.
