EDUCATION OF ETHNO-CULTURAL TOLERANCE IN YOUTH STUDENTS AS A PEDAGOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEM

Tangirov Eldor Sayfullaevich

Modern society emphasizes the concept of tolerance at all levels and in all aspects, including international relations and cultural interactions.

Social and cultural problems that arise in the process of globalization have a significant impact on the forms of self-determination of individual people. In the course of the modern era, a new type of self-identification of a person is being formed in culture. Types of socio-ethnic identity are also undergoing significant changes. This growth of cultural and socio-psychological diversity is by no means a harmonious process. Behind it lies the global phenomenon of the destabilization of the relationship between the individual and society, the crisis of the individual's social identity. The globalized world simultaneously involves him in many new informational, cognitive and practical interactions, and turns the purpose and meaning of these interactions into something relative, transitory, situational, devoid of this value content capable of forming stable human societies. This situation can also be defined as a crisis of human sociality and its institutional foundations.

CREATION OF A HEALTHY SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Tangirov Eldor Sayfullayevich

One of the main foundations of the large-scale reforms carried out in our republic in recent years is to increase the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work, which aims to ensure that our population, especially the fourth generation, will become mature and well-rounded people in all respects. Of course, educational institutions, along with all other fields, are of special importance in making the people of today, who are the foundation of our future, well-educated, highly professional, and intellectually capable. Also, in the conditions of today's globalization, it is necessary to free them from any ideological threats, to form ideological immunity in their thinking based on the principle of "opinion against thought, idea against idea, enlightenment against ignorance", and to reach the level where they can freely express their opinion on the events that have happened, and if necessary, analyze them.  After all, as our country's president Sh.M. Mirziyoyev stated in his speech at the solemn ceremony dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, "We consider it our first priority to improve the activities of all links of the education and training system based on the requirements of today's times. When talking about the upbringing of the young generation, I would very much like that each of us, especially our sons who have just come into life, follow these thoughts of our grandfather Abdurauf Fitrat. Here is what our great ancestors said: "It is up to the people to move towards a specific goal, to become statesmen, to be happy and gain respect, to be worldly, or to be weak and humiliated, to bear the burden of misfortune, to be neglected, to be subordinated to others, and to be slaves and captives. it depends on the education received from their parents in childhood."

CHANGES IN THE AGROPHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF GRAY MEADOW SOILS OF THE SYRDARYA REGION UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MINIMAL PROCESSING

A.A.Musurmanov, M.A.Alibekov, M.R.Obloqulov, S.D.Qurbonova

The soils distributed in the Mirzachol oasis are of varying degrees of salinity, therefore, desalination of the soils distributed in this area is important for obtaining a high yield from agricultural crops. Development of desalination methods is one of the most urgent issues. One of the methods of desalination is mulching and low tillage. In these methods, the salinization process slows down due to the reduction of moisture that evaporates from the surface of the soil through capillary channels through mulching and low tillage of soils with close seepage water, including gray-meadow soils.

ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY OF IRRIGATED MEADOW SOILS OF THE NORTHEASTERN PART OF THE MIRZACHUL OASIS

S.U.Nurillayev, M.R.Obloqulov

The article describes the enzymatic activity of the irrigated meadow soils of the north-eastern part of the Mirzachol oasis. Due to weak salinity of irrigated meadow soils, it was found that catalase, peroxidase, and polyphenoloxidase activity of enzymes belonging to the class of oxidases was high. These indicators were also observed in the activity of invertase and urease enzymes. It was observed that the activity of enzymes was high in all studied cuttings in the spring, and decreased in the fall. The activity of enzymes depends on the humus in the soil, the amount of nutrients, the mechanical composition, the amount of different fertilizers used, and the hydrothermal regime of the area.

IMPLEMENTING PACKET CLASSIFICATION USING STANDARD ACL

Nurbek Nasrullayev, Dilnoza Sodikova, Nuriddin Safoev, Qurbonova Kabira Erkinovna

Packet classification involves the categorization of packets within network systems, such as firewalls and routers, based on their flow. Its primary objective is to match packet headers with a predefined set of filters. In this research, we propose a system that utilizes the source IP address of each incoming packet for packet classification. By employing a rule set, the system can determine whether to grant or deny access to each packet. The algorithm examines the source IP address header field of received packets on a specific link and compares it against a collection of rules. It then outputs the action associated with the highest priority rule that corresponds to the packet header. Ultimately, the classification of individual packets is based on the action specified in the rule set.
