Abstract

One of the main foundations of the large-scale reforms carried out in our republic in recent years is to increase the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work, which aims to ensure that our population, especially the fourth generation, will become mature and well-rounded people in all respects. Of course, educational institutions, along with all other fields, are of special importance in making the people of today, who are the foundation of our future, well-educated, highly professional, and intellectually capable. Also, in the conditions of today's globalization, it is necessary to free them from any ideological threats, to form ideological immunity in their thinking based on the principle of "opinion against thought, idea against idea, enlightenment against ignorance", and to reach the level where they can freely express their opinion on the events that have happened, and if necessary, analyze them.  After all, as our country's president Sh.M. Mirziyoyev stated in his speech at the solemn ceremony dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, "We consider it our first priority to improve the activities of all links of the education and training system based on the requirements of today's times. When talking about the upbringing of the young generation, I would very much like that each of us, especially our sons who have just come into life, follow these thoughts of our grandfather Abdurauf Fitrat. Here is what our great ancestors said: "It is up to the people to move towards a specific goal, to become statesmen, to be happy and gain respect, to be worldly, or to be weak and humiliated, to bear the burden of misfortune, to be neglected, to be subordinated to others, and to be slaves and captives. it depends on the education received from their parents in childhood."

It is up to the people to move towards a specific goal, to become statesmen, to be happy and gain respect,
to be worldly, or to be weak and humiliated, to bear the burden of misfortune, to be neglected, to be
subordinated to others, and to be slaves and captives.

NTRODUCTION

In fact, the culture, intelligence, behavior, and
characteristics of the children in the educational
institutions are an expression of the upbringing
they received in the family. The educational
system helps to improve these qualities. The main
goal of us professors and teachers should be to
expand the scope of activities that educate our
children in the spirit of respecting the elders,
respecting the memory of ancestors, and
honoring the elderly while improving spiritual
and educational work.

Speech is one of the signs of mutual respect
among the team of a higher education institution.
Don't forget that speech should be meaningful,
burro, grain - grain, impressive. Avoid using slang
words in speech. Preventing employees from
sometimes taking slang words as insults.
Emphasizing important points and using gestures
instead.

Speaking too loudly gives the audience the
impression that you are passing judgment. Too
low a voice reduces receptivity and creates
counter-questions. Talking too long and rambling
gives the impression that you are wasting time.
Speaking too quickly is considered disrespectful
to the audience. In order to respect the honor and
value of the members of the team and to preserve

the spiritual heritage of our nation, it is strictly
forbidden for members of the team to disrespect
each other, use obscene words, and address each
other as "You" in the higher educational
institution. The team members of the higher
education institution are obliged to treat the
speakers with respect at various events
(meetings, solemn meetings, practical meetings,
holidays) and observe domestic peace. If
necessary, it is possible to leave the hall during
the interruption that occurs before one speaker
finishes his speech and another begins. Team
members should walk on the right side of the road
on the territory of the higher education
institution. When meeting each other, it is
recommended that students greet each other
first, teachers and staff, men and women, and
adults first. An exception to this is handshakes,
which can only be answered after the older
person shakes hands first. It is forbidden to
conduct activities that disrupt training and work,
as well as the peace of team members
(unintended use of radio, television, tape
recorder and other sound amplification devices).

Since students are an important link in the
community of a higher education institution, their
interaction is important. The principles of a single

team, mutual respect and attention, friendship,
solidarity, honesty and justice should be followed
in the relations of students.

In short, after gaining independence, every
country tries to restore its national historical
foundations, the rich spiritual and moral heritage
left by its ancestors to the generations, and to
further develop them. At the same time, he should
determine his strategic development path, realize
his identity on the basis of the freedom and liberty
that his ancestors dreamed of for centuries, and
find a strong place in the world. Protecting the
hearts and minds of the young generation,
educating them in the spirit of national and
universal values, and making them mature people
who can express their independent opinion on
the events happening around them, with a deep
understanding of the meaning and root causes of
the political processes taking place in the world,
are among the urgent tasks.
