BSTRACT
The article presents ideas about the requirements for a modern teacher and the innovative ideas that are
required to be implemented. The advantages of teaching young people in the framework of creative
thinking were considered and conclusions were drawn. Explanations and instructions were given on
innovations in the education system and their practical application.

NTRODUCTION
High giftedness, innovative method of scientific
and pedagogical thinking, creation of new values
and willingness to make creative decisions is a
new stage of development. With an outdated
point of view and an old-fashioned model of
worldview, creative thinking categorically
contradicts.
A Master is a creator who is constantly looking
for
non-standard
directions
of
human
development. In the field of pedagogy,
accompanied by attempts to give a child natural
knowledge and skills, it is advisable to use the
sensitivity as the highest stage of the
development of kindness and sensitivity in ballet.

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam
Karimov rightly noted in his work “High
spirituality is an invincible force”, “ if we had said
that the largest school in the world, the most
honorable of professions is teaching and
mentoring, I think we would have told the same
truth.” Indeed, a teacher is a great person whose
being brings pleasantness and harm to the
classroom, but also brings good to thousands and
thousands of young souls. One of the necessary
types of activity is the professional activity of a
teacher. It has a high social significance, as it
provides an exchange of accumulated human
experience, helps to introduce children to the
values of human culture. The work of a teacher is
honorable and demanding. The future of the state
largely depends on its actions. The professional
and pedagogical orientation occupies a
fragmentary place in the structure of the teacher's
personality. These are the main professionally
significant personality traits of the created form.
The professional orientation of the teacher's
personality is characterized, first of all, by an
interest in the teaching profession and
pedagogical professions. The essence of the
pedagogical direction is an interest in the
teaching profession, a positive emotional attitude
towards children, parents, general pedagogical
ability to work and its various types, hope for the
acquisition of pedagogical knowledge and skills.
The teaching profession, in contrast to the
pedagogical interest, is necessary. The essence of
the cognitive orientation of the teacher's
personality is spiritual needs and interests. A
modern teacher should know the basics of
science, the possibilities of solving socio-
economic, industrial and cultural problems.
However, this is not enough- he is able to benefit
from new searches, new discoveries and
prophecies, to see the near and distant future of
pedagogical achievements. Thus, pedagogical
endurance and individual qualities of a teacher
play an important role in the successful
realization of professional ability to work, are the
key to his professional formation and
development.
The urgency of the problem of training a highly
qualified, competent, active teacher at the present
stage with the multiple revival of a person as an
internal value is known to everyone. In order to
help the coach master new pedagogical thinking,
be ready to solve complex problems in the
education system, improve his pedagogical skills,
specially designed methodological tasks are
called upon. A modern teacher should know the
basics of science, the possibilities of solving socio-
economic, industrial and cultural problems. But
this is not enough - he must be free from new
searches, new discoveries and prophecies, and
know the near and distant future of pedagogical
achievements. The urgency of the problem of

teacher at the present stage with the multiple

skills. The idea of creating a "national training
program", which determines the professional
readiness, tempered potential and creative
abilities of personnel trained for educational
institutions, various sectors of the national
economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, became
the basis for the creation of a "national training
program". This document is a necessary
document that reveals the content of the reforms
carried out in the education system of the
republic. It was noted that the main goal of
educational
innovations
is
"harmonious
maturation and well-being of a person, the
creation of an effective and efficient mechanism
for promoting the interests of the individual,
changing patterns of thinking and social
behavior."In today's developed era, every
teacher, using modern innovations, was aware of
the basic issues of raising a child. In particular, a
teacher of technological sciences should consult,
accompanied by classroom teachers, science
teachers, school leaders, psychologists and
parents in the professional orientation of their
students. In a broad sense, a teacher is a person
with knowledge. The teacher carries out activities
for the education and upbringing of children or
upbringing.Russian scientist V. A. Slastenin by
definition. "the social activity of the pedagogical
type of ability to work is aimed at transferring
from generation to generation the accumulated
culture and experience of mankind, creating
conditions for their individual development and
preparation for performing certain social roles in
society"Pedagogical ability to work, like other
human activities, can be considered professional
and unprofessional.Pedagogical ability to work is
a profession or general education when it is
carried out by people who have a professional
education. It covers the spheres of existence of
human activity.
When a teacher uses information storage in the
classroom, students' enthusiasm for the lesson
increases. The XXI century is the age of
information technology, when the role of the
repository in child orientation is becoming
increasingly important. the context of the
escalation of the situation of awareness in society
and education, it is considered high-quality to
conduct educational activities with students in
the
modern
environment
of
digital
communication using digital means.teacher
requirements are an imperative system of
professional qualities that characterize the
success of pedagogical performance. Pedagogical
giftedness is a solitary property, combined with a
tendency to work with children, love children and
enjoy meeting them. Often pedagogical abilities
require the ability to perform certain actions. For
example, speaking beautifully, singing, drawing,
arranging children is also different.
The main groups of abilities are distinguished.
1.
The foundation. They consist of the teacher's
other abilities to gather students, occupy
them, share responsibilities, see, plan work,
and also take into account the work done.
2.
Didactic. Special skills in the selection and
preparation of reading materials, clarity,
equipment of reading material, intelligibility,
accuracy, expressiveness, reliability and

cognitive interest and spiritual needs,
increase of reading and cognitive activity, etc.

determine the characteristics of the psyche.

communication skills with students, their
parents, colleagues and school leaders.

Suggestion consists in demonstrating the
abilities and emotional and administrative
impact on the audience.
The professional orientation of a teacher's
personality is determined, first of all, by the
teaching profession and interests. The ancestor of
the pedagogical direction was an interest in the
profession of a teacher who sought to acquire
pedagogical knowledge and skills, positively
treating the child, the parent, general pedagogical
ability to work and its various types. One of the

introduce children to the values of human culture.
The work of a teacher is honorable and
demanding. The future of the state largely
depends on its actions. Summing up, we can say
that every parent, every family, every
neighborhood, considering today the education
and upbringing of our children as a priority task,
we undertake to protect young people from
negative impressions alien to our people and
harmful to the consciousness of the new
generation, to educate the modern generation
worthy of showing the world community the
progress of the nation and the country. This is due
to the fact that a person's life is directly related to
morality, upbringing and education.
