Art occupies one of the most important places in
the formation of a creative personality. However,
in the conditions of rapidly changing social and
economic relations, there is a decrease at interest
in the arts, especially in the art of classical music.
One of the solutions to this problem is the search
for new pedagogical technologies with the
participation of music and computer programs.

Music and computer technologies (MCT) allow
flexible and versatile use of the rich pedagogical
tools of traditional music education and the
unlimited possibilities of the music computer.
Taking into account today's reality music
education of the 21st century needs a new
concept. Activation of creative forms of work
using ICT, in particular electronic music creation

tools. At the same time, modern directions of
musical education should not be separated from
the cultural traditions of artistic perception of
reality inherited from it, as well as maintain a high
moral and ethical level of the process of teaching
creativity.
The introduction of ICT into the educational
process allows updating new opportunities for
training and retraining of highly qualified
specialists of various levels, which are in high
demand in modern society, and also opens up
new perspectives for the development of music
pedagogy and art education in general.
The following main directions have been
developed for conducting scientific and
pedagogical research:
1) training of new types of teachers with
specialized musical hardware and software tools,
innovative

methods

and

technologies

(development and introduction of bachelor's,
master's, additional professional education
programs into the educational process);
2) creation of methodological materials
describing methods of working with the resource
base in the network, as well as methodological
support for the use of created programs for
working with music in the field of digital
technologies;
3) formation of a new field of science in music
education (general, professional and inclusive),
the possibility of its emergence is related to the
emergence and development of ICT.
The created methodological system is based on a
completely new original model built on the basis
of the use of ICT, specialized software and a
specially organized classroom, as well as on the

implementation of the innovative form and
methodology of group creative form.
On the basis of the teaching-methodological
laboratory "music-computer technologies" at the
Russian State Pedagogical University. A. I. Gerzen
developed the configuration of the educational
software-hardware complex based on individual
group forms of work in the specialized music and
computer class, teaching methodology and
technology, as well as methodological support
including musical, creative projects and teaching
technology.
The main components of the methodological
system under consideration are based on the
prerequisites of musical education existing in
musical culture:
1. A new class of musical instruments has become
widespread in modern music practice: keyboard
synthesizers, workstations, music computers, etc.
Tools built on the basis of digital technologies are
distinguished by significant expressive resources,
which opens wide perspectives for their use in
music education, including the development of
musical electronics in education, the importance
of electronic music creation in modern music
culture, education and the development of this
activity. 'to understand the specifics.
2. The use of ICT enables the intensive and
harmonious development of students' musical
and creative abilities based on the expansion of
the field of musical activity by referring to the
elements of composition, performance, sound
engineering and sound synthesis, as well as their
use of folk, classical and modern music. provides
a deeper development of inexhaustible aesthetic
and moral experience.

3. An important component of the system is
reliance on the joint creative activity of students
with high development potential, which affects all
aspects of the psyche through the development of
the emotional sphere. Historically, similar to
previous forms of musical ensembles, joint
creation in an electronic musical instrument
ensemble

helps

to

develop

effective

communication styles, mitigate crisis situations,
and the ability to work in a group, coordinate
one's actions with partners based on non-verbal
communication, process forms such qualities as
responsibility for the aesthetic features of each
moment and the final result.
The theoretical foundations of the methodical
system are as follows:
- creation of a professional and educational
complex of psychological, pedagogical and
information-technological educational conditions
aimed at forming the personality of a musician
who has a system of knowledge and skills with
sufficient socio-cultural reality on the use of
modern acts;
- to create new creative forms of conducting
music lessons that provide various connections
between various fields of artistic and
information-technological education, mutual
support of various types of creative activities of
students, typical of the modern educational space
to combine different fields of knowledge;
- formation of basic competencies, universal and
intellectual skills, thinking abilities that help to
form a well-developed person, a person of new
formation capable of creative self-realization and
constant self-education;

- to deepen interdisciplinary relations and, as a
result, to increase the motivation of students-
musicians in each discipline to learn, to increase
the speed of learning and increase the volume of
the studied material, to improve the quality of
knowledge by focusing on the creative
component of the educational process.

The scientific novelty of the developed
educational concept, which forms the basis of this
methodological system, is as follows:
-

the ICT phenomenon as a new educational
creative environment in the system of modern
educational

concepts

is

scientifically

significant;

-

A new model of modern higher pedagogical
education was developed based on ICT;

-

the essence of such important categories as
"musical and computer education", "MCE - a
new educational creative environment",
"musical computer - a new tool of the
musician" enriching the conceptual apparatus
of modern pedagogy;

-

Pedagogical conditions and technologies for
teaching bachelors and masters in the
direction

of

"music

and

computer

technologies in education" have been opened;

-

ways to implement the new concept of music
and computer education as a set of ideas for
reforming music education in higher and
secondary schools embodied in various
programs were determined;

-

a new system of conducting lessons in musical
subjects was founded, which consists of
organically combining various forms of
teaching and using modern information,

including

entire educational potential 'helps to
discover;

-

a new educational technology based on the
use of traditional, multimedia, distance and
Internet technologies was created.

The versatility and global application of
electronic and computer music provides new, in
fact, unlimited opportunities for self-awareness,
stimulates the rapid development of the mind,
and raises learning to a new level. The
compatibility of electronic music with traditional
music technologies creates conditions for the
continuity of musical periods and styles, their
interpenetration and synthesis, and increases
interest in music culture in general.
The principles that are the basis for the creation
of a methodological system are the basis for the
formation of a new field of science in music
education, the possibility of its emergence is
connected with the emergence and development
of ICT. Their presence is the basis for professional
activities formed as musicians working with MKT
(sound-directing, digital sound recording, sound-
design, sound-production, playing synthesizers
and instruments, etc.), as well as programmers in
the field of electronic music systems. - developers.
Experiments have shown that in order to organize
the basis of the development of musical ability, by
gradually involving students in work related to
individual tasks and following the preparation
starting from the formation of the initial musical
imagination, a wide range of understanding,
knowledge, vision that is necessary to be
understood and mastered. 'skills can be switched.

As a result of our work, the student became an
active participant in the educational process.
As a result of studying the ways and conditions of
formation of musical-pedagogical training, we
were convinced that the work of a future music
teacher combines the work of a pedagogical
musician-educator. And the music lesson retains
the character of the music art lesson. Therefore,
preparation can be looked at in two ways:
a) specialist in musical education and training;
b) formation of the future teacher's mental world.
As a result of preparation for musical-pedagogical
activity, a teacher with musical training and a
specialist in musical-aesthetic education appear
as one person.
The subject of "Music culture" taught in general
education schools plays an important role in the
spiritual, artistic and aesthetic development of
students. Conscious performance of the tunes
learned in music lessons, their theoretical
foundations, the history of their creation, authors,
styles, character, genre features, structure and
similar features, forming the skills to work on
themselves and on this basis serves for their
learning.
Methodical conditions for the development of
musical, musical-theoretical literacy of students
in primary grades in the formation of students'
self-work skills in music lessons, based on the
analytical conclusions of the experimental and
observational work carried out in the course of
music lessons of secondary schools Forms and
methods of improving students' theoretical
knowledge, skills and qualifications were
determined. The main basis and pedagogical goal
of music literacy activity in elementary school

music classes is implemented through the literate
analysis of tunes and songs for singing and
listening according to the themes of the quarter
and year given in the new programs.
Formation of students' skills to work on
themselves,

mastering

musical-theoretical

knowledge, and in the process acquiring the skills
of reading notes, singing according to notes, first
of all, depends on the teacher's professional skills,
organizing, conducting, managing, planning,
effective lessons. effective use of working
methods has an effective effect on the
development of students' general musical,
musical-theoretical skills of reading notes and
singing according to notes.
In the basis of educational activities instilled with
such pedagogical requirements, students have
the opportunity to form real musical culture and
vocal-choir singing skills. This is a modern
