Methods of overland transport system optimal development (on the material of freight transportation in Surkhandarya region )
Subject of research: productive strength of the region, satisfaction of the needs of consumers in transporting, capability of existing motor and railway transportations in satisfaction of needs, and their optimal development in future.
Purpose of work: development of methods assimilation of goods traffic at best usage of transportation means of automobile and railway transport, transport network and also their development in view of perspective growth of goods traffic with the subsequent approbation of offered methods by decision of a concrete task on an example of considered region.
Methods of research: in the thesis there widely used mathematical modeling and net programming methods of solving the tasks of optimal development of automobile and railway transport, and distribution of goods traffic in ground transport net of the region.
The results obtained and their novelty: development of model of optimum use and development of transportation means, transport networks and distribution of goods traffic with their subsequent approbation on the example of considered region, and multinctwork of ground transport of region.
Practical value: results of researches in the dissertation consists in a substantiation of optimum development of a transport network both transportation means of automobile and railway transport, methodical and practical recommendations for step by step decision of the given task.
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: the main results of the research were introduced to the automobile enterprises, regional organization of automobile roads exploitation “Surkhandarya auto road”, and during the educational process at Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute (TARI), Termez State University, and in scientific research works of students of these universities on specialty “Exploitation and repairing means of transport”. The economic effectiveness of introducing the results of the research at the automobile enterprises of region and “Surxandaryoautoroad” composed 10550 and 8200 thousand sums.
Field of application: automobile, railway transport and on the auto roads of common usage.
METHODS FOR DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS IN COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN SYSTEMS OF ENGINEERING PRODUCTS
This article analyzes the main methods, models and algorithms used in computer-aided design systems for engineering products. The use of advanced technologies in the design process significantly increases production efficiency. The possibilities of optimizing product design and automating the production process using parametric design, finite element method (FEA), Digital Twin technology and CAM systems are highlighted. Also, these approaches help make engineering processes more innovative and sustainable. The results of the study demonstrate innovative approaches aimed at improving quality, saving time and ensuring efficiency in the design process of engineering products.
Methods and algorithms for the synthesis of elements and devices of radio tracking systems
The aim of the research work Is the development of methods and algorithms for analyzing and synthesizing elements and assemblies of radio tracking systems that significantly increase their monitoring and control potential.
The tasks of research:
analysis of the current state of the theory and practice of analysis and synthesis of tracking systems and the identification of trends in their further development and improvement;
solving the problems of constructing tracking systems and developing criteria for their effective functioning under conditions of inaccuracy and uncertainty of input effects;
structurally-parametric synthesis of the servo system, functioning in complex noise-signal conditions;
modeling of static and dynamic modes of functioning of elements and assemblies of radio engineering complexes and systems;
implementation of the radio tracking system.
The object of the research work are elements and nodes of radio engineering systems for monitoring and managing complex dynamic objects.
Scientific novelty of the research work is as follows:
a method for constructing servo mechanical control systems is developed, which ensures the expansion of the functionality of the synthesized system with the improvement of its characteristics;
the problem of fast-transferring a beam of a phased array antenna from one steady state to another is solved;
a goniometry device was developed that made it possible to build a control system with zero steady-state tracking error;
the tracking system is synthesized, which ensures a higher quality of regulation.
The outline of the thesis. The volume of the thesis is 122 pages of typewritten text, illustrated by 41 drawings and 5 tables.
Measurable bundles of linear operators and their applications to operator algebras and derivations
Subject of the inquiry: Banach - Kantorovich module, C*-algebras, measurable Banach bundles, non commutative Arens algebras , derivation.
Aim of the inquiry: the realization of C*-algebras over A0 as algebras of operators on a Hilbert - Kaplansky module and description of derivation of the algebras of locally measurable operators affiliated with von Neumann algebra and of its subalgebras.
Method of inquiry: In the work methods of measurable banach Bundles, of functional analysis, of theory operator algebras are used.
The results achieved and their novelty:
It is proved that any cyclically compact operator on a Banach - Kantorovich module can be represented as a measurable bundle of compact operators; it is proved that every V -Fredholm operator can be represented as a measurable bundle of Fredholm operators; it is proved that every C*-algebras over A0 is isometrically *-isomorphic to a closed subalgebra of the algebra of all A0-bounded A0-linear operators on a Hilbert - Kaplansky module; a general form of derivations of the algebras of locally measurable operators affiliated with a von Neumann algebra is given; a complete description of derivations on the non commutative Arens algebras associated with von Neumann algebra and faithful normal semi-finite trace is obtained.
Practical value: the work has a theoretical character.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Results and methods introduced in the work can be used in special courses on functional analysis and theory of operator algebras.
Sphere of usage: the measure theory, functional analysis, theory of operator algebras, mathematical physics.
Mathematical modeling of dynamic processes described by one-dimensional equations of SH waves
Subjects of research: the subjects of this study are waves in porous media with complex reology, the mathematical modeling of dynamic processes of propagation of one-dimensional SH-waves, and also the investigation of the obtained in this study direct and inverse problems.
Purpose of research: the purpose of the thesis are the mathematical modeling of dynamic processes of propagation of SH-waves in which mathematical models are constructed, studying the nature of solution, existence and uniqueness of the solution to obtained in this study direct and inverse problems, the development of numerical methods for solving the problems and programm.
Methods of research: we use mathematical modeling methods, the method of characteristics for hyperbolic systems, the method of integral equations, finite difference methods, the conjugate gradient method, and programming technology.
Results obtained and their novelty: the following results are new:
- derived mathematical model of SH-wave propagation in elastic-porous media;
- constructed singular solutions of SH-wave propagation in elastic-porous media;
- a system of nonlinear Volterra integral equations of the second kind for the dynamic inverse problems for SH-waves in elastic-porous media;
- uniqueness theorem and a "in small" existence of a solution of inverse problems considered, as well as the continuous dependence of solutions to inverse dynamic problems on input data;
- developed numerical method and created program for the numerical solution to the direct and inverse problems for SH-wave propagation in the elastic-porous media.
Practical significance: the results can be used in a broad class of studies of various natural and technological processes.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the results may form the basis of special courses on the subject of mathematical modeling for senior undergraduate and graduate students.
Field of application: the results can be used in seismology and in the development of oil and gas deposits.
Mathematical model of the filtration process and improve the quality of television images in video information systems
The relevance and demanding of the dissertation the theme. Today in the field of information and communication technologies is paid more attention to the development of process control system for processing digital video images in the video-information systems. In the conditions of intensive development of modem information and communication systems increasing amount and the flow of information arc one of the most urgent problems of improving the quality of television images and control the filtering process by the redundant information. In this direction of information and communication technologies the leading countries of the world increased demand and requirements for improving methods of filtering and increasing the brightness of digital television images. «On the world stage revenue from digital television transmission in 2016 in the media was estimated at 7 billion US dollars, in the past five years achieved 23% economic efficiency of online TV».1
In the Republic of Uzbekistan held wide-ranging measures to address the challenges associated with an increase in the brightness of a digital television image, for the effective organization of measures for the automatic identification and timely elimination of noise and foreign elements in the images. In this area, including on the establishment of methods to increase brightness and filter images, intellectualization processing management processes digital image, the creation of specialized software-based complex improvement of methods to eliminate shifts and signalnyh distortions arise as a result of the additive, pulsed addaptivno-gaussnogo types influences in the processing of digital television images, a number of research projects.
In the world of one of the most important issues is the formation of digital TV images based on them improving process control system of image processing, the development of numerical models and algorithms for solving various problems of filtration of digital television images using Fourier and wavelet methods. In this area, carried out targeted research, including the attention given in the following areas: development sovershenstovat method of classification and selection criteria, monitoring and evaluation of image quality, the development of precision management of images for given values of pixels of medium intensity, creating modellirovaniya image processing algorithms , the development of process control methods to ensure level-definition television images. Conducting research on the above research areas confirms the relevance of the topic of this thesis.
This dissertation research to a certain extent is the implementation of the tasks stipulated in the Decree of President of Uzbekistan № PP-1741 dated April 17, 2012 «On State program of technical and technological transition to digital broadcasting in the Republic of Uzbekistan», and in the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers № 24 of 1 February, 2012 «On measures to create conditions for the further development of computerization and information and communication technologies in the field» as well as in other legal instruments adopted in this area.
The aim of the study is development of methods, algorithms and raster models of filtration processes and improve the quality of television images in the video information based on the use of mathematical models of systems with partial derivatives.
Scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
developed mechanism for the use of the Fourier transform, wavelet and discrete-cosine transform in the process of processing a television-dimensional images in video information systems on the basis of criteria taking into account the characteristics and limits of the boundary conditions;
developed a method for process control to ensure the required level of brightness and visual assessment of quality indicators of video images for given values of the average intensity of the pixels;
developed a mathematical model to describe the spatial - temporal processing digital video images and the corresponding algorithm for solving nonlinear two-parameter system;
the model of entropy encoding processing of sequential dynamic digital television images, as well as the method of edge enhancement and image segments in the video information systems;
developed methods and algorithms for the solution of problems to eliminate image defects in the processing of digital video images to video information systems by means of mathematical models using the theory of differential and discrete games;
developed methods for linear and nonlinear filtering increasing the brightness of the computer processing of static and dynamic video images based on the modeling of differential equations and the formation of non-linear game problems;
developed a method of eliminating shifts defects additive, pulsed and adaptive Gaussian nature using anisotropy filtration and separately-smooth image models.
Conclusion
According to the research doctoral dissertation on the theme «Mathematical models of filtration processes and improving quality of television pictures in video information systems» were made the following conclusions:
1. The processing of digital video images to video information systems using the methods of creating mathematical models, expressions using linear and nonlinear differential equations based on game theory analysis of the application of computing algorithms and software systems have defined the theoretical basis of the prospects and characteristics.
2. Create a filtering processing methods of static and dynamic video images based on differential equations, the validity of the mathematical correctness of their algorithms, develop appropriate computational algorithms and software systems helps automate the process of managing improve the clarity of images on the average intensity of pixels.
3. Transformations such as Fourier, discrete cosine and wavelet-based restrictions television image processing processes, criteria and parameters selected classification contributes to the creation of visual quality assessment methods for digital television images.
4. As a result of computational experiments and mathematical modeling based on differential game theory image processing solution is found to eliminate the time-phase shifts and adaptive defects, impulse and additive-gausnogo types of images.
5. Establishment of a mathematical model of television image processing in two parametrical nonlinear systems automate image management processes, eliminating shifts and time-phase defects through effective use of research results and computational experiments, detection and fdtering of their type in the images.
6. Development of a two-dimensional raster image of the object state model and modeling algorithms contentious states in the television image processing allows you to choose how to ensure the desired brightness distribution of pixels and image formation of nonlinear tasks of the game.
7. Improvement of ways to filter processing digital video images with temporary-phase shifts and defects can eliminate deficiencies in the transmission of images by optimization taking into account the characteristics of the pulses in the spectral imaging fields, the use of methods of adaptive anisotropic filtering and models of scparatcly-consistcnt images.
8. Create an image brightness control system through a series of Chebyshev matrix, adaptive control mechanism for processing images in a dynamic sequence estimation algorithm allows to develop the efficiency and accuracy in image processing.
9. The use of edge enhancement with image segmentation in video systems, model entropy coding of television images and linear filtering techniques images using Wiener Нора equations provide an opportunity to reduce defects and changes in television images by approximately 11 -26%, as well as increase the level of brightness images on 8.5%.
Mathematical and software of computers, complexes and computer networks
Subjects of research: low-frequency digital signals, and architecture of digital signal processors.
Purpose of work: To develop high-speed signal processing techniques to be submitted in the form of an algebraic polynomial on the basis of the signal spectrum, and their software implementation on modern signal processors.
Methods of research: a theory of functional analysis, spectral analysis in the Fourier bases, methods of calculating polynomials and elementary functions, theory of numbers and matrices.
The results obtained and their novelty: A method for transforming the signal in the area of polynomial representation, and finding the polynomial coefficients using the spectral approach, the algorithms and software for polynomial signal processing using digital signal processors; the qualitative characteristics of the developed algorithms was examined, A polynomial approach for calculating the biosignal parameters and to solve the problems of compression and audio signals smoothing.
Practical value: The algorithm for calculating the coefficients of algebraic polynomials, a set of digital signal processing was established applications, developed applications are protected by the Patent Office evidence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Degree of embed and economic cffectivity: the basic theoretical and practical results of the thesis inculcated in the Institute of Physiology and Biophysics, Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan and Institute of Microelectronics, as well as embedded in the learning process at the Department of «Computer Systems» Tashkent University of Information Technology. The total economic effect is 10 million sum in a year.
Field of application: the thesis methods, algorithms and software designed in dissertation work can be used in medicine, biology, geophysics, ecology, seismology, speech processing and audio signals.

Subjects of the inquiry: the specifications of automobiles technical operation, working in real conditions of operation, in particular, periodicity and labour input, maintenance service and repair (MS and R).
Aim of the inquiry: increase of efficiency of technical operation of automobiles at the expense of a correcting of the specifications in view of conditions of operation and perfection of management by them at planning both realization of maintenance service and repair.
Methods of inquiry: the theoretical preconditions arc based on laws of formation of automobiles MS and R system, methods of the system analysis, the experimental researches were spent with use of methods of operation and mathematical statistics at processing results.
The results achieved and their novelty: the technique of technological account of the industrial program is advanced till MS and R АТС, the universal mathematical model of account of specific meanings (importance) ТЕР АТС is developed, a technique of an establishment of periodicity maintenance service (MS) for the first time is developed in view of run of the period and from a beginning of operation of automobiles, the mode, and FROM lorry convoys MAZ-642208 and Ford Cargo-1827 is developed.

Subjects of research: Object are vehicles for transportation of mineral oil through pass « Kamchik », a subject - increase of their reliability.
Purpose of work: Increase of efficiency of technical operation of vehicles by transportation mineral oil through pass « Kamchik » at the expense of perfection of a design and increase of operational reliability.
Methods of research: Researches are based on theoretical and experimental methods of the analysis of operational properties of a rolling stock and indicators of properties of reliability. Experimental researches were spent in real conditions of operation with use of methods of under control operation of cars and the mathematical statistics at processing of results.
The results obtained and their novelty: On the basis of the executed researches the scientifically-practical problem on perfection of a design and increase of operational reliability of autotractors is solved.
Practical value:
- The technique of an estimation of fitness of a design and a choice of a rolling stock is developed for transportation of mineral oil through pass « Kamchik », based on theoretical both experimental researches of operational properties and their definition numerical values for autotractors Ford Cargo - 1827, MAZ-642208-020 and ISUZU-EXZ5IK;
- Are defined indicators of properties of reliability and the card of reliability of autotractors Ford Cargo - 1827 and MAZ-642208-020 is developed;
- The rolling stock design is improved at operation in mountain conditions.

In the study, the author focuses on the development of regulatory approaches to the functioning of the financial sector in the context of digitalization. The concept of financial technology is considered. As examples, new digital solutions currently being introduced in the financial sector are indicated. The main problems associated with the implementation of digital technologies in the activities of the subjects of the financial system are revealed. It is concluded that for the successful further development of the Russian financial sector, it is necessary, with the direct participation of the Bank of Russia, to form an appropriate legal framework that will create conditions for the effective implementation of new digital technologies by financial market entities.

Inverse problems for differential operators with periodical coefficients and their applications
Actuality and demand of the theme of dissertation. The inverse problems of spectral analysis meet in various fields of natural science, for example, in quantum mechanics in determining interatomic forces using known energy levels, in a radio engineering in the synthesis parameters of inhomogeneous transmission lines, in the theory of elasticity in determining cross sections of the joist by a given its own frequency of vibrations, in geophysics in determining the electrical properties of the internal layers of the Earth via the impedance characteristics.
The importance of the spectral theory for differential operators increased rapidly after the discovery of the inverse scattering method for the exact solution of the equation of Korteweg-de Vries, which describes the gravitational long waves in shallow water. Subsequently other nonlinear evolution equations were found, to be solved by this method, which have numerous practical applications in various fields of physics. For example, these equations occur when analyzing the ion acoustic waves in plasma, the Langmuir waves in a thin plasma cylinder, the different waves in hydrodynamics. Application of inverse scattering method for solving the nonlinear Schrodinger equation, arising in nonlinear optics, led to the creation of the theory of optical solitons, and allowed to find new examples of soliton models. Moreover, this method has allowed to develop new approaches to the analysis of the phenomena described by systems of equations close to those completely integrable ones.
Real physical systems are described by equations with self-consistent sources, which are one of the modifications of classical equations. Moreover, the forces acting on the physical system are finite only for a finite time, therefore, the real models are reduced to the equations in the class of periodic and almost-periodic functions on the spatial variables. Applications of the method of inverse problems of spectral theory to various problems of nonlinear optics, plasma physics, hydrodynamics and other areas are one of the priority directions.
Now solitons have become one of the main objects in many of the problems of the dynamics of nonlinear waves. In the last years optical solitons have been used in the telecommunication technologies. An important part of the current research in the theory of solitons comprises studies of nonlinear waves in non-resonant environments. Relation of this theory with the problems of hydrodynamics, allows us to solve a variety of environmental problems, which is concern to the Aral Sea region, determine the demand of research related to the theme of the dissertation.
The aim of the research is solution to the inverse spectral problems for differential operators with periodical coefficients and their applications to solutions nonlinear evolution equations in the class of periodic functions, proof of the analogue of the inverse theorem of Borg in the case of Dirac operator, solving inverse spectral problems on the half line for the Sturm-Liouville operator and for a quadratic pencil of Sturm-Liouville operators with a periodic potential.
Scientific novelty consists of the following:
complete integrability of the Korteweg-de Vries equation with self-consistent source in the class of periodic functions is proved;
the analogue of the inverse theorem of Borg is proved in the case of Dirac operator;
identities for the squares of the components of the vector eigenfunctions of problems for Dirac’s system of equations with periodic and antiperiodic boundary conditions are obtained;
complete integrability of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation with self-consistent source in the class of periodic functions is proved;
the theorems about a relationship between analyticity potential with exponential decrease of lengths of the gaps of a quadratic pencil of Sturm-Liouvill operators are proved;
the analogue of the inverse theorem of Borg is proved in the case of quadratic pencil of Sturm-Liouvill’s operators;
complete integrability of the Kaup’s system with self-consistent source in the class of periodic functions is proved;
the inverse spectral problems for Sturm-Liouville’s operator and for quadratic pencil of Sturm-Liouvill’s operators with periodic potential in half-line are solved.
CONCLUSIONS
1. Complete integrability of the Korteweg-de Vries equation with self-consistent source in the class of periodic functions is proved.
2. The analogue of the inverse theorem of Borg is proved in the case of Dirac operator.
3. The identities for the squares of the components of the vector eigenfunctions of problems for Dirac’s system of equations with periodic and antiperiodic boundary conditions are obtained.
4. Complete integrability of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation with self-consistent source in the class of periodic functions is proved.
5. The theorems about a relationship between analyticity potential with exponential decrease of lengths of the gaps of a quadratic pencil of Sturm-Liouville operators are proved.

Scientific novelty of the research work the follow ing:
an effective cotton cleaning machine was developed on the basis of developing a feeding device that does not increase the density of raw cotton;
the parameters of the new storage shaft arc determined on the basis of the calculation of the compressive force affecting raw cotton in the area of the feeding rollers;
developed an effective technology for preparing raw cotton for the cleaning process based on determining the air speed, porosity, density and movement of raw cotton in the spike drum;
the degree of influence of the new feeder on the cleaning effect and the main indicators of the working organs of the new feeder arc determined.
Increasing of efficiency of the evaporation crystallizing solution with use fluidized layer
Subject of inquiry: process of the evaporation crystallizing solution.
Aim of the inquiry: Study of hydrodynamics and external heat exchange in dispersible ambience, creation high performance machinery for evaporation crystallizing solutions in fluidized layer and development of the methods of the calculation evaporating device with weighted layer the hard particles.
Method of inquiry: experimental studies of hydrodynamics, external heat exchange and scale in evaporation device and check result on industrial device.
The results achieved and their novelty: For the first time organized complex studies of hydrodynamics, external heat exchange and scaling in fluidized layer of the granivorous stuff in fine-bored tube. Industrial experimental and theoretical researches have allowed installing the regularities heat hydrodynamic processes in evaporating device depending on operation condition, expense parameter, geometric characteristics and physical feature of the particles of the granivorous stuff and getting the generalizing dependencies, embracing range regime parameter of functioning evaporating device in practice.

Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Materials of thesis are utilized in Joint Stock Company "Navoiazot" for update quadruple-effect evaporator, with expected economic benefit 209 mln. bag; implanted in Joint venture - closed joint-stock company "Electrohimzavod" for increasing of efficiency of functioning evaporating kettle for evaporation of solution of the cookery salt, which allowed increase inter-industry path of equipment; implantation of got results in OJSC "PIRIT-M" in Moscow, allow increase machine capacity by heat exchange intensification and gain economic benefit at a rate of 4,2 mln. rubles in a year; results of work implanted in JSC Shyolkovsky Factory of Secondary Precious Metals (Russia) for increase productivity, decrease air pollution and reduction of silver loss and got annual economic effect at a rate of 7 mln. rubles in a year (in prices 2008).

Research objects: cutting elements of excavating parts of earth-moving machines and open cut excavators;
The the work purpose: creating scientific principles of the wear theory of cutting elements and design constructor-technological determines on their base, which increase longevity of excavating parts of earth-moving machines.
Research methods: Were used biomechanical and mathematical modeling of wear-out process of cutting elements, their interactions with earth, were applied methods of the numerical analysis, scientific points of theories of friction and wear-out, prediction and statistical обработка got results. The experimental studies were conducted on stand and in natural condition with using the modem metrological equipment on standard methods and with using method of the planning the experiment.
The got results and their novelty: there were designed discrete phase dynamic model of earth cutting, which formalizes the process of chip forming, developments overtaking rifts and wear. Also there were offered method of determining optimal construction of cutting elements based on realization of biomechanical principles.
Practical value: Using the offered methods, algoritms and models can allow design and prediction of influence constructor-technological desicions to wear resistance of cutting elements during the project process. Based on biomechanical research it was designed optimal engineerings of cutting elements with increased wear resistance and produtivity. Were given rccomcndations on choosing wear resistant fillers.

Increase of efficiency of process of rectification oil-gas condensate mixes in an exhaustive column

Purpose of work: increase of efficiency of process of rectification нефтегазоконденсатной mixes in an exhaustive column by replacement перегретого the water steam applied as the heat-carrier (the steaming agent), on steams heavy faction.
Methods of research: at determination physical and chemical and thermal properties of hydrocarbon raw standard methods of application are used, and at learning of its fractional composition - vehicle. Measurings of temperature, stress, raw and heat carrier discharge rates and other indexes are held by traditional methods. Treating of results of studies is held with use of methods of similarity theory and modelling.
The results obtained and their novelty: for the first time the dodge of an intensification of a mass-transfer is substantiated at rectification of a petrogas condensate mixture for the account of decrease of thickness of boundary films between contacted by phases at use of hydrocarbon steams of in the capacity of steaming agent instead of overheated steam; possibility of an intensification of process of heat change between the steaming agent and a distilled mixture by comparison of coefficients of a convective heat exchange vapour-phase with application of methane, ethane, propane and butane in relation to analogue - water steam is demonstrated; the effective method of rectification of a petrogas condensate mixture in an exhaustive string with application of steams of a high-gravity naphtha in the capacity of the alternative steaming agent allowing is tendered to augment culling of propellant distillates from raw.
Practical value: the elaborated optimum flow diagramme of heat input of steams of a high-gravity naphtha in a bottom part of an industrial fractionation tower allows to increase culling of light distillate fractions from composition of boiler oil on the average on 2,7 % and to diminish the discharge rate of steaming heat carrier on 11,7 %.
Degree of embed and economic effictivity: the technological operating instruction on application of steams of a high-gravity naphtha in exhausting a fractionation tower part is prepared. The elaborated recommendations, on the basis of solution it is production - operating personnel Bukhara petroleum refinery from October, 10th, 2011, are taken over to adapting jointly with specialists of factory to working conditions with the further implementation in production. Expectational annual economic benefit for the account application of a new method of pyrogenic distillation of liquid hydrocarbon mixtures in an exhaustive string Bukhara petroleum refinery compounds 1,3 mlrd. soums per year.

Imrpoving the structure, design justification and operational reliability of vortex shaft dischargers of high pressure hydrosystems
The urgency and relevance of the theme of dissertation. At present a number of accidents have been happening in hydraulic structures build around the world, and 35 percent of them took place due to failing of reservoir discharge stuctures and water overflow trhough the top of dams7. These type of large accidents has taken place in USA, France, Italy, Brazil, South Korea and other countries. In hydraulic structure construction practice, water flow velocity in structures over 100m reach 50-60 m/s, hydrodynamic pressure increase in outflow tonnels, failing of structures against cavitational erosion and tailrace protection structures arc observed. Therefore while designing high pressure hydraulic structures and constructing them a particular attention is given to their safe operation, implementation of vortex flow in discharge structures in order to dissipate energy and protect from cavitational erosion, development of deep discharge structures which allow safe passage of emergency flood waters.
In Uzbekistan implementation of organization of effective measures for effective operation and reconstruction of water reservoirs has been done in a wide scale. Water reservoirs have been used for irrigation purposes for many years in Uzbekistan too. Thus, included, in 2013-2017 construction and reconstruction8 of 8 mudflood and water reservoir is planned with total volume of 40 mln. m3, improvement of their structure, providing their reliable and safe operation, increasing carrying capacity, improvement of operation rejime of discharge structures, improving mechanisms of their effective operation have an important practical value.
Particular attention is paid to the improvement of the structures, basics of design justification, determining the reliability of high pressure reservoir hydrosystem shaft vortex spillways during operational periods. In this area, the realization of target science researches, including conduction of science research is priority task for the following areas: development of disperse mixture swirled flow mathematical model for semi-closed cylindrical pipe of vortex shaft dischargers in air intake conditions; development of hydraulic design mcthodics for vortex spillways in air intake conditions; development of computer software for designing velocity in air intake conditions, pressure and full specific energy profiles for swirled flow in air intake conditions; development of a new tailwater path energy dissipation device; determining the influence of air concentration and tailwaterway on swirled flow energy dissipation structure; development of vortex shaft spillway operational reliability estimation methods.
The dissertation to some extent may contribute to implement problems, defined in Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No 2272 “Organization of State inspection on surveillance of the technical condition of major and important water management objects by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated March 24, 1999; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “About the measures on implementation of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “About the safety of hydrauic structures” No.499 dated November 16, 1999, “About organization of Tashkent irrigation and melioration institute” No. 150 dated March 30, 2004.
The aim of the research work is to improve the structure, basis for design justification and to develop estimation methods for operational reliability of shaft vortex discharge structures with tangential swirlers, operating with intensive air intake through shaft.
Scientific novelty of the research work:
hydraulic computation method for vortex dischargers in air intake conditions has been developed;
tangential swirler and swirled flow hydraulic resistance influence was determined;
a new energy dissipation device for tailwacr path was developed;
the influence of air concentration and tailwaterway structure on characteristics and swirled flow energy dissipation was justified;
emergency scenario for failproof operation was composed and vortex shaft discharger operational reliability estimation method was developed.
CONCLUSION
The results of the performed research for the doctoral dissertation named “Imrpoving the structure, design justification and operational reliability of vortex shaft dischargers of high pressure hydrosystems” are as follows:
1. Mathematical model of aerated swirled flow in semi-closed cylindrical pipe vortex shaft discharger with tangential swirler in air intake conditions is developed. Movement equation formulated by similarity criteria of Froude’s, Eyler’s and Reynold’s numbers. This phenomenon allows to determine and design a structure and flow parameters in wide scale with results.
2. It was determined that axial uz tangential ue velocities of swirled flow for tonnel radius 0,2 r... 0,3 r reach maximum, decreases with large gradient to tonnel axis, and with smaller gradient to tonnel walls. Parameters of pressure and specific energy in swirled flow show their decreasing in central near axial zone, up to vacuum, at flow periphery they increase with gradient, equal to centrifugal acceleration, at the same time significant excess energy may happen at waterway walls, which prevents the development of cavitational effects.
3. Vortex discharger hydraulic design mcthodics in air intake conditions has been improved. The developed computer software programs (DGU, 03451, DGU 03452) arc recommended for designing vortex discharge structures. These programs allow for fast and sufficiently accurate analization of flow structure and hydraulic characteristics of high pressure vortex dischargers, including estimation of cavitational condition and determining hydraulic losses.
4. In vortex shaft discharge structures with air intake conditions 31^-45% energy is dissipated in a tangential swirler, 39^45% - in deferent waterway, 70-90% - near swirler.
5. There have been determined patterns of velocity profile, pressure and specific kinetic energy distribution in a swirled flow and hydraulic resistances of tangential swirler and swirled flow in air intake conditions. It is observed that tangential swirler hydraulic resistance increases, the range of change is 0,42 to 0,6. Hydraulic resistance in swirled flow increases with the increase of air intake in deferent path, therefore, energy dissipation intensity has been determined.
6. A new energy dissipation device for deferent waterway has been developed (№ FAP 01104). Converger sizes arc as follows: conicity angle along the vertical is a=5,470, in plan view it is a=2,740, the converger length is /=3,85<7,„ (J„, - shaft diameter).
7. Theoretical design of tangential, axial velocity profiles and pressure plus specific energy has been checked by comparing experimental profiles, obtained during the research of swirled flow in a laboratory device. Satisfactory match of experimental and theoretical design of swirled flow parameters was obtained.
8. Choosing the type of discharger with flow swirling depends on specific hydrosystem conditions and required degree of dissipation excess kinematic energy of flow. The developed new device for energy dissipation in deferent waterway is used with relative length of deferent waterway equal to 20...30 <l/d< 50.. .60 and if its cross section is round, horseshoe-shaped, or pan-shaped.
9. Approximative method for shaft and vortex discharger reliability estimation was developed for operational stage in anylising discharge structures’ emergency statistics, and in design justification of operation of its separate elements, performed with the use of both probabilistic and deterministic design methods.
10. The proposed option for Tupolang water reservoir construction lets to save more than 40% of capital investments. Therefore, annual economic efficiency equals to 6,5 billion sums (in prices of 2015) if vortex discharge structure is used in Tupolang water reservoir.
Improving the presentation of financial statements indicators in business intelligence systems
Improvement the technology of the vinilytion process of some saturated and acetylene alcohols
Subjects of research: the acetylene, acetaldegyd, KOH, DMSO, butyn-3-ol-2, heksyn-3-diol-2,5 and their vinyl ethers, as well as their laboratory and production installing of their synthesis.
Aim of the inquiry: synthesis of acetylene alcohols on the base of local rawmaterials. Studying the vinilytion reaction of some saturated and synthesized acetylene alcohols. Improvement of the technology of obtain of butyn-3-ol-2 and hcxin-3-diol-2,5. Determination of optimal conditions for caring out of this process. Methods of research: gas-liquid chromatography, quantum-chemical method RMZ, PMR- and IR- spectrometry, clement analysis.
The results obtained and their novelty: the vinilytion of butyn-3-ol-2 and hexyn-3-diol-2,5 by acetylene in the presence KOH-DMCO at the atmosphere pressure was studied. Improvement technological scheme of butyn-3-ol- 2 and it's vynilated ether synthesis was elaborated. The description of technological process and scheme of synthesis of some new compounds were given. The quantum-chemical and molecular dynamic calculations of some acetylene alcohols and diols were carried out. Mathematic modeling of their vinilytion also was carried out.
Practical volue: vinylated derivatives of alcohols were synthesized by homogenieal catalytical vinilytion by acetylene at atmosphere pressure. The technological reglamcnt of synthesis of vinyl esters butyn-3-ol-2, hcxyn-3-diol-2,5 and their vinyl ethers was developed.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: in ОАО "Navoiazot" installing bor syntheses butyn-3-ol-2, gcksin-3-diol-2,5 and their vinyl ethers was contested and arc also the technological reglamcnt was elaborated. Some synthesized componndics were recommended bor using as defoliants and grow-regulating preparates. The elaborated methods of synthesis of acetylene alcohols and their vinylation arc used at reading of the course “Technology of organic synthesis”

Improvement of the technological process of cold rolling of sheet metals
The aim of the research work is the development of energy-saving technology by improving the technology of cold rolling of sheet metals.
The tasks of research:
Analysis of rolling regimes, the study of the current state of research of available rolling technologies and the development of their refinement;
Calculation of energy consumption for cold symmetrical rolling and development of recommendations on energy saving indicators of the technological process;
Comparative analysis of physical and mechanical properties of rolled sheet metals;
Development of energy-saving technology of cold rolling of sheet metals.
The object of the research work is a cast and rolled strip of copper and its alloys.
Scientific novelty of the research work. The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
the design of the mill and the effective technology of symmetrical cold rolling of asymmetric rolling are developed by calculating the parameters;
a new energy-saving symmetrical rolling technology is developed by modifying the available rolling technologies;
the technology of thermal processing of sheet copper and its alloys received by new energy-saving technology of symmetrical rolling is developed;
new modes of heat treatment of copper strip after rolling have been developed.
The practical results of the study are as follow s:
a new design of a semi-industrial rolling mill in production conditions for the production of sheet metals by cold rolling has been developed;
a rolling technology has been developed that allows cutting energy and human resources by 20-30% to produce sheet metals during cold rolling;
The effective heat treatment regimes for cold rolled copper and its alloys have been developed.
The outline of the thesis. The content of the thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusion, a list of literature. The volume of the thesis is 120 pages.
