ABSTRACT
In this article, the scientific views of scientists like A. Hayitmetov, and N. Komilov about the creative legacy of the great
Uzbek thinker poet and statesman Alisher Navoi, based on humanitarianism, rich in advanced philosophical
observations, as well as his activities for the development of the nation and the prosperity of the country, are analysed.
KEYWORDS
National and universal human values, Eastern civilization, Alisher Navoi and our time, perfection of the nation,
development of the Turkish language, high spirituality, Sufism, perfect man, justice, N. Komilov and the science of

INTRODUCTION
Uzbek thinker-poet Alisher Navoi made a significant
contribution to the development of world thought
with his works rich in philosophical observations,
morally mature, and artistically aesthetic. Alisher
Navoi's advanced philosophy, perfect morality, rich
artistry, and beautiful sophistication based on
humanitarian ideas have been recognized and studied
by the world as a rare example of world literature and
culture for almost six centuries. After the
independence of our country, the creativity and rich
literary heritage of our thinker-poet should be studied
objectively based on new views from the scientific,
literary-aesthetic, political-economic, historical, legal,
philosophical, religious-spiritual point of view. entered.

In our country, considering the place of the national
and universal ideas deeply expressed in the works of
Alisher Navoi in the world civilization, as well as the
incomparable importance of raising the intellectual
potential of the young generation, raising high moral
qualities in their hearts, as well as the literary work of
the great poet and thinker. - Deeper research and wide
promotion of scientific heritage in our country and
internationally" is gaining importance.
THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
It is known that the study of Alisher Navoi's work
began during the poet's lifetime, and the field of Navoi
studies was created in Uzbekistan in the 20th century
as a result of the research of different levels (levels) of
artistic-philosophical, historical content in this regard.
Scientific study of Alisher Navoi's work, it must be
acknowledged, began in Uzbekistan during the Soviet
period, and several studies were created in this field.
However, in addition to the achievements, serious
defects were allowed in Navoi's studies, the
complications of which are still felt, based on the
requirements of the ruling autocratic regime, Alisher
Navoi's work was researched based on the
requirements of the Shura ideology, and the religious
and mystical content of the poet's works was not
studied impartially. should be noted. Although during
the period of the former Union, several achievements
were made in the study of Alisher Navoi's work, the
field of Navoi studies was formed, and many studies
were carried out in this field, but due to independence,
the national-spiritual, religious, and consciousness of
our people -moral, political-philosophical growth has
shown the need for fundamental reforms in
navoiology as well as in other fields.
METHODOLOGY
The literary legacy of the great poet and thinker Alisher
Navoi, especially the works "Khamsa" and "Mahbub ul-
Qulub" written by his pen, are of great value in building
a spiritually perfect person, a high educational level,
and a just society. After all, the dream of a perfect
person and a just society is the basis of the poet's
artistic and aesthetic ideal. As the first President I.A.
Karimov specially noted in his work "High Spirituality -
Invincible Power": "A poet who expresses the joy and
sorrow of the human heart, the goodness and meaning
of life as deeply as Navoi is rarely found in the history
of world literature. Love for the mother tongue, the
feeling of realizing its incomparable wealth and
greatness also enters our consciousness and heart first
of all with Navoi's works.
Our nation's spirituality will rise and our community's
fine human traits will be perfected with greater effect
if we encourage our people, especially our youth, to
appreciate this unique legacy." The importance of this
monograph's theme is demonstrated by the necessity
of studying Hazrat Alisher Navoi's beliefs on justice and
the just king in light of this heritage and using the
concepts the great thinker developed to boost societal
morale.
DISCUSSION AND RESULTS
Our spiritual and material heritage, which has had a
worthy place in the world civilization for thousands of
years, shows that loving life, honoring it, devoting life
to goodness, beauty, and creativity were the main
essence of the life of our ancestors. Avesta, Orkhun-
Enasoy inscriptions, Alpomish saga and Qutadgu
knowledge pandnoms and ancient cities such as
Termiz, Kesh, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khorezm, Shosh
and Ferghana are the aspirations of our people for a
prosperous lifestyle, state building, and creative

potential. came into being, and at the same time a
unique civilization was formed. The great poet and
thinker, great statesman Alisher Navoi has a huge
share in the development of this civilization. Every
nation in the world is proud of its spiritual and material
culture worthy of universal recognition, its great
people, and feels a sense of national pride. In the
spiritual reforms taking place in Uzbekistan during the
years of independence, Doctor of Philology, Prof.
N.Komilov actively participated as a leading scientist
with his articles on national identity awareness,
national spirituality and religious values.
According to the scientist, the main task should be to
study the issue of national and spiritual revival in
Uzbekistan, first of all Alisher Navoi, to rediscover his
spiritual treasure and bring it into the life of our people:
"Especially, Uzbekistan has gained independence.
After the introduction, Navoi became dearer and closer
to us. After all, Navoi himself is a symbol of national
independence, national unity and national pride,
national self-awareness. The great poet fought for this
goal throughout his life, and dedicated his life to it.
With his immortal works, he showed the power of the
Turkish language to the world and brought Uzbek
literature to the status of world literature. It was great
courage, and unparalleled service to the nation.
We, Uzbeks, are proud of the fact that we have a
grandfather like Alisher Navoi in the world, and the
great spiritual heritage of our great ancestor, which is
honored by the whole world.
Alisher Navoi gave his whole life and existence for the
development of the spirituality, culture, literature, art,
history, foundations of statehood of our nation. The
main content of the work of the poet and his work as a
great statesman was to care for the perfection and
development of the nation and the happiness of the
whole world, to call people to goodness, and to
improve the country. Looking at the creative heritage
of Alisher Navoi, the poet's heroes Farhad, Iskandar,
Shirin are embodied in the image of prosperity,
prosperity, peace, justice, creativity, and he is glorified
as virtue. The poet condemns ignorance, indifference,
violence, envy, greed, lack of will, lies and betrayal,
oppression and hypocrisy. The influence of the
Naqshbandi school of Sufism plays an important role in
Alisher Navoi's noble and righteous career as a poet,
thinker, and statesman.
About this, Navoi scholar, doctor of philology,
professor A. Hayitmetov: "... In the matter of justice,
Navoi consistently followed the instructions of the
"Qur'an", and in the interpretation of these ideas, on
this basis, he appeared as a great humanist of his time.
"- he emphasizes.
The poet was influenced by spiritual concepts that
praised justice and righteousness when he was young
and carried them through to adulthood. In his writing
and practical labor, he extolled the virtues of justice,
kindness, wisdom, diligence, and honesty as a poet and
thinker.
As a result of the coming to power (1469) of Husayn
Boygaro, who was distinguished among the Timurid
princes by his talent for artistic creativity, culture,
military affairs and state management, and Alisher
Navoi's involvement in state affairs, favorable
opportunities for the development of Turkic languages
were created in Herat. Husayn Boygaro issued a special
decree on conducting state affairs in the country in
Turkish and Uzbek. Alisher Navoi's "Khamsa" was
created as an expression of this idea of patriotism and
nationalism:

Additionally, more than 300 buildings, including
ditches, dams, ponds, bridges, hospitals, parks, spas,
madrasahs,
robots,
and
mausoleums,
were
constructed by the kind and kind politician Alisher
Navoi. Students, orphans, and the impoverished
received both material and spiritual help from these
buildings.
CONCLUSION
We will always remember our great grandfather's life,
which was committed to the happiness of the people,
the prosperity of the nation, and the pursuit of justice
and goodness. As a result, his name was sealed in
forever. In addition to strengthening young people's
sense of nationalism and the Motherland, Alisher
Navoi's commitment to the advancement of the
nation, its prosperity, and human happiness plays a
significant role in countering the ideological threats
posed by today's globalization.
