ABSTRACT
Modern education has its own requirements, among which the most important are the widespread use of digital
technologies and artificial intelligence in the higher education system and training in accordance with the
requirements of the time. The article provides information and information about the history, reasons, opportunities
and consequences of the introduction of digital technologies into the higher education system.

INTRODUCTION
Man and humanity have sought to create a Let for
themselves in all ages and have overcome various
obstacles and hardships along the way. Thanks to this,
to this day - the development of Science and thought,
self-centered development and opportunities, have set
foot in a wide society. As if the progress of today's
science provides humanity with endless opportunities.
Artificial intelligence is becoming the main factor
affecting the development of various spheres of our
life. These technologies have the potential to generate
enormous benefits, from improving productivity and
efficiency to advances in science and innovation. For
the academic year 2022-2023, a total of 245 (231
Bachelor's, 14 master's) quotas were allocated in 6
higher education institutions for the training of
personnel in the direction of “artificial intelligence”.

The Higher Attestation Commission has opened the
“digital technology and artificial intelligence” line in
doktarantura, and since 2022, 5 quotas have been
allocated for doctoral studies in the field of artificial
intelligence and a target quota for independent
researchers.
In order to improve the position of the Republic of
Uzbekistan in the index of readiness for artificial
intelligence of the government, a study of foreign
experience was carried out.
According to statistics in the Government Artificial
Intelligence Readines Index, developed by Oxford
Insights UK, it was ranked 158th in 2019, 95th in 2020,
93rd in 2021 and 79th in 2022.
On October 9, 2019, the president of the Republic of
Uzbekistan issued a decree “on approval of the
concept of development of the higher education
system of the Rep
ublic of Uzbekistan until 2030”; [7]
On March 17, 2020, the decision of our president “on
the broad current measures of digital technologies in
Tashkent”PQ
-4642;
On October 05, 2020, the adoption of the decree of the
president of the Republic of Uzbekistan on measures
to approve the strategy of “digital Uzbekistan
-
2030”
and its effective implementation means how much
work in this regard plays a role for the development of
the state and society.
The organization of educational processes in
accordance with the requirements of the period and
the future of personnel being prepared in the higher
education system, with special attention to these
trends, is a requirement of the integrating world.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Scientific research has been carried out on the
development of the system in higher education, raising
its effectiveness to the level of modern requirements,
involving modern akhbarot technologies in the
educational process, and at the same time the effective
use of recent scientific achievements in higher
education in the training of educated and
professionally qualified personnel according to the
requirements of the period using world experience. In

associate
professor M. Abdullayev opportunities, achievements,
tasks and advantages of the system were scientifically
covered and taxied by in this regard. Giving an
understanding of the term artificial intelligence, it is
given by the doctor of Economic Sciences, professor
T.Teshabayev as well as academician S.It was described
by Gulyamov as:”the ability of the system to analyze
and interpret external data, to learn independently and
to use the knowledge gained to solve the problems
posed " [3].
Also, an attempt was made to cover the topic,
summarizing the field data of scientists from foreign

From scientists of Uzbekistan, the theoretical and

DISCUSSION AND RESULTS
As a result of the scientific and technical revolution and
a significant increase in income, the post-industrialized
society in which we live today, there is a certain
transition from the production of premium products to
the production of “services”, and this is expected to
significantly rivogize in the next 5-10 years. This process
is also reflected in the system of various spheres of
society. Therefore, it is indisputable that this
achievement of the modern world is widely and
efficiently used in the development of Science and the
upgrade of the educational system, which also serves
a significant development in this system.
Artificial intellect (SI English artificate intellegense, AI)
is a field of Science and technology aimed at creating
machines capable of imitating human intellect [10].
Examples of artificial intellect technologies that are
widely used today are smart web search engines:
Google Search; Image Systems-You Tube, Amazon,
Netflix; understanding natural language-Google
Assisent, Siri, Alexa; self-guided automakers-Waymo,
among others. Alan Turing was the author of the first
studies carried out in the field of artificial intrlect, and
in 1956 the foundation slogan for science as an
independent field.At a convention at Dartmouth
College in the summer of that year, Jonh McCarthy first
coined the term artificial intellect, and has remained in
history as the author of this term. While research on
artificial intelligence has been done since the mid-20th
century, public interest in it has increased dramatically
in the 21st century.Since the beginning of the 2020s,
this field has developed, and its achievements have
become widely used in various fields.
The fact that digital technologies are developing at an
unprecedented pace leads to fundamental changes in
both society and higher education. In this regard, the
International Association of universities (IAU) has set
the study of the problems of the introduction and
development of digital technologies in the higher
education system as the main priority. The mastery of
digital technologies in the educational system of
developed foreign countries opens up new prospects
for raising the quality of training to a new level,
increasing the competitiveness of the trained
personnel, and the effective development of human
capital. The countries that have been leading higher
education Dance: The Netherlands, Singapore, Japan
and other countries like this have been able to provide
quality education services through educational
platforms and have the opportunity to occupy high
positions in the world ranking through the competitive
nature of digital technologies.
Human capital is the most valuable resource of modern
society. The Republic has a population of more than 36
million, of which 18 million (more than 60 percent) are
young people under the age of 30. According to

preliminary forecasts, the population of Uzbekistan
will increase by 40 million people by 2030, and if this
trend continues, young people will make up 24 million
of them. In addition, the president set the task of
transforming Uzbekistan into a regional IT center. In
this regard, great attention is paid to the wide
involvement of young people in the field of IT
education. In the last five years, the number of higher
education institutions has reached 160, and according
to the concept of development of the higher education
system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, this
number will be increased to 200. The unified integrated
electronic system (HEMIS) was created within the
framework of the World Bank project , as well as
created. It includes a database of all students in the
Republic
(including
private
and
international
universities), their attendance and results, as well as
country teachers, electronic resources, curricula,
educational content, etc.
The greatest achievement of digital technologies is the
opportunity to dramatically increase economic
efficiency by saving organizational, financial and
human expenses.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, we will say that artificial intelligence
today has entered various fields and serves its
development.Its scope of opportunity is expanding as
a result of technological research. Based on the data
studied and recorded in the podindustrial world, the
development of innovative technologies and its role
and importance in the development of states is
increasing today, the connection and reflection of its
development in some way with educational processes
serves as the basis for future development. In this
regard, it is a clear fact that higher education also has
an important meaning and importance. Therefore, the
introduction of digital technologies into various
spheres and at the same time into the higher education
system, the modernization of the educational system
and the formation of the culture, skills of the use of
digital technologies in the younger generation serve to
increase the effectiveness of education, and at the
same time to the well-being, prosperity of society and
the state.As the role of artificial intelligence in today's
modern world grows more and more, more powerful
scientific achievements will be made on its beneficial
properties for the future of mankind, and it will serve
the well-being of mankind, the prosperity of science.
