ABSTRACT
This article is devoted to the improvement of management methods and techniques in educational institutions. In the
modern era of information technology, the use of innovative and electronic programs finds its place not only in the IT
sphere, but also in the education system. The introduction of a single information space of pedagogical educational
institutions creates good conditions for the development of the quality of pedagogical education and information
support.

requires a teacher to have extensive knowledge,

and creativity. To become a true master of a
profession, a person must have natural abilities, certain
physical and mental qualities, thorough preparation,
some personal adjectives to be necessary. Pedagogy A
person who chooses this profession must first of all be
healthy, be able to pronounce words correctly and
well, be calm and composed, and be able to control
himself in dealing with others. Also, a teacher must
have such personal qualities as liking students,
willingness
to
work
with
them,
politeness,
observation, broad thinking, organization, and
demandingness of himself and others [Alex Muur,
2022: 202].
With the development of technology, the presence of
a single computer has become sufficient for teaching
using technical means. In addition, the quality of
information transmission, storage, and visualization
has significantly increased. Today, computer literacy
has become an important sign of culture, and in the
future it will be a necessity for every one to a person

use a computer will become a common practice in the
near future [Mirziyoyev, 2023: 29].
Modern information technology tools include:
computers, scanners, video cameras, LCD projectors,

communication systems, database management
systems, and artificial intelligence systems.
Education computers are mainly used in the process in
four orders:
passive application - computer is simple like a
counter;
reactive communication - computer exam recipient

active communication - computer to the student

There are many advantages of using Web sites in the
educational process. Therefore, creating and updating
such sites in content is of great importance in the
activities of a higher educational institution. Therefore,
creating dedicated sites for educational institutions is
one of the primary tasks facing each educational
institution. Creating such sites is a way to use the
Internet system during its study. with related factors
into account to take necessary. Such factors as the
following can be shown:
