The article presents the results of production growth and achieved goals in the field of agriculture in Uzbekistan for 2022. The priority goals and objectives set by the President of the country in the field of agriculture for 2023 are also presented. In particular, the article talks about the development of the food industry in the regions and the attraction of foreign brands to domestic production, employment of the population, increasing incomes, food security and the development of the agricultural sector and its impact on the socio-economic growth of the country.

The article examines the emergence of new forms of employment, which¬is caused by innovative processes and the transformation of the economy as a whole. It is shown that the spread of new forms of employment in the context of the formation of a new technological order is a manifestation of the digital transformation of the economy and at the same time acts as a response to the economic crisis caused by the obsolescence¬of outgoing industries due to the gradual exhaustion of their efficiency. The transition to the digital economy is a natural process and requires modernization of employment. The article¬examines the positive and negative consequences of such a transition for the labor market.

The article discusses the growing role of ICT and the digital system in economics of Uzbekistan and also illustrate the related statistics , legislations, and measures which are being used recently by our government in order to make progress in our economic system.

Currently, there are different opinions about the reasons for state regulation of the small business sector. According to the traditional theory, the government should intervene in the economy when the market fails to allocate resources efficiently, resulting in market "failure". In the framework of welfare theory, it is emphasized that the reason for market "failures" is not only monopoly, but also the existence of externalities (externalities). This article discusses the factors and functions affecting the regulation of small business by the state, and provides analytical information on its share in the main types of economy.

The article deals with the evaluation of pension systems in the light of existing and recognized by leading economic scientists static indicators on a global scale: demographic load, replacement rate, government expenditures on pension payments, assets of the pension system, the efficiency of the pension system. Practical results of the experience and reforms of pension systems of foreign countries, mainly OECD countries, were taken as the initial data of the analysis. Developed recommendations and proposals for the possibilities of improving the pension system of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the level of modern requirements.
