SLEEP DISTURBANCE IN PATIENTS WITH BRONCHOPULMONARY PATHOLOGY
Conducting night cardiorespiratory monitoring in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease allows us to identify 4 clinical and pathogenetic variants of breathing during the night hours. The course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease without obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in older patients with a long history of the disease, severe obstructive disorders and pulmonary hypertension can lead to nocturnal hypoxemia and poor quality of night sleep.. Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and persistent nocturnal hypoxemia against the background of effective sipap therapy need additional low-flow oxygenotherapy during the night hours. Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease without obstructive sleep apnea need low-flow oxygen therapy at night.

FETOPLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY AND OZONE THERAPY
Placental insufficiency, as well as its complication intrauterine chronic fetal hypoxia, is one of the important problems of modern perinatology. At the same time, its numbers have been increasing in recent years. Purpose - Evaluation of the effect of ozone therapy on the blood circulation of the mother and fetus, fetoplacental blood flow and the degree of adaptation of the fetus to hypoxia according to the results of cardiotocography, ultrasound and dopplerometry. Material and methods: 38 pregnant women who applied to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Clinic No. 1 of the Samara State Medical University with fetoplacental insufficiency were divided into two groups according to the type of treatment: patients who received complex treatment with ozone therapy, and patients who received standard medical procedures. Results: about a third of women in each group had a combined extragenital pathology. Women in both groups were statistically comparable when compared in terms of general clinical characteristics, basic anthropometric data, extragenital diseases and reproductive history. The most common complications of childbirth were premature rupture of amniotic fluid (4 in the 1st group - 22.2% and 5-25% in the 2nd group) and acute fetal hypoxia (3-16.7% and 3-15%). Conclusion: Thus, the indicators of maternal-fetal circulation, fetoplacental circulation in women in the ozone therapy group were more positive than in the 2nd group, and the level of fetal adaptability to hypoxia was higher.
USE OF BETASERCA IN PATIENTS WITH HD WITH COCHLEOVESTIBULAR DISORDERS
Betahistine dihydrochloride is a synthetic drug that has the ability to bind to H1 histamine receptors, which are embedded in the neuroreceptor cells of the inner ear. It has a powerful stimulating effect by increasing the release of neurotransmitters (histamine) from the nerve endings of the inner ear receptor cells into the synapse. The neurotransmitter acts on the precapillary sphincters, causing vasodilation of the vessels of the inner ear, increasing their permeability and thereby normalizing intralabyrinthine pressure, i.e. eliminating hydrops.
RESULTS OF HYPOTENSIVE THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH VESTIBULAR DYSFUNCTION
In addition to affecting the receptors of the inner ear, betahistine has an effect on the H3 receptors of the vestibular nuclei located in the medulla oblongata. Experimental work on animals has shown an increase in the level of serotonin in the medulla oblongata. This leads to a decrease in the activity of the vestibular nuclei, a decrease in their excitability and the cessation of dizziness. Thus, a vestibulodepressive effect is manifested.
ASSESSMENT OF TOXIC COMPLICATIONS OF CHRONOCHEMOTHERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF MALIGNANT TUMOR DISEASES
the Andijan regional oncology dispensary analyzed the 120 patients on the "D" account for the side effects observed after chemotherapy and chronochemotherapy treatments. In 80-90% of patients receiving chemotherapy, different manifestations of side effects are observed. The observation of these toxic complications is explained by the effect of the cytostatic drug on typical cells.
OUR EXPERIENCE IN SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH INJURIES OF THE ORBITAL FLOOR WITH COMBINED INJURIES OF THE FACIAL SKELETON
Under our supervision there were 117 patients with fractures of the inferior wall of the orbit on the basis of the department of plastic surgery and the department of neurosurgery of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy in the period from 2019 to 2022. Surgical treatment of zygomatic-orbital complex injuries and isolated injuries of the lower wall of the orbit was performed according to the technique developed by us, observing a number of features depending on the severity and localization of injuries, as well as the timing of the surgical intervention using modern information technologies. A method for eliminating post-traumatic defects in the walls of the orbit, including performing computer preoperative planning, manufacturing an implant, determines the indications and contraindications for surgery, low-traumatic access to the damaged area, in addition, it also helps to reduce postoperative complications by 2.4 times, resulting in a reduction in the period of functional adaptation of patients in 1.6 times.
MYRINGOPLASTY WITH APPLICATION XENOGRAFT FROM SHEEP PERICARDIA
To date, there is no consensus on the question of which tissues are more appropriate to use for tympanic membrane plastic surgery. We decided to study the use of xenograft from sheep pericardium in myringoplasty in rabbits in the experiment, and in patients with chronic dry mesotympanitis. Experimental morphological studies using a xenograft were carried out in 28 rabbits. In the experiment, a positive result was obtained in 25 (89.3%) rabbits. In addition, 77 patients with dry perforation of the tympanic membrane were examined. To compare the results of the study, these patients underwent myringoplasty: 54 patients with the use of a xenograft from the sheep pericardium, 23 patients with the use of the fascia of the temporal muscle. Reliable engraftment of a xenograft from sheep pericardium after surgery was observed in 48 patients (88.9%), and with the use of temporal muscle fascia in 20 patients (86.9%).

FETOPLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY CHANGES IN MATERNAL AND FETAL HEMODYNAMICS
Placental insufficiency (PI) is a syndrome caused by morphofunctional changes of the placental complex in response to various pathological conditions of the placenta and the fetus [3, 6, 12].
BIOCHEMICAL CHANGES IN THE BLOOD INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF THE NOSE AND PARANASAL SINS IN PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDITIS
In approaches to the treatment of infectious lesions of the myocardium, contradictions remain. Scientific studies evaluating the effectiveness of various drugs in infectious myocarditis that developed against the background of acute respiratory infections are few and contradictory. Metabolic agents for various pathologies of the myocardium, according to some authors, are undoubtedly necessary, but others consider their appointment unreasonable. Almost 80% of patients with various acute infectious diseases reveal certain changes in cardiovascular activity. Most of them represent a natural functional reaction of the body to the action of the pathogen and completely disappear as a result of the treatment of the underlying pathology.
FORENSIC MEDICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE PRESCRIPTION OF SOFT TISSUE INJURIES IN THE PRACTICE OF EXAMINATION
Blunt mechanical trauma is one of the main medical and social problems of our time. The beginning of the third millennium is characterized by the intensification of people's lives, the need for rapid movement, the development of transport and technology. This inevitably has its downside in the form of an increase in the risk of injuries in transport and in everyday life, which is greatly facilitated by widespread urbanization. Therefore, the death rate from blunt mechanical trauma remains one of the leading places in the overall structure of the mortality of the world's population [1].
STATE OF CEREBRAL HEMODYNAMICS IN PATIENTS WITH LACUNAR STROKE
This article discusses the state of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with lacunar stroke. To evaluate and compare the state of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with lacunar stroke and hemorrhagic stroke of the brain. Therefore, conducting a detailed study on the diagnosis and treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction against the background of arterial hypertension, taking into account its subtypes, remains extremely relevant and has not yet been solved.
PREDICTION AND STUDY OF THE OCCURRENCE OF CERVICAL CANCER RECURRENCE
Cervical cancer has been found to have increased morbidity and mortality in women around the world. Despite complex treatment according to stratification, the risk of relapse is observed in up to 40% of patients
Purpose of the study: - Improving the result of early diagnosis of recurrence of cervical cancer stump after complex treatment, by determining the value of the immune response by immunohistochemical markers in combination with the results of complex research methods
Materials and methods: - The basis of the research work was a retrospective analysis of the results of the examination and complex treatment of 87 patients with cervical cancer who were treated and treated at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center of Oncology and Radiology of Uzbekistan, as well as in its Samarkand Regional Branch from 2012 to 2017. All patients underwent complex treatment of 4 courses of polychemotherapy according to the scheme fluorouracil + cisplatin, laparotomy, extended hysterectomy according to Wertheim type and combined radiation therapy of the small pelvis according to the BOX type.
All patients were divided into 2 groups. The first control group consisted of 32 (36.8%) patients with cervical cancer who underwent complex treatment in various sequences, without relapse for three years. The second group included 55 (63.2%) patients with the same diagnosis, but in whom, after complex treatment, an early relapse was detected at the preclinical stage.
Results: - In the study of intense infiltrate with lymphoid follicles, it was mainly observed with the degree of tumor differentiation G-3 and G-4, which amounted to 21 (80.7%) patients in the relapse group, while in the control group in 19 (61%) which significantly higher (p≤0.05). In group 1, negative expression was noted in highly and moderately differentiated tumors 9 (29%). With low and undifferentiated tumors, moderate and high expression of VEGF (50%) was noted, with further observation in these patients, locoregional recurrence was noted.
In the second group, where there was a relapse of the cervical stump by histological examination, high expression with G-4 was noted in 8 (30.7%), and with G-3 moderate expression in 6 (23%) cases. Low intensity was observed only in 1 (3.8%) G1.As can be seen in Table 4.2, negative expression during relapse, i.e. the absence of lymphoid
Conclusions: - Based on our research, differences in cellular immunity play a significant role. In patients without relapses, an increased cellular density of T3DM and T20 was observed, and in patients with relapses and severe course of the disease, low lymphoid density.
We should note that in our study, the strongest predictor of prognosis is the number of CD3 + cells per mm 2.
THE CONSEQUENCES OF POLYHYDRAMNIOS FOR THE MOTHER AND FETUS
Polyhydramnios is an obstetric pathology, which is characterized by an increase in the volume of amniotic fluid (amniotic fluid) of more than 1500 ml. The purpose of the study was to study the frequency of causes, the course of pregnancy, the outcome of childbirth and the condition of the newborn with polyhydramnios. To achieve this goal, a retrospective analysis of the history of childbirth of 72 women with polyhydramnios who delivered in the obstetric department of the Samara State Medical University clinic in 2022 was carried out. The course of pregnancy in women with polyhydramnios is complicated by: preeclampsia of the first and second half of pregnancy, miscarriage and premature birth. Perinatal outcomes are characterized by: intrauterine retention syndrome, prematurity, malformations of the central nervous system, cerebrovascular accidents and intrauterine infections.
