MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MUCOSA OF CAVITY OF THE NOSE AFTER VARIOUS SURGICAL PROCEDURES

U.S.Khasanov, A.A. Rakhimov

The characteristics of the methods of checking the condition of the mucosa of the cavity of nose after the combined surgical procedure performed in the nasal cavity are presented. Modern advances in medicine in the last decade allow expanding the scope of simultaneous operative procedures. Simultaneous (joint, at the same time) operations allow to eliminate several pathological conditions in the nose and paranasal sinuses at the same time. A strong curvature of the nasal septum is one of the most common local factors associated with the pathology of cavity around the nose. Disruption of nasal breathing leads to changes in mucociliary clearance and creates conditions for inflammation in the cavity around of nose.

EFFECTIVENESS USING OF SILICON SPLINTS IN SURGICAL PROCEDURES ON THE MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF THE CAVITY OF THE NOSE

U.S. Khasanov, A.A. Rakhimov , J.A. Djuraev

The creation of new medical technologies allows doctors to perform simultaneous surgical procedures in the upper respiratory tract. Joint operative procedures are often performed in ENT organs, but this problem remains poorly studied and insufficiently illuminated in the practice of otorhinolaryngology. There are not many works of local authors devoted to simultaneous operations in rhinology. It should be noted that, despite the possibilities of modern conservative therapy, the number of simultaneous operations in diseases of the nose, intranasal structures, and paranasal cavities is not decreasing.

AGE-RELATED FEATURES OF CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF GIARDIASIS

Mukhtarova Sh.A.

The work is based on the assessment of age-related features of clinical manifestations of giardiasis. We observed 124 patients aged 3 to 18 years, including 104 children with giardiasis and 20 children of the same age without giardiasis, who made up the comparison group.

The clinical picture of giardiasis in children is characterized by a combination of pain, dyspeptic and astheno-neurotic syndromes. With age, there is a decrease in the frequency of pain in the navel area and an increase in pain in the epigastric region, left and right hypochondria, as well as a tendency to increase the frequency and intensity of pain, without a clear connection with food intake. Dyspeptic disorders such as heartburn, belching, nausea are more common in older children, while cases of vomiting become less frequent with age. Diarrhea is one of the leading symptoms regardless of age. A characteristic clinical symptom of giardiasis is pigmentation of the navel and the white line of the abdomen, the symptom has 100% sensitivity and 78% specificity.

FEATURES OF CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTION IN CHILDREN

Jalilova A.S.

The work is based on the features of clinical manifestations of acute primary and reactivated forms of CMVI in children aged 1 to 3 years, observed on an outpatient basis. The main group and the comparison group included patients who applied for an appointment with an infectious disease doctor with symptoms of acute respiratory infection in the period 2021 to 2022 at the Bukhara Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital.

With primary CMV infection, the acute period of the disease in young children proceeds according to the type of mononucleosis, the clinical picture of the reactivated form is nonspecific, accompanied by a prolonged fever with lymphadenopathy. Indirect laboratory markers of active CMVI are: neutropenia (46.1%), hypoimmunoglobulinemia A (49.0%) and G (51.0%).

STUDY OF PSYCHOACTIVE ACTIVITY POTASSIUM SALT 5-(O-AMINOPHENYL)-1,3,4- OXADIAZOLE-2-THION (D-361)

S.Z. Rashidov , S.D. Rakhimboev , Z.I. Sanoev, I.T. Abdinazarov , T.T. Khamroev , D.S. Ismailova, B.J.Elmuradov

These papers present a study of the synthetic compound potassium salt 5-(o-aminophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-thione (D-361) at doses of 10; 30 and 60 mg/kg by oral administration on motor activity, locomotor action of phenamine, haloperidol catalepsy and M-cholinergic receptors in experimental animals. Based on the results of the experiment, it was found that psychostimulating, partially dopamine-blocking, M-cholinergic blocking action.
