Abstract:
The article talks about the experience of the 4K model in developed foreign countries and its impact on
the development of interpersonal communication skills.
Keywords:
4K model, interpersonal communication, skill, model, educational policy, competence.
Introduction:
In a number of studies, various topics
included in the national education agenda will focus on
the formation of professional personnel, improving the
quality of education and its study. The pace of
development of these skills is growing from countries
with increasing rates to Hong Kong, South Korea,
Singapore, Japan, as well as countries in Asia, the
Pacific region to Vietnam. Studies show that the most
common issues in the documents that define the
educational policies and educational standards of these
countries are the attitudes and other educational
outcomes that should be formulated by students that
can be studied. Among them, the first places are
occupied by critical thinking and innovative or creative
thinking, self-control and the ability to interact with
others.
A similar study in 152 countries found that often the
documents contained information about competencies
such as communication, creativity, critical thinking and
problem solving [1]. To do thi, we need to respond to
four important thing. How do standards and programs
integrate new competencies and skills into education in
ASOI? How to formulate the topics studied in a school
lesson on the basis of content? How to evaluate them?
How to distribute a new practice at school? Let's start
by answering the first question. Let's consider the
structure of the skills of the " 4K " model and highlight
their components.
The requirements set out in the document of the
Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on
approval of state educational standards of general
secondary and secondary special education”on the
skills of the XXI century are given as follows [2]. (Figure

Figure 1. Qualification requirements for the state
educational standard of Uzbekistan Interpersonal
communication is manifested in the students ' ability to
ask questions to students in a single grade and answer
their questions in a way that is understandable to
them, if it becomes incomprehensible, it is possible to
apply for an explanation, if not in messages or
comments, and in turn can give ideas and suggestions
through your ability to explain yourself. The structure
of this competence is expressed as follows.
Based on the 4K model, we will analyze in detail how
the ability of the Australian general education standard
(critical
thinking,
creativity,
collaboration,
communication skills to work, interact and collaborate
in a team meets the requirements of this state
educational standard. Important in this is the
relationship between the results of the metaphor and
other sciences. In the process of our research work, we
got acquainted with the structure of the Australian
general education standard based on the 4K model.

standard [3] Also, in the training of specialists in various
fields, as the most important for life, the skills of the
21st century, the Canadian state is considered to be the
countries that are taking the lead. They have
emphasized 21st century skills with skills they see as
most relevant to life: character education, civic literacy,
communication, critical thinking and problem solving,
collaboration, creativity skills. It seems to us that, on
the basis of the 4K model, the character traits of
students for the skills of the 21st century through the
lessons of the subject “upbringing” and “spirituality
hours”of interpersonal communication skills are
considered significant.

Educational outcomes model in the Canadian
educational standard [4] The information presented in
these pictures prepares for life through the skills of the
XXI century. Otherwise they will not be able to achieve
their goal as a mandatory result of education, along
with the different types of literacy that school
graduates need. In the process of our research, we
studied the model of educational results of the Finnish
educational standard [5]. The study works on the
principle of Finnish educational standard developed as
a person and a citizen. Thinking and skill; cultural
competence, interaction and self-expression; self-
reflection and daily life management; multi literacy; ICT
literacy; career development and entrepreneurship;
focus on building a sustainable future and engaging
inparticipation. (Figure 4)
In our opinion, according to the Finnish educational
standard, the model of skills of the 21st century is an
important role in human life today; cultural
competence, interaction and self-expression; self-
reflection and daily life management; multi literacy; ICT
literacy; career development and entrepreneurship;
issues of building a sustainable future are an important
role in life. Especially on the basis of the 4K model, the
