INTRODUCTION

Such a curriculum should be comprehensive, inclusive,
and continuously updated to reflect the evolving
demands of the industry. It should encompass core
competencies, specialized skills, and soft skills such as
communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Like
many peoples of the East, Uzbeks in the musical art of
the past generation, professionalism arose as in the

first centuries of our era and developed over the
centuries, achieving high artistic results both in the
vocal and instrumental music genres in the performing
culture. But professional musicians did not apply note
writing in practice until our century, that is, until the
20th century. National Education and upbringing in its
content is a priority in the development of society, as it

embodies humanitarian, patriotic, national pride,
moral and universal qualities.

Currently, one of the most important tasks before
National Education and upbringing is also the
formation of national consciousness and national
culture in student-youth. This is primarily due to the
efficient, rational and in-place use of national-spiritual
values in educational and educational work. Our
opinion was expressed by President I.A.Karimov said
that "no society can imagine its prospects without
developing and strengthening spiritual values. We also
consider the restoration of spiritual values to be an
inextricable, natural process, consisting in the growth
of the perception of the national self, the focus on the
spiritual upheavals of the people, on its roots"

The curriculum must delineate the core competencies
required for a profession, such as technical skills and
foundational knowledge. For instance, in healthcare,
this includes medical knowledge, patient care skills,
and ethical practices. Specialized skills should also be
integrated, allowing students to develop expertise in
niche areas within their field. National personnel
standards often emphasize the importance of soft
skills. Educators should incorporate activities and
projects that promote critical thinking, adaptability,
and leadership. Role-playing, group discussions, and
collaborative projects can help students develop these
essential skills.

The choice of teaching methodologies plays a crucial
role in meeting national personnel standards. A
combination of traditional and innovative approaches
can enhance the learning experience and ensure that
students acquire both theoretical knowledge and
practical skills. Blended learning, which combines
online digital media with traditional classroom

methods, offers flexibility and a personalized learning
experience. This approach caters to diverse learning
styles and allows students to learn at their own pace.
Online modules can provide theoretical knowledge,
while in-person sessions can focus on hands-on
training and interactive discussions.

Experiential learning methods such as internships,
apprenticeships, and simulations are critical in bridging
the gap between theory and practice. These methods
provide students with real-world experiences and
opportunities to apply their knowledge in practical
settings. For example, nursing students can benefit
from clinical rotations in hospitals, where they can
practice patient care under supervision. Encouraging
collaboration among students fosters a sense of
community and enhances learning outcomes. Group
projects, peer reviews, and collaborative problem-
solving exercises help students develop teamwork

skills and learn from each other’s perspectives.

Assessment is a vital component of training students
to meet national personnel standards. It provides a

measure of students’ progress

and ensures that they

meet the required competencies. Effective assessment
practices should be diverse, continuous, and reflective
of real-world scenarios. Formative assessments, such
as quizzes, assignments, and in-class activities, provide
ongoing feedback and help students identify areas for
improvement. Summative assessments, including final

exams and capstone projects, evaluate students’

overall understanding and mastery of the subject
matter.

These assessments, which require students to
demonstrate their skills through practical tasks, are
particularly effective in vocational and technical
training. For instance, in a culinary program, students

might be assessed on their ability to prepare and
present a complete meal. Encouraging students to
engage in self-assessment and reflection helps them
develop a deeper understanding of their learning
process. Reflection activities, such as journaling and
portfolio creation, enable students to identify their
strengths and areas for growth.

The integration of technology in education is essential
for meeting contemporary national personnel
standards. Technological tools can enhance teaching
and learning, providing innovative ways to engage
students and simulate real-world environments. LMS
platforms such as Moodle and Blackboard facilitate the
organization and delivery of course materials,
assignments, and assessments. They also offer
communication tools that promote interaction
between students and instructors. Simulation
software, particularly in fields like healthcare,
engineering, and aviation, allows students to practice
skills in a controlled, risk-free environment. These
simulations can replicate complex scenarios, providing
valuable hands-on experience.

Connecting students with real-world experiences and
industry partnerships is crucial for training them
according to national personnel standards. These
experiences provide insights into professional
practices and help students transition smoothly from
education to employment. These opportunities allow
students to work alongside experienced professionals,
gaining practical skills and industry insights.
Internships and apprenticeships should be structured
to align with national standards, ensuring that
students acquire relevant competencies.

Collaborations between educational institutions and
industry partners can enhance curriculum relevance

and provide students with access to the latest industry
developments. Guest lectures, industry-sponsored
projects, and site visits are valuable components of
such collaborations. Pairing students with industry
mentors can provide guidance, support, and
networking opportunities. Mentors can offer valuable
career advice and help students navigate the
professional landscape. Training programs must
continuously evolve to keep pace with changing
industry standards and technological advancements.
Educators themselves must engage in ongoing
professional development to stay current with best
practices and emerging trends.

Regular reviews and updates of the curriculum ensure
that it remains relevant and aligned with national
personnel standards. Feedback from industry partners,
alumni, and current students can inform these
updates. Educators should participate in workshops,
conferences, and training sessions to enhance their
teaching skills and stay informed about industry
trends. Professional development programs can also
cover the integration of new technologies and
innovative teaching methodologies.

The spiritual building of the legal, democratic society,
which is the fruit of independence, which we are
building, should be solid . This is primarily to educate
the generation as deeply educated, thoughtful, aware
of their past masterpieces and spiritual values,
patriotic, folksy, selfless. And the work of educating a
perfect human personality is the most complex
difficult process. In carrying out this process, it is
advisable to instill in their minds national and spiritual
values. So when the younger generation is perfectly
aware of its history, culture, national value, language,
religion and Customs, yanayam will have a deeper
understanding of the fundamental leprosy of

independence. It is not for nothing that the ideology of
national independence is created based on these
national values, of course. A harmonious person
embodies spiritual and physical maturity in himself. In
order to educate our young people on the basis of
values, the first goal is to follow the program of
legacies of Eastern thinkers. Al-Farabi, A.Flat,
B.Naqshbandi, Al-Bukhari, Beruniy, Ibn Sina, al-
Khwarazmiy, al-Farghani, Firdawsiy, A.Temür, A. The
influence of the interests and abilities of children of
preschool age will gain more perfection if the work is
done based on the socio-political, philosophical views
of several world-renowned minds, such as Navoi and
Babur.

CONCLUSION

Training students based on national personnel
standards requires a multifaceted approach that
encompasses curriculum design, effective teaching
methodologies,

robust

assessment

practices,

technology integration, and real-world experiences. By
fostering an environment that prioritizes these
pedagogical conditions, educational institutions can
ensure that their graduates are well-prepared to meet
the demands of their professions and contribute
meaningfully

to

the

workforce.

Continuous

improvement and collaboration with industry partners
are essential in maintaining the relevance and
effectiveness of training programs, ultimately leading
to a competent and skilled workforce that meets
national and global standards.
