INTRODUCTION

Professional training of future educators is the most
complex process of modeling the intellectual, spiritual
and scientific potential of children, so that they
become subjects of self-development.

The success of the reforms will be reflected in how the
educational institution, which is the main link of the
system, will change in the near future and what will be
determined in the future plans. The development of
the educational system, the proper education of a

mature person is in the hands of enthusiastic
educators. Therefore, the issue of their professional
training and proper organization of their tasks is
important.

DISCUSSION

Today, great importance is attached to professional
training of pedagogues, further development of their
skills, and creation of conditions. This places great

educators. Their tasks in the educational process are
directly related to their professional training. In this
regard, it is necessary to pay attention to the following
in order to control the professional training of future
educators and improve the quality of work:

to correctly understand the essence of the changes
and reforms taking place in the society;

to study in depth the decrees and decisions in the
field of education and increase the range of socio-
political outlook;

-

organization of modern classes based on new
pedagogical technologies;

-

creation of visual aids in accordance with world
requirements;

-

to teach pupils national and universal qualities and
traditions;

-

based on the latest achievements and best
practices of specialized disciplines

-

write scientific articles;

-

monitoring the educational level of students
during practice;

-

acquisition of personal and professional qualities,
standards of etiquette;

If the above-mentioned tasks are carried out correctly,
the professional skills of future teachers will be further
increased. Educators who want to have full
professional training should, first of all, have a deep
knowledge of the State Education Standard (DTS), only
then will the efficiency of their professional activity
increase.

The profession that plays an important role in the
formation of a person's life and personality is the
profession of education. A single mistake of a doctor
can affect the life of a person, but a single mistake of a
teacher can have a negative impact on the lives of

many children. Because the child fulfills the responsible
task of forming the qualities unique to his personality,
instilling hope and trust in them, and organizing his
future.

Educator - Educator instills in preschool children basic
knowledge about nature, social phenomena, the work
of adults, cultural ethics, the habits of being in a
civilized relationship with their peers and adults,
kindness, truthfulness, justice, courage, modesty,
respect for adults, interest in nature, provides
observation, knowledge and education about plants.

An educator is distinguished by his responsibility for
the fate and future of each, young generation, society.
The future is determined by the result of the educator's
work. Pedagogical skill is a system of professional
qualities that determine the success of pedagogical
activity.

When a person recognizes himself, there is a teacher
with him. The fate of every person is related to him,
passed through his hands. In ancient times, this
profession was considered divine. It is now a popular
profession. Society will be like the future teacher.

The main tasks of a teacher of a preschool educational
organization:

Learning and mastering pedagogical situations.

Determination

of

pedagogical

goals

and

objectives.

-

Work on the content of the educational material.

-

Pedagogical analysis of information.

-

Formation of children's self-service and social skills.

-

Considering children's mental and physical
development and condition.

Therefore, the educator's responsibility towards the
upbringing of the child and the society is very high, so
only capable and talented people should be engaged in
pedagogical activity. Important professional qualities -
diligence, ability to work, orderliness, responsibility,
accountability, determination, striving to constantly
improve the quality of one's work should be an
indelible beacon of the future teacher.
