Through Poetry: A Comparative Analysis of Muhammad

Abstract:
This article analyzes Muhammad Yusuf's poem titled “If He Resembles Anyone, It Is Himself —
the
Uzbek”. Through the poem, the national identity, spiritual values, religious beliefs, industriousness, patriotism,
and family traditions of the Uzbek people are illuminated. The poem delves into the deep inner world of the Uzbek
nation, its historical roots, and its role in social life. Muhammad Yusuf glorifies the beautiful qualities of the Uzbek
people, portraying them as a great nation. Each verse of the poem reveals the philosophy of life, spirit, and
traditional values of the people.

“His love is unmatched, like a river,
If he resembles anyone, it is himself

I don't know other nations, but
The Uzbek lives for his children!”
Unique Features of the Uzbek Nation
: The poem

is unmatched, like a river” —

Their cradles are filled with little Muslims,
Like a fortress impenetrable by stone

the Uzbek!”

And say: never falter, my child
