Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Vladimir Nabokov ijodida rus tilining estetik va madaniy o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Adibning ko‘p tilli muhitda shakllangan badiiy tafakkuri, rus tilini kech o‘zlashtirishi va Dahl lug‘ati orqali uni chuqur o‘rganishi shuningdek, Berlin davridagi muhojirlik muhiti uning nasrida rus tilining poetik qudratini oshirganligi yoritiladi. “Mashenka” (1926), “Korol, dama, valet” (1928), “Lujin himoyasi” (“Защита Лужина”,1930), “Jasorat” (“Подвиг”, 1931) kabi asarlardagi nostalgiya va milliy o‘zlik motivlari rus tilidagi obrazlar orqali ifodalanadi. Shuningdek, Vladimir Nabokovning tarjimonlik mahorati va ikki tilli ijodiy uslubi rus tilining nafosati va tarovati bilan bevosita bog‘lanadi. Maqola adib nasrida badiiy tafakkur manbai sifatida qanday qo‘llanganini ko‘rsatishga qaratilgan.

: Ushbu maqolada Vladimir Nabokov ijodida rus tilining estetik va madaniy o‘rni

tahlil qilinadi. Adibning ko‘p tilli muhitda shakllangan badiiy tafakkuri, rus tilini kech

o‘zlashtirishi va Dahl lug‘ati orqali uni chuqur o‘rganishi shuningdek, Berlin davridagi muhojirlik

muhiti uning nasrida rus tilining poetik qudratini oshirganligi yoritiladi. “Mashenka” (1926),

“Korol, dama, valet” (1928), “Lujin himoyasi” (“Защита Лужина”,1930), “Jasorat” (“Подвиг”,

nafosati va tarovati bilan bevosita bog‘lanadi. Maqola adib nasrida badiiy tafakkur manbai sifatida

qanday qo‘llanganini ko‘rsatishga qaratilgan.

В данной статье анализируется эстетическая и культурная роль русского

языка в творчестве Владимира Набокова. Показано, что художественное мышление

писателя, сформировавшееся в многоязычной среде, его позднее овладение русским

языком и глубокое изучение его по словарю Даля, а также эмигрантская среда берлинского

периода способствовали усилению поэтической силы русского языка в его прозе. Темы

ностальгии и национальной идентичности в произведениях “Машенька” (1926), “Король,

дама, валет” (1928), “Защита Лужина” (1930) и “Подвиг” (1931) выражены через образы,

созданные на русском языке. Кроме того, переводческое мастерство В. Набокова и его

двуязычный творческий стиль непосредственно связаны с изяществом и красотой русского

языка. Цель статьи — показать, как русский язык использовался в прозе автора как

источник художественного мышления.

Abstract:

This article analyzes the aesthetic and cultural role of the Russian language in Vladimir

Nabokov’s works. The author’s artistic thinking, shaped in a multilingual environment, his late

mastery of Russian, and his deep study of the language through Dahl’s dictionary, as well as the

emigration milieu of the Berlin period, are shown to have enhanced the poetic power of Russian

in his prose. Themes of nostalgia and national identity in works such as “Mary” (1926), “King,

Queen, Knave” (1928), “The Defens”e (Зaщита Лужина, 1930), and “Glory” (Подвиг, 1931) are

expressed through images in the Russian language. In addition, V. Nabokov’s skill as a translator

and his bilingual creative style are directly linked to the grace and charm of Russian. The article

aims to demonstrate how Russian served as a source of artistic thought in his prose.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Nabokov (1899-1977) XX asr adabiyoti tarixida ikki tilda – rus va

ingliz tillarida – birdek yuksak darajada ijod qilgan noyob yozuvchi sifatida tanilgan. Uning ijodiy

merosi rus muhojir adabiyoti hamda Amerika postmodernistik adabiyotining rivojida muhim o‘rin

egallaydi. Yozuvchining bolalik va yoshlik yillari Sankt-Peterburgdagi ziyoli, ko‘p tilli muhitda

kechib, bu uning kelajakdagi adabiy uslubi va til sezgirligiga katta ta’sir ko‘rsatgan. Onasi Elena

tilini mukammal o‘zlashtirib, uni ijodiy ilhom manbai sifatida qadrlagan. U Dahlning “Izohli

lug‘ati”ni muntazam o‘qib, o‘ziga yoqqan so‘zlarni yozib borishni odat qilgan. V. Nabokovning

“My mind speaks English, my heart speaks Russian, and my ear prefers French. [1]” degan

iborasi uning ko‘p tilli dunyoqarashi va rus tiliga bo‘lgan samimiy mehrini yaqqol aks ettiradi.

Bolalik davrida V. Nabokov ko‘p tilli muhitda ulg‘aygan bo‘lsa-da, rus tilini kechroq

o‘zlashtirgan. Onasi Elena Ivanovna unga inglizcha ertaklarni o‘qib bergan, rus xalq ertaklarini

esa ingliz tiliga tarjima qilib yetkazgan. Faqat Vasiliy Martinovich Jernesokov ismli o‘qituvchi

orqali u rus tilining asoslarini o‘rgana boshlagan.

V. Nabokov keyinchalik ona tilining boy

ma’nolarini chuqur anglash uchun Dahlning “Izohli lug‘ati”ni muntazam mutolaa qilgan va har

kuni kamida o‘n sahifa o‘qishni odat qilgan: “I resolved to read at least ten pages per day, jotting

down such words and expressions as might especially please me...[4.205]” Ushbu mashg‘ulotlar

rus tilini uning badiiy tafakkurining markaziga aylantirdi.

V. Nabokovning rus tilida yozgan ilk asarlari, xususan, “Mashenka” (1926), “Korol, dama, valet”

(1928), “Lujin himoyasi” (“Защита Лужина”,1930), “Jasorat” (“Подвиг”, 1931) kabi romanlari

uning muhojirlikdagi nostalgiya va milliy o‘zlik izlanishlarini badiiy ifodaladi. Berlin davridagi

muhojirlik muhitida rus tili uning ijodiy uslubida ona yurt xotiralari, bolalik manzaralari va

madaniy kodlarni qayta jonlantirish vositasiga aylandi. O‘z davrining ko‘zga ko‘ringan rus

tanqidchisi va adabiyotshunos olimi Yuliy Ayxenvald “Mashenka” (1926) romanidan so‘ng V.

Nabokovni “Sirin rus Berlinining shubhasiz eng iste’dodli adabiyot vakili” deya e’tirof etgan va

“bizda yangi Turgenev dunyoga keldi” deb ta’kidlaganida, bu baho uning rus tilida yaratilgan

nasrining boyligini ifodalaydi.

Berlin davridagi ruscha ijodiy muhit V. Nabokov uchun katta maktab bo‘ldi. 1920–1930-yillarda

Berlin rus emigrant yozuvchilarining asosiy markazlaridan biriga aylangan edi. Shu yerda V.

Nabokov “Sirin” taxallusi bilan tanildi va rus tilida ko‘plab hikoya, poema, pyesa va romanlarni

yaratdi. “Sirin” nomi rus mifologiyasidagi qush timsoli sifatida uning adabiy timsoliga uyg‘un edi

[2.86]. Berlin muhiti V. Nabokovning ruscha nasrida til o‘yinlari, metaforik qatlamlar va poetik

tasvirlarning kuchayishiga olib keldi. Aynan shu davrda u “nasr shoiri”[2.217] sifatida tanildi.

Bundan tashqari, Berlindagi faoliyatida va qolaversa, butun ijodida tarjimonlik V. Nabokov

ijodida muhim o‘rin egallagan. U o‘zining rus tilidagi romanlarini ingliz tiliga, inglizcha

romanlarini esa rus tiliga o‘zi tarjima qilgan. Masalan, “Машенька” ingliz tilida “Mary”,

“Король, дама, валет” esa “King, Queen, Knave” nomlari bilan qayta yozilgan. Tarjimalar

jarayonida u nafaqat matnni ko‘chirgan, balki uni qayta yaratar, yangi madaniy ma’nolar bilan

boyitgan. Bu ikki tillilik V. Nabokov uslubini yanada murakkab va ko‘p qirrali bo‘lishiga zamin

yaratdi.

Yozuvchi uchun rus tili shunchaki muloqot vositasi emas, balki falsafiy va badiiy izlanishlarning

poydevori edi. U o‘zining trilingval (rus, ingliz, fransuz) madaniy olamida tilning turli qirralarini

uyg‘unlashtirgan holda, rus tilida yozilgan matnlarda inglizcha obrazlar yoki fransuzcha

ohanglarni mujassamlashtirdi.

Xulosa o‘rnida, shuni ta’kidlash joizki, adibning adabiy merosi rus tili orqali go‘zallik, erkinlik va

nostalgiya g‘oyalarini badiiy darajada uyg‘unlashtirdi. Uning asarlarida ruscha poetik ohang,

nozik so‘z o‘yinlari, madaniy va tarixiy kontekst bilan to‘yingan intertekstual elementlar asosiy

o‘rin egallaydi. Rus tili V. Nabokov uchun faqat ona tili emas, balki badiiy tafakkurning cheksiz

imkoniyatlarini ochuvchi ijodiy makon bo‘lib qoldi.
