Аннотация

Soch qopchalari inson organizmidagi murakkab tuzilgan epitelial-mezenximal birlik bo‘lib, terining qo‘shimcha hosilalaridan biri sifatida fiziologik va estetik ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqolada soch follikulalarining tuzilishi, funksional bosqichlari va ularning normal holatdagi morfologik xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Soch qopchasi o‘zining har xil struktura komponentlariga ega bo‘lib, sochning o‘sishi va yangilanishida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Soch o‘sishining uchta asosiy fazasi – anagen, katagen va telogen – normal regeneratsion jarayonlarning ko‘rsatkichi sifatida qaraladi. Morfologik tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, soch qopchasi tarkibidagi epiteliy, biriktiruvchi to‘qima va dermal papilla elementlari bir-biri bilan o‘zaro muvofiq harakatlanadi. Maqolada soch qopchasining normal holatdagi mikromorfologiyasi va u bilan bog‘liq bo‘lgan fiziologik jarayonlar chuqur tahlil etilgan.

SOCH QOPCHALARI MORFOLOGIYASI: NORMAL HOLAT

Annotatsiya:

Soch qopchalari inson organizmidagi murakkab tuzilgan epitelial-mezenximal

birlik bo‘lib, terining qo‘shimcha hosilalaridan biri sifatida fiziologik va estetik ahamiyatga ega.

Ushbu maqolada soch follikulalarining tuzilishi, funksional bosqichlari va ularning normal

holatdagi morfologik xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Soch qopchasi o‘zining har xil struktura

Аннотация:

Волосяные фолликулы представляют собой сложную эпителиально-

мезенхимальную единицу в организме человека и как вспомогательный продукт кожи

имеют физиологическое и эстетическое значение. В статье анализируются структура,

функциональные стадии и морфологические характеристики волосяных фолликулов в

нормальном состоянии. Волосяной фолликул имеет различные структурные компоненты,

которые играют важную роль в росте и обновлении волос. Три основные фазы роста волос

— анаген, катаген и телоген — считаются показателями нормальных регенеративных

процессов. Морфологический анализ показывает, что эпителий, соединительная ткань и

элементы дермального сосочка внутри волосяного фолликула движутся согласованно друг

с другом. В статье дается углубленный анализ нормальной микроморфологии волосяного

фолликула и связанных с ней физиологических процессов.

Abstract:

Hair follicles are a complex epithelial-mesenchymal unit in the human div, which,

as an accessory product of the skin, have physiological and aesthetic importance. This article

analyzes the structure, functional stages of hair follicles and their morphological characteristics

in the normal state. The hair follicle has its own various structural components and plays an

important role in hair growth and regeneration. The three main phases of hair growth - anagen,

catagen and telogen - are considered as indicators of normal regenerative processes.

Morphological analyses show that the epithelium, connective tissue and dermal papilla elements

in the hair follicle act in harmony with each other. The article provides an in-depth analysis of

the normal micromorphology of the hair follicle and the physiological processes associated with

it.

Inson tanasidagi soch qopchalari (folliculi pili) epitelial-mezenximal tuzilmalar bo‘lib,

ular fiziologik jihatdan nafaqat himoya va termoregulyatsiya funktsiyalarini, balki estetik

ahamiyatga ega tashqi ko‘rinishni ham belgilaydi. Inson terisining yuzaga yaqin qatlamlarida

joylashgan bu tuzilma embriogenezning 9–12 haftalarida paydo bo‘lib, butun hayot davomida

o‘sish, to‘kilish va yangilanish sikllari orqali faoliyat yuritadi.

Soch qopchasi soch ildizi, soch poyasi, ichki va tashqi ildiz qatlamlari, dermal papilla hamda

atrofidagi biriktiruvchi to‘qimalardan tashkil topgan. Har bir qismning o‘ziga xos morfologik va

funktsional xususiyatlari mavjud bo‘lib, ularning o‘zaro muvofiqligi sochning normal o‘sishini

ta’minlaydi. Ayniqsa, dermal papilla va bazal hujayralar o‘rtasidagi induktiv aloqalar soch hosil

bo‘lishi va uni regeneratsiyalash jarayonida muhim rol o‘ynaydi.

Soch o‘sishi murakkab biologik sikl –

anagen (faol o‘sish), katagen (involyutsiya),

telogen (dam olish yoki to‘kilish)

bosqichlari orqali amalga oshadi. Bu bosqichlarning har biri

morfologik o‘zgarishlar bilan kechib, ularning muvozanatli kechishi soch tolalarining

yangilanishini ta’minlaydi. Morfologik jihatdan sog‘lom follikula strukturasi, uning o‘sish sikli

va mikroskopik holatini chuqur tahlil qilish dermatologik va trixologik tadqiqotlar uchun muhim

asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.

Ushbu maqolada soch qopchasining normal holatdagi mikromorfologik tuzilmasi, o‘sish

siklining fazalari va ularning gistologik ko‘rinishlari yoritiladi. Maqola soch follikulalarining

sog‘lom holatdagi tuzilish va faoliyatiga doir ilmiy manbalarni tahlil qilgan holda, ularning

klinik va eksperimental ahamiyatini ochib beradi.

Soch qopchasi bir nechta aniq morfologik qismlardan tashkil topgan:

- Soch ildizi (radix pili)

– epidermis ostidagi qism, asosiy faol zonadir.

- Soch poyasi (scapus pili)

– teri yuzasiga chiqqan, keratinlashgan tuzilma.

- Ichki ildiz qatlami (vagina radicis interna)

– Henle qatlami, Huxley qatlami va soch

qatlami (cuticle)dan iborat.

- Tashqi ildiz qatlami (vagina radicis externa)

– bazal va spinosum qatlamlarga boy

epiteliy qatlamidir.

- Soch papillası (papilla pili)

– biriktiruvchi to‘qimadan iborat bo‘lib, qon tomirlar va

nervlar bilan boyitilgan; o‘sish va oziqlanish uchun muhimdir.

Soch follikulalari hayoti davomida uchta asosiy fazani bosib o‘tadi:

1.

Anagen

– faol o‘sish davri (3–7 yilgacha davom etadi).

2.

Katagen

– involyutsiya (regressiya) davri (1–2 hafta).

3.

Telogen

– dam olish (to‘kilish) davri (3–4 oy).

Har bir follikula o‘zining ichki biologik soati orqali ushbu bosqichlarni ketma-ket o‘tadi.

Soch o‘sishi va to‘kilishi – bu tabiiy jarayon bo‘lib, patologik holatlarda ushbu fazalar

muvozanati buziladi.

Mikroskopik darajada soch follikulasi turli bo‘limlarda farq qiladi. Anagen bosqichida

soch ildizi ancha chuqur joylashadi, papilla faol bo‘lib, mitoz jarayonlari tezlashgan. Katagen

fazasida papilla soch ildizidan ajraladi va follikula qisqaradi. Telogen bosqichida esa follikula

deyarli harakatsiz bo‘lib, keratinlashgan soch tolasi ajralishga tayyor holatda turadi.

Xulosa.

Yuqoridagi tahlillardan kelib chiqib, shuni ta’kidlash mumkinki, soch qopchalari

inson organizmidagi juda murakkab va dinamik tuzilmalardan biri hisoblanadi. Ularning sog‘lom

morfologik holatda faoliyat yuritishi organizmdagi gormonlar, oziqlanish, genetik omillar hamda

atrof-muhit sharoitlari bilan chambarchas bog‘liq. Soch qopchasi faqatgina soch hosil qilishda

emas, balki teri regeneratsiyasi, immun himoya va sezuvchanlik kabi jarayonlarda ham ishtirok

etadi.

Soch follikulalarining normal strukturasini bilish — trixologiya, dermatologiya, estetik

tibbiyot va eksperimental morfologiyada juda katta amaliy ahamiyatga ega. Ayniqsa, soch

to‘kilishi bilan bog‘liq kasalliklarni aniqlashda follikulaning qaysi bosqichda to‘xtagani yoki

morfologik buzilishlar yuz berganini tahlil qilish diagnostik hamda davolash strategiyasini

belgilashda asosiy rol o‘ynaydi.

Kelgusida ushbu yo‘nalishda olib boriladigan morfologik va molekulyar tadqiqotlar,

ayniqsa, gormonal buzilishlar, stress, gipokineziya va boshqa omillar ta’sirida soch qopchasida

yuz beruvchi o‘zgarishlarni chuqur o‘rganish orqali yangi terapevtik yondashuvlarga asos

bo‘lishi mumkin.
