In today's globalization environment, relations with countries such as Iran, Afghanistan, and

Tajikistan are expanding. Persian is an official language in these countries, and learning this

language is necessary to work with them. Personnel who know Persian play an important role in

such areas as international diplomacy, economic relations, journalism, and translation. Thus, in

the process of globalization, learning and teaching foreign languages has become more

urgent than ever. In particular, Eastern languages - Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Hindi, and other

languages - occupy a special place with their rich scientific, cultural, religious, and

historical heritage. Among them, Persian stands out not only as a literary treasure, but also as an

important tool in regional diplomacy and scientific development. In the era of rapid development

of science, technology, and intercultural dialogue in the 21st century, the issue of learning

foreign languages and their systematic teaching is recognized as an important strategic

direction. In particular, the Persian language, which is a representative of Eastern civilization, is

distinguished by its historical, cultural and scientific richness. In-depth study of the Persian

language is an important tool for understanding Eastern thought, effectively using the rich

heritage and finding one's place in today's globalization.

For centuries, the Persian language has served as the language of science, literature and

diplomacy in Central Asia, the Middle East and South Asia. Many representatives of Uzbek

classical literature, including great poets such as Alisher Navoi, Babur, Bedil, also created works

in Persian. Knowledge of the Persian language is an important factor in fully understanding and

studying this heritage. Persian literature, in particular the work of thinkers such as Hafez, Sa'di,

Rumi, is one of the highest examples of human thought.

The main goal in creating or proposing a new method for teaching the Persian language is to

make students' mastery of the language effective, interactive and motivating. Below we would

like to recommend a new method that can be used in teaching Persian:

The name of the method is “Scenario-Based Persian Learning”, which essentially helps students

learn each lesson within a specific event or scenario. A story (real or fantasy) related to Persian

culture is created around each topic, and language learning is carried out based on this story.

The language is at the center of the story, and each grammatical topic or vocabulary block is

taught within a real-life or cultural story.

For example, a story on the topic of “going to the market”: Ali goes to the Iranian market for the

first time...

Audio/Video materials:

Short Persian videos or audio stories are used for each lesson. Through

this, students deepen their pronunciation, listening, and vocabulary learning in context.

In the role-playing method, students become the characters of the story and communicate in their

place. Through this, they learn to use the language "in a real situation".

Thus, this method is integrated with culture, and each topic is associated with Iranian culture,

traditions or historical figures. This makes language learning interesting and meaningful.

Tasks, tests, mini-games are created based on the story. This increases competitiveness and

makes the learning process more interesting.

The advantages of this method are as follows:

- Students do not get bored - every time a new event, a new situation!

- Vocabulary is learned in context - it is easier to memorize.

- The cultural component increases motivation.

- Emphasis is placed on speech practice - students engage in active communication.

Many works of Islamic scientific heritage - jurisprudence, kalam, mysticism, philosophy,

medicine - were written in Persian. For example, studying the works of scholars such as Imam

Ghazali, Sheikh Sa'di, and Jalaluddin Rumi in their original languages serves to deeply

understand their content and essence. A person who knows Persian acquires religious and

spiritual knowledge more fully.

Persian is currently used as an official language in countries such as Iran, Afghanistan, and

Tajikistan. Personnel who know Persian are of particular importance in political, economic,

cultural, and educational relations with these countries. In particular, knowledge of Persian gives

a great advantage in the fields of diplomacy, translation, international journalism, and tourism.

Each language expresses its own way of thinking and worldview. By learning Persian, a person

not only learns new vocabulary and grammar, but also the thinking and culture of an entire

people. This serves to deepen mutual understanding and dialogue.

In conclusion, the study and teaching of Persian is not only an important part of the assimilation

of historical and literary heritage, but also of the training of mature, knowledgeable and modern

specialists who can meet the requirements of the present day. Attention to Eastern languages, in

particular to Persian, is a door opened to cultural independence, scientific progress and

international dialogue. By developing scientific research, methodologies and curricula in this

area, we can train internationally competitive specialists. Scientific attention to Persian is one of

the important steps towards the realization of historical identity and achieving cultural

integration.
