Abdumannatova Aziza Abdumajidovna
UzFinPI, teacher of the "Music Education" department
ANNOTATION:
The article talks about the importance of pedagogical approaches, methodical
methods, materials and technical conditions in organizing a student club. It is important to organize
a circle of students in secondary schools, to promote the educational aspects of the art of music and
the ideas put forward in them, and the importance of the development of a person in the course of
the club's activities, through the development of performance skills in students.
Key words:
pedagogical features, dutor instrument, skills, performance, group leader, student,
pedagogical skill, general education schools, dutor group.
All processes related to music education are important in educating students as spiritually mature
people in general education schools [6]. Conducting music clubs in school education on the basis of
pedagogical requirements serves to develop students' performance skills and further develop
students' musical abilities through this process. Pedagogical requirements for the development of
performance skills of students on the basis of the dutor instrument in the dutorchilar club: clarifying
the purpose and essence of the club, training students to be broad-minded, artistic tasters in the spirit
of national music, selecting repertoire in accordance with the students' performance in the classes,
and taking into account the pedagogical skills of teachers in conducting the club meaningfully [7]
Analysis of the social, spiritual and material conditions necessary for the development of students'
creative abilities, as well as methodological aspects of the effective management of the club
activities, determines the pedagogical features of the music club. Also, it is important to pay special
attention to the role of the teacher, his pedagogical skills, methods of monitoring students'
development, and the evaluation system in the process of organizing a group of dutors.
It is in the educational work carried out in the group classes that students have the didactic
convenience of forming the concepts of the national idea, which is manifested in the logical
connection between the music lesson and the musical circles. Pedagogical conditions of training, i.e.
organizational form, methods and methods used by the leaders of the training, achieving and relying
on the activity and initiative of the student in the training are commonalities between the training of
the circle and the lesson. Musical clubs create conditions for students to develop their abilities,
creativity, formation and growth.
It is known that educational work is not limited to the course of the lesson, but also continues
outside of the lesson. The research conducted on the study of the problems of the circle training
process is aimed at ensuring the continuity of the educational system, deepening its content and
improving it from a scientific and methodological point of view, and represents the unity of the
family, school and extracurricular educational processes. On the basis of this unity, preparing
students for active participation in the development of our country, forming in them the ideas of
development of the Motherland, peace of the country, well-being of the people, a perfect person,
inter-ethnic harmony, and inter-religious tolerance is an urgent task of today's pedagogy.

In the circle of dutors at school, students acquire the following knowledge and skills:
1. Musical knowledge. Students will gain knowledge about the main parts of the course and its
structure, as well as its historical development. They acquire the skills to understand and correctly
use notes, musical intervals and chords, tempo and dynamics. By listening to musical works, they
develop the ability to understand its structure and melody.
2. Performance skills. Students learn performance techniques in the studio, mainly in different styles
and musical genres (for example, folk music, classical music). They learn to use emotional and
expressive techniques while performing musical works, to express themselves and to interact with
the listener. Students acquire the skills of working in a group, performing in an ensemble, orchestra
or solo.
3. Development of creative abilities. Students learn to improvise music, create new works, which
helps to strengthen creative thinking and musical knowledge. Students learn how to analyze musical
works, how they are structured, melodic and rhythmic aspects, compositional elements.
4. Assessment of skills and self-study. Students listen to their performances, learn to correct the
wrong parts and work on themselves. Students are given the opportunity to work independently,
apply and improve the knowledge they have learned in the course of training in order to better learn
music.
5. Formation of musical culture and aesthetic taste. Pupils listen to different genres of music and
understand their aesthetic and cultural significance. This, in turn, helps to form their musical taste.
Performing in a circle and playing musical pieces together encourages students to communicate with
each other and share musical concepts and experiences.
6. Personal development. Develops teamwork skills by performing in an ensemble in the group of
students. Participation in the club teaches students about order and responsibility. They learn to plan
their work and preparation for classes.
Pedagogical conditions for organizing a circle of students in secondary schools arise from the main
purpose of the circle and the pedagogical requirements imposed on it, and define a number of tasks
aimed at improving the musical and creative abilities of students, including:
-
- It is necessary to take into account the pedagogical foundations of the organization of the
circle of dutors, and methodological approaches, methods and techniques are considered important.
-
- It is appropriate to take into account the effectiveness of activity-based methods and
training, as well as the pedagogical skills of the club leader, when teaching dutors;
-
- Students' interest in active participation in the club, creative freedom, opportunities to
express their opinions to students are taken into account;
-
- Developing teamwork and musical skills while working in ensemble performance,
learning student performance;
-
- Achieving opportunities to reflect the results of the students' circle training at school
events and to observe the development of musical skills, creative approach and performance;
Fulfillment of these tasks is the basis for further development of students' musical ability in school
education. This creates a basis for the realization of a number of goals facing the educational system.
