THE IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY MANAGEMENT TO THE FORMATION OF
PERSONALITY

Abstract.
The article is one of today's urgent problems and is devoted to the issues of the formation
of personal qualities such as behavior, will, character and worldview, which are important for the
development of a person in the family, and the importance of family management in the formation
of a person.it is also focused on the issues of paying special attention to the mental growth and
intellectual development of the parents in the family along with the manners of the children.
Key words:
Family management, personal behavior, will, character, worldview, goodness,
humanitarianism, morals, mental growth, intellectual, parents, child, activity, relationship.
The demands of any society on families are theirs if it does not conflict with their interests, on
the contrary, to ensure the well-being and peace of families if it helps, support of social
requirements by families, the higher the rate of ensuring their actual execution. On January 28,

neurosis, having difficulties in relationships with peers.
No one in the family with the child's development or spiritual world is not interested, he prefers to
stay at a distance and not communicate at all. In his youth, he suffered terribly because of this
attitude. One or both parents are alcoholics or drug addicts alienated parents in dysfunctional
substance-abusing families
more common. Such indifferent attitude of parents makes the child lonely and
makes deeply unhappy, insecure. He loses the desire to communicate with people
relative aggression can be formed.
In the future, such a small person will deprive his children of their childhood
wonderful loving parents who try to give everything they have out of control, who dreams of
revenge on the whole world for their grievances, can grow as an aggressive type.
Therefore, paying special attention to the intellectual growth and intellectual development of the
parents along with the manners of the children in the family helps the children to grow up with a
broad worldview.
It is worth noting that in some cases the activities of parents and children intervention is so direct
that it is parents with young people causes conflicts between them, and conflicts between them are
like that it comes from a lot of interference.
That is, the parent's child is an adult their interventions and care when they reach their age and start
an independent life can have both positive and negative consequences. Children have independent
economic status, independent thinking
having it requires the father and mother to fulfill other additional roles.
Mental development of children with mental characteristics of parents together with the parent-

on the management style possible In our research, democratic management in the family prevailed it
was observed that the children of the families have a relatively independent opinion.

authoritarian rule prevails is the same proved to be effective.
The analysis of the results shows that parents only care about their children's luck they connect
with their school grades. This is the child's personality and his
leads to neglect of abilities. This is in our future research correctional work with parents to eliminate
the situation we planned.
