Summary. A retrospective analysis of the medical records of a dental patient of 115 children aged 3 to 6 years receiving treatment in the Clinic of the FSBEI HE KubSMU of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation was carried out. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the prevalence of caries was 77.39%, and the intensity was 4.26. 22.6% of children had signs of catarrhal gingivitis of mild severity. The Oral hygiene Index (GI) was 1.78 (average value), which corresponds to a satisfactory level. 22.61% of patients had anomalies of the position of the teeth, 55.65% had anomalies of the dentition, 57.39% had anomalies of occlusion. Secondary adentia was detected in41.74% due to complications of caries. Anomalies of the frenules of the lips and tongue were detected in 17.39% of 115 children.
