According to the data of World Health Organisation every year around 17,5 million people die from heart diseases. 85% happens because of heart attack and stroke. 80% of premature heart attacks and strokes could be prevented. Statistically 30% of all patients in dentistry clinic refers to the group of anesthesiological risk patients because of the chronic diseases they have, more often connected with heart illnesses.
Most of such patients take some medicine that affect blood coagulation. Drug intake has to be under constant control, especially if patient takes indirect anticoagulants. Nowadays the only opportunity to take the control of blood coagulation is in the specialized clinics, though it is often very hard for patients, and in case of urgent situation practically impossible.
In some situations, especially in oral surgery cases, it is necessary to do quick coagulation test. In this work there was done the analysis of most common difficulties in dental clinics doing oral surgery.
The aim of this research is to explore the main difficulties of oral surgery help for patients, who takes oral anticoagulants constantly.
As materials and methods of the research were used the surveys of dental patients who also has heart diseases in the anamnesis.
Conclusion: To improve the quality of dental treatment it is necessary to change the scheme of the routing for the patients with cardiovascular diseases.
