Usmanov (2017) in his work "Innovative Approaches to the Education System" analyzes how
the introduction of new technologies into pedagogical sciences is changing the educational
process and emphasizes the need to update the role of the teacher in this process[1].
The science of pedagogy has moved to a new stage, integrating with technologies. Such
integration requires the use of new methods and approaches in education. J. G. Kerimsheva
(2019) in her book "Pedagogical Technologies and Their Impact on the Educational Process"
studies the effectiveness of the introduction of pedagogical technologies and their impact on
student success. She shows that the mastery of new technologies by teachers and their integration
into the pedagogical process help to increase the effectiveness of education[2].
Innovative pedagogical approaches are recognized as one of the important factors in achieving
high results in education. M. A. Gofman (2021) in his work "Pedagogical Methods and
Approaches" discusses the use of active teaching methods, individual approaches, and interactive
methods in modern education. She emphasizes that the future of pedagogy will develop on the
basis of personalized learning and interactive pedagogical methods[3].
METHODOLOGY
This article uses a number of scientific and research methods to study the development trends of
pedagogical sciences. The research methodology includes the methods necessary to conduct an
in-depth analysis of the topic under study, study modern pedagogical processes and draw

effectiveness. Using this method, practical experiments were conducted to determine the impact
of pedagogical innovations on students.
The methodological approach of the study is aimed at identifying new approaches and methods
for the development of pedagogical sciences, assessing the compliance of changes in the
education system with modern requirements. With the help of these methods, a clear and
complete picture was created of how the main trends in the development of pedagogical science,
new approaches and innovative technologies affect the education system.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Results:
The results of the study allowed us to draw several important conclusions regarding the
development trends of pedagogical sciences. The main results obtained in this study are as
follows:
The impact of technologies on the educational process:
The results of the study showed that the widespread use of digital technologies and online
learning platforms has a significant impact on the development of pedagogical sciences. Digital
technologies facilitate the educational process, create opportunities for teachers to use innovative
methods, and provide students with the opportunity to work independently. The results of
surveys conducted among teachers and students showed that online and blended learning models
are effective in improving student outcomes.
Innovative pedagogical approaches:
New pedagogical approaches, including active learning methods, interactive approaches, and
individual learning approaches, play an important role in increasing educational effectiveness.
The increased interest of teachers in using new methods has led to significant changes in the
development of pedagogy. The use of interactive and creative activities has increased the
experience of students and allowed them to develop scientifically and practically.
Professional development of teachers:
It has been confirmed that professional development and advanced training courses for teachers
are of great importance in increasing the effectiveness of the pedagogical process. Training and
courses aimed at adapting teachers to new pedagogical approaches and technologies help
improve the quality of pedagogical practice. Constantly updating the knowledge and skills of
teachers increases the effectiveness of the education system.
Global and local approaches:
Changes and innovations in the global education system are helping the education system to
develop in accordance with local requirements. Studying global trends in the development of
pedagogical science helps to develop individual approaches for the education system of each
country. The study shows that the adaptation of education systems to globalization processes
helps to implement innovative pedagogical approaches in local conditions.
Discussion:
Development trends in pedagogical sciences are increasing the need for teachers and students for
new approaches and technologies in the pedagogical process. The introduction of innovations
and technologies in the education system, especially distance and blended learning models, helps
to increase the effectiveness of education. These changes create new opportunities for the
educational process and facilitate the process of acquiring knowledge for students.
At the same time, changing pedagogical approaches requires teachers to have a high level of
qualifications and knowledge of modern technologies. The professional development of teachers
and their need to update pedagogical methods are important for ensuring the successful
implementation of education. Proper integration of innovative technologies into the education
system helps to make education more effective and more inclusive.
At the same time, globalization and social changes are creating new opportunities in the
education system, but the education system of each country must choose an approach that
corresponds to its national characteristics and needs. In this case, the path of pedagogical
development of each country should be formed taking into account changes in the global

education system. As a result, studying the development trends of pedagogical sciences and
improving the education system in accordance with them makes a significant contribution to the
scientific, cultural and social development of society. Modern pedagogy serves not only to
increase the knowledge of students, but also to ensure their personal and social development.
Conclusion
Research on the development trends of pedagogical sciences and international experience has
clearly shown the main factors that are necessary for the modernization of education systems
today and their competitiveness on a global scale. The changes taking place are associated,
among other things, with the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process, the
transition to interactive and demand-oriented methods of educational methodology, as well as the
development of new systems for teaching and educating students. Thus, pedagogical sciences
remain an important tool for the development of modern pedagogical methods and their
implementation in the education system. International experience shows that pedagogical
innovations and modern approaches to education systems can be successful only by improving
the professional qualifications of teachers. By introducing factors such as the digitization of
education systems, the development of distance learning, as well as the strengthening of
individual approaches in education, different countries of the world are achieving a high level of
improvement in the knowledge and skills of students. International experience is also of great
importance in increasing the activity of students in acquiring knowledge, developing their critical
thinking and applying creative approaches. At the same time, there are specific difficulties in
implementing international pedagogical approaches into national education systems, taking into
account the social, economic and cultural factors existing in each country. Through cooperation
and exchange of experience between the pedagogical systems of countries, the successful results
of various educational methods will be effective in changing large-scale education systems. In
order to successfully implement this process, it is necessary to further deepen scientific research
and exchange of experience.
Also, at a new stage of its development, the science of pedagogy highlights the need to develop
more personalized and integrated pedagogical approaches, taking into account the individual
learning needs of students, the requirements of society and technological capabilities. New trends
in the field of pedagogy make it possible to increase the effectiveness of scientific and practical
work, create new methods and continuously improve teachers. In the future, the development of
pedagogical sciences will, on the one hand, continue to successfully apply new scientific
discoveries and technologies to the pedagogical process, and on the other hand, new
opportunities will be created to increase the efficiency of national education systems through
international cooperation and exchange of experience. The future development of pedagogy will
create broad opportunities for providing all segments of society with educational opportunities,
bringing knowledge and skills to a level that serves not only academic, but also personal and
social development. In addition, as a result of pedagogical research and practice, the need for
new approaches and innovative approaches to solving global problems in education systems is
becoming increasingly apparent. By studying international experience and implementing it in
their own countries, pedagogical science will help improve the quality of education, achieve
global understanding, and adapt education to modern needs. Thus, the future development of
pedagogical sciences requires the constant introduction of modern research methods,
international cooperation, and innovations in education systems. This will help improve the
efficiency of education systems in all countries and strengthen their position in the global
education system.
