Halal, halal (Arabic: ḥalāl - permitted) - "everything that is permitted and acceptable in Islam"
(as opposed to haram). Most often, this concept is used to refer to food that is properly prepared
and permitted for Muslims.
Honest restaurants are

When setting up a restaurant, choosing its "restaurant concept" is essential to organizing halal
food and requires attention to the following.
The most important condition of the "restaurant concept" is the desire of today's guests to know
in advance exactly what kind of food, atmosphere, and new modern and high-quality forms and
levels of service will be provided in the restaurant.
The restaurant concept should reflect everything that can affect the guest's perception of the
restaurant. Concept development is the process of creating, analyzing and systematizing ideas
that will create the image of the restaurant. The restaurant owner and developer must make
several complex decisions , each element of which must create a favorable opportunity for guests
to become regular customers.
