Abstract

This article provides a scholarly analysis of the relevance and effectiveness of systematic cooperation between preschool education institutions, families, and local communities in shaping a well-rounded younger generation. The study explores the role of the family and community in the holistic development of a child's personality, with particular emphasis on their mutual influence in fostering social-emotional, moral-aesthetic, and communicative competencies. Furthermore, the article examines effective forms of collaboration such as pedagogical partnerships with parents, social projects with local communities, open house events, and cultural-educational activities organized within preschool institutions.

FAMILIES AND LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN RAISING A HARMONIOUS

GENERATION

Abstract:

This article provides a scholarly analysis of the relevance and effectiveness of

systematic cooperation between preschool education institutions, families, and local

communities in shaping a well-rounded younger generation. The study explores the role of the

family and community in the holistic development of a child's personality, with particular

emphasis on their mutual influence in fostering social-emotional, moral-aesthetic, and

communicative competencies. Furthermore, the article examines effective forms of collaboration

such as pedagogical partnerships with parents, social projects with local communities, open

house events, and cultural-educational activities organized within preschool institutions.

effective communication, pedagogical partnership, and social projects and cultural and

educational events with the local community.
Also, the active participation of parents and community representatives in the formation of

children's socio-emotional, moral-aesthetic and communicative skills directly affects the quality

of education. Involving parents in the pedagogical process, ensuring their constant exchange of

information, volunteering and participation in decision-making strengthens the openness and

collective approach of preschool educational institutions. In conclusion, systematic, effective,

and innovative cooperation between preschool educational organizations and families and the

local community is an important factor in raising a well-rounded, socially active, and productive

generation.
