system, professional education in the professional education system, formation of professional

number of studies are being conducted to study the experiences of various developed countries,
to adopt their positive aspects, to adapt them to the educational process, taking into account our

Special attention is paid to the training of highly qualified specialists in our Republic,
which is developing science. Fundamental reforms are being carried out based on the documents
adopted in order to improve the professional education system based on international

educational processes of educational institutions with production conditions in the enterprise,
turning students into participants of work activities it is envisaged to organize the theoretical part
in enterprises and organizations and in educational institutions.
Currently, the dual form of training is one of the most effective forms of training

enterprises on an equal basis.
Dual education - is the basis for the training of specialists within the framework of mutual
education, involving the educational infrastructure of students and the employer in the
educational process.
Dual education is a system that combines education with work in an organization suitable
for its field.
Educational institutions sign contracts with organizations that need personnel. The
contract is concluded between the organization and the student. In this case, a certain workplace
is allocated for the student in the organization.
Pupils study at least two days a week and work the rest of the days. The student is paid for
the days worked.
In order for the educational system organized in this form to have a good effect, it is
necessary to work in cooperation with representatives of enterprises and organizations in
creating programs related to science. In addition, in enterprises and organizations where
personnel are trained on the basis of dual education, the organization of specially equipped
educational halls to explain the theoretical parts of special subjects to students is also effective.
In this type of education, the student creates an opportunity to acquire theoretical
knowledge at an educational institution, and practical skills directly at the workplace, i.e. at
production enterprises. The main goal of dual education is to improve the quality of professional
training of students studying in an educational institution.
The dual education system is based on strengthening the training of specialists by combining
educational and production processes, which increases the professional skills of graduates of
educational institutions.
Article 17 of the Law on Education provides an opinion on dual education, "Dual education
is aimed at acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities by students, and their
theoretical part is carried out on the basis of the educational organization, and the practical part is
carried out at the workplace of the learner.
The tasks of organizing dual education are as follows:
• linking the production conditions in the enterprise (organization) with educational processes of
educational institutions;
• organizing the practical part of education related to production in enterprises (organizations)
and the theoretical and educational-practical part in Educational institutions by turning students
into participants of labor activity;
• increasing the investment attractiveness of the regions and improving the training of middle-

level personnel taking into account the real needs of the economy;
• development of cooperation formats and models of enterprises (organizations) and educational
institutions;
• formation of competencies by implementing educational programs in harmony with work;
• improving educational programs based on the requirements of employers and technological
updates in them;
• financing the implementation of personnel training and educational programs;
• improvement of forms and methods of cross-industry cooperation between enterprises
(organizations) and educational institutions;
• to further expand the participation of enterprises (organizations) in the assessment of graduates;
• to meet the needs of the population of different ages to acquire qualifications for relevant
professions (specialties).
The dual system of education is understood by the researchers of the present time as the
theoretical part is carried out directly by educational institutions, and the practical part is carried
out in the fields of the organization (enterprise) - in the places of future work. Professional
educational institutions formalize the social order for the training of students, and its
organization appoints teachers to participate in the development of educational programs, the
correction of the content and forms of the organization of educational activities, and the
provision of a methodological complex.
The form of dual education was introduced in the professional education system. Starting
from the 2021-2022 academic year, more than 3,000 young people will enter professional
educational institutions in the form of dual education in order to train middle-level personnel in
such fields as preschool education, railway and construction. was accepted to study. In the 2022-
2023 academic year, more than 4,500 young people were admitted to professional educational
institutions in the form of dual education, and in addition to the above-mentioned fields,
information technologies, light industry, agriculture and personnel training in the form of dual
education was launched in the service sector. Today, based on the socio-economic development
of the regions, more than 7.5 thousand young people are studying in the form of dual education
in professional educational institutions of our republic and are working in about 1.5 thousand
enterprises and organizations.
In conclusion, it is very important that dual education meets the interests and requirements
of the enterprise (institution), student and the state. Future graduates of professional educational
institutions are interested in the issue of successful employment in their specialties. Therefore,
the state is effectively solving the issue of training qualified personnel for the entire economy. It
is desirable to use the elements of the dual education system in the training of specialists with a
high and modern level, because it is precisely such training that motivates the student, gives

opportunities to demonstrate his knowledge, creative development, at the same time independent

education system, dual education based on the German experience is of great importance.
